LOVE THE DENIM COLLECTIONS
i love the denim since i was a kid and now i think i am really obsessed with this. Last month, i stumbled on this store online and i thought lets try something new and i bought the jacket for me . I am so glad that the fitting was perfect and to be honest the quality of denim is so better than the my previous stores i am using. the quality is top-notch and the overall prince was really smooth
they have lots of options available in different colors and styles which is good. maybe i will try something new some other day, for now i am really happy with my denim jacket. it really looks cool and wearing it nicely as well.Incorrect items received
I recently bought some stuff from this company and sadly got two wrong items in my package. It was really annoying because I had to keep calling up customer service for like 2 weeks before they finally sent me a return label. Even though they said they had the right email, it took forever to get that label. The stuff I sent back has just been chilling in their warehouse for almost 5 weeks now and still no refund. The customer service folks were nice, but the whole thing was a letdown because of the warehouse screw-ups.
Denim jacket purchase
I just bought a denim jacket from this store and I gotta say, I'm really impressed. Ordering it was a breeze, and I got it pretty quickly too. I was actually shocked at how fast it arrived, especially since it was coming from overseas. The customer service was great too. I had some questions about the purchase and they got back to me super fast, both on the phone and through email, giving me all the info I needed. All in all, I had a really awesome shopping experience with this company.
Sizing
The sizing at this store is so crazy for how much they charge. It's like you gotta be a tiny size 2 to wear the biggest sizes they have, which is just not fair for most people. I was really bummed out by my shopping trip there.
Cute jeans
These people are just so rude! I ordered these really cute jeans, but they never even shipped them to me. And now they're blaming me and refusing to give me my money back. Can you believe that? It's been two weeks and they won't even bother to pick up my calls. It's so annoying, I swear I'm never buying from them again.
First-time buyer experience
The first time I bought something from this place, I was pretty disappointed with their customer service. I reached out with some concerns, but all I got back was a link to their website. It felt like they didn't really care about me as a customer. Now I'm not sure if I want to buy anything from them again in the future.
women's leather jacket
I bought a leather jacket for women from this company and it was a total disaster. They sent me a child's jacket by mistake and when I reached out to customer service, the person I spoke with didn't seem to have a clue. They asked for pictures even though it was obviously a child-sized jacket. After sending the photos, I was told they needed to check with someone higher up to confirm. Three weeks went by with no word, so I decided to just return both jackets and hope for a refund. It's disappointing because I actually really like their products, but their customer service skills are seriously lacking.
Clothes shopping
Oh my gosh, my shopping experience was like, seriously the worst. The person I spoke to on the phone was super rude and made me feel dumb for asking questions. Ugh, it was just awful. And to top it off, the delivery was late! I wanted to cry. It was just terrible.
High-priced jeans
I recently bought a really expensive pair of jeans and even paid extra for 2nd day shipping. But when the package arrived, it wasn't the jeans I ordered. Instead, I got a heavy, old jacket. To make matters worse, I had to pay for the return shipping of the wrong item. It's a total scam that this kind of mix-up can still happen in today's world!
Black leather jacket
This store is such a pain to deal with. The product I got was awful quality, and when I wanted to send it back, they made me jump through all these hoops just to get a free shipping label. They wouldn't even believe me when I said the item was messed up, so I had to send them a bunch of photos before they finally agreed to take it back. It's completely crazy that I had to waste so much time and energy just to return something that was defective. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
Jacket two-day delivery
I was super pumped to get my hands on my new jacket in time for a big event this week, so I shelled out extra for two-day shipping. But, can you believe it? It's been 5 days since I placed my order and now I've gotta twiddle my thumbs for another 4 days until it finally shows up. I tried calling customer service, but the person I talked to just wasn't very helpful or sympathetic at all. We went back and forth a bit and all they offered was a measly $10 refund out of the $25 I spent on shipping. Are you kidding me? I needed that jacket this week and now I won't even get it until next week, if it even comes by then. They really gotta step up their game when it comes to customer service.
Skinny black jeans
I just got these skinny black jeans from that store, and man, I was so let down. The denim quality was not great at all, and after just wearing them a few times, the stitching was already coming undone. I thought they'd be better considering how much I paid for them. And don't even get me started on the fit - they were off big time! Even though I ordered my usual size, they were too tight in some spots and way too loose in others. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of buying jeans from there.
Blank NYC jacket
I ordered this super cool jacket online and then I got an email saying they didn't have it anymore. But then later on, I checked back and it was still available! So I decided to call customer service to see what was going on, and the lady I talked to was not helpful at all. I'm bummed out because I was really looking forward to getting that jacket, and now I have to go search for it somewhere else.
