Christmas present perfume set
I received this really awesome perfume set as a Christmas gift, and let me just say, it felt like opening a treasure chest! The packaging was so elegant, it came in a bag with ribbons and inside there were boxes within boxes. It was like receiving a gift within a gift! The scents were fantastic as well, my favorites were wind flowers and love n white. But here's the disappointing part - after just a few sprays, all the bottles stopped working. Like, seriously? What's the use of having perfume if you can't even spray it? I had to break the tops of the bottles to use up the rest of the perfume. Not cool at all!

My most recent online shopping experience was great! I usually shop at their physical stores, but this was my first time buying from their website. I was really happy to see how simple it was to place my order online. It arrived right on schedule, which was a pleasant surprise given everything that's going on right now. They even packaged it in a lovely gift box at no extra cost, making it feel extra special. And as a bonus, they included three free samples with my order. I was really impressed overall and will definitely be buying from them again.
Sample perfume gift set
I just bought a perfume gift set for a family member, but man, what a flop. It was supposed to come with 5 samples, but none of the darn spray bottles worked! Waste of £42, lemme tell ya. The perfumes were useless - not exactly the impressive gift I was going for. So, I hit up the company about it, hoping for a refund or some replacements. But nope, they shot me down. Super disappointed in their customer service after all the hype from their ads, sheesh.
Fragrance order
I totally agree with the other customers who have been talking about how bad the customer service is from this fancy perfume brand. It's really a bummer because their scents, like Virgin Island Water, are so good (even though I think they've jacked up the prices a lot over the years). I tried getting in touch with them a bunch of times, but they couldn't even give me an invoice for my online order - that's just not right.
Perfume for me and my friend
I found this really awesome perfume for my best friend and myself. It arrived super quickly and was beautifully packaged. The scent is incredible, and we only need a tiny bit each time. We also received some free samples, which was a nice surprise. I'm looking forward to buying more! Thanks so much, you're amazing!
My new cologne
Don't even think about buying from this company if you care about customer service. Seriously, they never pick up the phone and just hang up on you. It's a nightmare trying to get anything resolved with them. Stay away from this place at all costs.
Engraved perfume bottle
I was pretty bummed because the engraving on the bottle had dark gold lettering that was hard to see. And to top it off, I missed out on the free 10ml spray offer because the email was misleading. But overall, I'm satisfied with the perfume and fast delivery, even though the engraving process was a letdown.
Perfume sampler
I recently bought a perfume sampler from this company, and honestly, I was pretty disappointed with what I got. The pumps on the bottles were all wonky, which made the scent leak out all over the place. And when I finally got a whiff of the fragrances, I was underwhelmed to say the least. That Aventus for her scent? Yikes, not my cup of tea at all. Black in Love and White in Love weren't much better either, one smelled like bug spray and the other like cleaning supplies. Maybe these scents are a hit with the upper crust, but as an average American shopper, they just didn't do it for me. And to top it off, when I asked for a refund, the company said no dice. So there I was, out $71.01 for some pretty mediocre stuff. I had higher hopes for a company with such a big name, but they really let me down. I won't be giving them any more of my business, that's for sure.
Creed Aventus fragrance
I recently bought a bottle of Creed Aventus fragrance, but man, I was so let down by it. I've been a fan of this brand for a while now, but this scent just didn't last at all - like it vanished within minutes. That's not what I was expecting from Creed, ya know? So, I went back to the store I got it from, but they couldn't do anything to help me out. I even tried emailing customer service like a Creed rep recommended on a forum, but my emails kept getting sent back to me. It's really bumming me out, especially since I've bought a bunch of stuff from them over the years. A high-quality product like this shouldn't be performing so poorly.
Samples
I just got the samples in those cute spray bottles, they were all nicely wrapped up and labeled too. Gotta be honest though, for the price I paid for these products, they don't seem to stick around for long. I usually stick to a different brand that's way cheaper and stays longer on my skin. I only gave this one a shot because everyone’s been raving about it. Even though the bottles look pretty, I don't think it's worth the money when it comes to how long they last.
100ml bottle
I bought a 100ml bottle and was bummed out when the glass on the neck broke after just the fourth time using it. I reached out to customer service to see if I could get a refund or a replacement, but they weren't very helpful and even accused me of dropping the bottle. I'm really let down by the low quality and the bad customer service.
Batch number L4221W11A Aventus
I recently bought a bottle of Aventus with batch number L4221W11A from a popular store, and let me tell you, I was super disappointed. Despite all the buzz about the brand, I felt like the scent didn't last long at all. Even when I sprayed it on my clothes, I was lucky if it lasted an hour. When I compare it to older versions from a few years ago, the quality just isn't the same. It's pretty obvious that the brand has gone downhill since changing hands from one company to another. I'm kicking myself for shelling out £300 on this fragrance and won't be buying from this brand again. There are definitely better high-end fragrance brands out there worth splurging on.
Overpriced fragrance
This place is seriously a joke. The prices are way too high for what you get, and the customer service is just terrible. They ask you all kinds of dumb questions if you're not happy with something you bought. I would definitely steer clear of this place.
Recent Creed fragrance testers tried at a retail store
I was trying to decide between Viking and Aventus for my husband, so I tested them out. Sadly, both scents faded quickly after just an hour. I even did some more shopping and came back to buy, but the scent was gone. It left me wondering about the Creed fragrances' quality. I have Aventus for her and it has lasted strong for years, unlike the testers I tried. In the end, I went with Sunamusk for a longer-lasting scent. I was let down by the Creed testers and their reputation.
