My Experience with ColourPop
I have been a client of ColourPop for several years now and have always been impressed with the quality of their products. Their wide range of makeup options, from lipsticks to eyeshadows, have always exceeded my expectations. The pigmentation is always spot on and the color selection is amazing. I love that they frequently release new products and collaborate with various influencers and brands to keep things fresh.
One thing that I appreciate about ColourPop is their affordability. As a college student, I am on a tight budget, but I am still able to enjoy high-quality makeup without breaking the bank. They have frequent sales and promotions, and their already-affordable prices make it easy for me to try out new products without feeling guilty.
Another thing I love about this company is their commitment to being vegan and cruelty-free. I have always been conscious of the ethical implications of my beauty choices, and I am glad that I can shop with ColourPop without any guilt.
One downside of the company is that they do not have any physical stores. This can make it difficult to test out products before purchasing them. However, the company has a great return policy, so if I am ever not happy with a product, I can easily return it.

I went ahead and treated myself to a whole bunch of makeup goodies, skincare treats, and fragrances from this company, and let me tell you, I am so impressed! The quality of these products is seriously top-notch. I picked up the eyeshadow vaults, lippies vault, and lip liner vault, and they are all absolutely fantastic. The eyeshadows have such a gorgeous glitter and shine to them that they really steal the show. Plus, the face milks are super soothing and simple to use, keeping my skin feeling hydrated and rejuvenated. I'm so pumped to give the body milk a shot next. And can we talk about those fragrances? The scents like coconut, watermelon, matcha, strawberry, and more are simply divine. Every single item I got was spot-on as described, and actually even better than I hoped for. I am beyond thrilled with my purchase and will definitely be coming back for more.
Lipstick in shade "Cranberry"
As a customer, I was pretty bummed to find out that this company doesn't do returns on their stuff. It kinda makes the brand look bad because it seems like they don't trust in the quality of what they're selling. I think it's super important for people to have the option to bring back something if it's not what they expected or if there's any problems with it. Not having that flexibility in returns might scare off potential customers, since they might not want to buy something they can't return if it doesn't work out. I really think having a more customer-friendly return policy would do wonders for this company and make everyone's experience a lot better.
Quality products at great prices
I've been a customer for three years now and let me tell you, I am super impressed with the quality of the products and the prices are just unbeatable. Mascara purchase
I gotta say, those mascara brushes were way too big for me to get a good application. It was like trying to paint with a roller - not a good look. And on top of that, the mascara itself was dry and clumpy. I couldn't get it on smoothly no matter what I tried. I was so excited to try it out because the colors looked awesome, but man, what a disappointment.

Awesome eyeshadow palette

Good quality, wrong item
Although the products were high quality, my whole experience was kinda ruined because they sent me the wrong item in my order. I've been trying to contact customer service to fix this, but so far, no luck. It's really frustrating to not hear back from a company that's supposed to be well-known for their customer service.
Late delivery
It's really frustrating how I still haven't heard anything about my order since March 19th, even though I ordered way back on January 26th. I just want my purchase already, it's been way too long of a wait. As a customer, I think I deserve better communication about what's going on with my order. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get my stuff or if I should just ask for a refund.
Eye shadow palette
I'm really loving the pigmentation and colors in the eye shadow palette I bought. The shades are so vibrant and they really last a long time, making it easy to create all kinds of different looks. And for the quality you get, the price is just amazing. Definitely worth getting your hands on!

Mystery box disappointment
I bought two mystery boxes from this company not too long ago. I was really looking forward to seeing the surprises inside, but when I opened both boxes, they were exactly the same. I know there might be some repetition, but getting two identical boxes was not what I had in mind. So, I contacted customer service about it, but their responses were not helpful and the issue was not resolved. I have to say, I am pretty let down by the whole experience and don't plan on buying from this company again. There are plenty of other brands out there with way better customer service.
Fast delivery, enjoyed product
The delivery came quick, which was a nice surprise, and I was happy with what I got. But now, it's gone missing from my place. I don't know what happened to it and I'm bummed out. Looks like I might have to buy it all over again.
Heart shaped blush compact
I just got this amazing heart-shaped blush compact and I am seriously obsessed with it! The packaging was super secure and made sure the product got to my door in one piece. The blush itself is my new fave. It's got such rich color that gives me the perfect flush whenever I put it on.
