    Comfortable and fashionable shoes

    The delivery company messed up and didn't bring me my order at first, plus they didn't keep me in the loop. But man, Cole Haan's customer service really came through! They were super on the ball and worked to sort things out, hooking me up with a great deal when the shoes I wanted were sold out. In the end, I got my hands on those stylish and comfy kicks in no time.

    I just bought a pair of shoes from this store and man, they were terrible quality. I only wore them once before the sole started ripping off. When I went back to the store to exchange them, the manager was so rude and wouldn't help me at all. I was really let down by the awful customer service and the crappy product.

    Wrongly Delivered Order

    I ordered some shoes for a family member from this company, but I never got them since they were left at my door and taken.     Men's zerogrand shoes size 12

    I bought some men's Zerogrand shoes in size 12, but when they arrived, they sent me women's size 9 boots instead. I reached out to customer service, and they sent me a return label. It's been two weeks now, and I still haven't gotten my replacement or a refund. I've called and emailed them several times, but they haven't fixed the problem. Their customer service has been really bad and unhelpful. I'm not happy with how they've handled this and would caution against buying directly from them after this experience.

    Men's shoes, high price

    I just got these men's shoes that were crazy expensive, but they totally fell apart after just a few times wearing them. The toe just disintegrated! And when I tried to complain to customer service, all they gave me was a lousy 30% off coupon for another pair of expensive shoes that I bet will fall apart too. The quality and customer service is seriously lacking, it's so disappointing.

    I gotta say, the shoes I bought from that store were so darn comfy! But man, when it came to their online store, it was a total mess. Every single time I placed an order, I ended up with either a smaller size or some cheapo item that wasn't even what I wanted. Talk about frustrating and a letdown.     Expensive boot type shoes

    I bought these really fancy boots not too long ago, and man, was I bummed out by how quickly they fell apart. Seriously, I put them on, strutted around a bit, and bam - the soles and heels were in shambles. Took 'em to a shoe fix-it spot, and they told me it's a common issue with that brand. Apparently, the shoes are good for maybe 2-4 years tops. When I reached out to customer service, they shrugged and said there's no guarantee after a year. No way I'm buying from them again.

    Wrong size sent, bad customer service

    I ordered some shoes as a gift, but they ended up sending me the wrong size. It really messed up my whole plan. It took them so long to even begin the process for exchanging them, and by then, it was already too late for me to give the gift. And on top of all that, they had the audacity to decide where I had to return the shoes, and it was a real hassle to get there. I used to buy shoes from them all the time, but not anymore after this whole ordeal.

    I was really disappointed with the service I got from this company. They sent my order to the wrong address, even though I gave them all the right info. I saw on the tracking that it went to the wrong place. When I called customer service, they didn't seem to care much about fixing the problem right away. They said it would take 8-10 days to fix it, which is way too long for something that wasn't my fault. And they didn't even show much understanding for all the trouble their mistake caused me. Honestly, it was just really frustrating and disappointing dealing with this company.

    Incorrect shipping address

    I bought something recently and oops, I put in the wrong shipping address. So, I hit up customer service on chat right away. They told me they couldn't change or cancel my order for security reasons. I also tried emailing them but didn't get a response. I couldn't cancel the order on my end, and the shipping label wasn't even made until a day later. They promised me updates on the shipping but I never got any. It was pretty frustrating and disappointing overall.
