    I am a long-time customer of Cabela's, and I have had nothing but positive experiences with the company. Their online store is easy to navigate, and they always have a wide selection of outdoor gear, clothing, and accessories for hunting, fishing, and camping. I especially appreciate their fast and reliable shipping, as well as their excellent customer service.

    Fishing gear purchase

    I've been a customer at this outdoor store for quite a while, and I gotta say, I was really let down by what I saw regarding the mask policy. I was there recently and saw a person strolling around the clothing area without a mask, even though it's required by health guidelines. It's worrying to see people not caring about others' safety, especially now. We all need to follow these safety rules to keep everyone safe and make sure the store is a safe place for all customers.

    I went to the store to grab some camping gear and it was awesome! They had all I needed - a tent, sleeping bags, and even s'mores supplies. The store was huge with lots of cool stuff to check out. The staff was friendly and helped me find all my gear.     I recently bought something online and paid extra for quick shipping so I could get it in two days. But guess what? The thing never showed up on the day it was supposed to. So I called customer service and they said it would be here the next day. Well, surprise, surprise, it still didn't come. Called customer service again, this time asking for a refund for the whole order. They told me they couldn't do that since the item had already been sent out. So I asked for a refund on the express shipping I had paid for, since it clearly wasn't working like it should. After that chat, I got an email saying my item was finally on its way, but it was definitely taking way longer than expected.

    Multiple items ordered online

    My recent online shopping experience was a total letdown. I ordered a bunch of stuff, but they split it into two packages. I got one package, but the other is MIA.     Bought camo jacket

    So I picked up this camo jacket from that store and man, what a letdown. Had to return it 'cause it was way too big, and seriously, talking to the reps was like talking to a brick wall. They put me on hold right in the middle of what I was saying, come on! And then they had the nerve to tell me it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get my money back, like, really? Plus, now they keep hitting me up with all this spam about their products. Not cool, Cabela's, not cool.

    Clam Canopy Disaster

    OMG, do NOT buy the Clam canopy from this place! It was a total rip-off. We had it for like two seconds before it started falling apart. Grommets ripped off faster than you can say "oops." I tried to return it, but they were all like "sorry, it's been too long, call the other guys." So I called the other guys and they were like "sorry, not our problem." Like for real, do they think we only use canopies on sunny days? Goodbye, Clam canopy, hello shady days.

    Winter boot selection

    I went to Cabela's to buy some winter boots, but I couldn't find any good ones that were waterproof and could keep my feet warm in really cold weather. It's not right that there were only a few choices for women, but so many more for men. Why can't they make boots that are good for everybody?

    Online order mishap

    I ordered something online to pick up in the store, but it didn't come after two weeks. So I went to the store and saw they had it in stock, so I bought it there and tried to cancel my online order by calling customer service. The person I talked to was giving me excuses and still charged me for the online order the same day. Even though I kept asking to cancel it, they ended up sending it to the store anyway. This kind of service and organization is just not okay.

    Shopping Cart Checkout Fiasco

    I'm so annoyed with the shopping cart checkout process at this store. I picked out five items, all said they were available when I added them to my cart. But when I tried to check out, one item was suddenly not available. So I took it out and tried again, only to have the same issue happen two more times. Who wants to deal with that kind of hassle when they're just trying to buy something? I ended up canceling my whole order because I was so frustrated.

    Concealed permit gun purchase delayed

    I'm so frustrated with the service I've been getting from this store. I'm a responsible gun owner with a valid concealed permit, and I thought buying a gun would be a quick and easy process. But it's been almost three weeks and my 22 gun still isn't ready. This delay is ridiculous, and I feel like they're stepping on my rights. I've already been approved in the Oregon system, so why is it taking so long to get the gun? As a customer, I should be treated better than this.

    Bath towels

    I just bought some bath towels from this store, and I was kind of bummed out. The description said I would get 2 towels, but when I got my order, it only had one towel per item in my cart. I reached out to customer service about the mix-up, and they admitted their mistake but didn't do anything to make it right. They wanted me to send the item back in its original thin bag, which meant a trip to the post office. I was really disappointed in how they handled it, no accountability at all.

    Store pickup disaster

    So I tried to order some stuff for store pickup because I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. I thought it would be quick and easy, but boy was I wrong! I placed the order four whole days ago, and I still haven't gotten an email saying it's ready for pickup. They took my money right away, but they can't even get my stuff over to customer service yet. And get this, they won't even let me cancel the order until it's ready. What a joke! I feel like I've been scammed by a big, fancy store. I'm not letting them get away with this! I'm calling my credit card company and writing a complaint to the BBB. Don't make the same mistake I did, just stay away from their online ordering.
