Shirt, pants, and hat
I'm so frustrated with this online order I placed for some awesome clothes! It's been over a week and my package still hasn't arrived. Apparently, some of my items are being shipped directly by the makers and won't be ready for like a month! I tried to cancel part of my order, but they took forever to respond and some of my stuff was already on its way. Now I have no idea when the rest will arrive. It's disappointing because it looks like I won't have my new outfit in time for Christmas. This company is so disorganized, do they even know how to run a business? And why do they sell items that take forever to ship? I'm done with DXL, what a mess.
Big and Tall clothing
I went to the store in Brentwood, Mo. the other day and I was really impressed by the service I got. My guy Tanner was so helpful and really paid attention to what I needed. He gave me some great choices that were just right for my style and size. He made my shopping trip easy and fun, I couldn't be more grateful. Tanner really knows how to take care of customers, he deserves a shoutout for sure!
Boring clothes
I feel like this store is just okay. It's not the greatest because they don't have any cool brands or new stuff. They really need to bring in some fresh clothes like graphic tees or cool jackets.
Professional and helpful service
I went to the store the other day, and I was really impressed by how amazing the service was from the staff. They were super professional and really went out of their way to help me with my purchase. I loved how they paid attention to every little detail and were so eager to help me find exactly what I was looking for.
Unsubscribe frustration
I've been getting emails from this place nonstop even though I've unsubscribed like a million times! It's driving me crazy because I don't even shop there anymore. They seriously need to fix this issue right away before they irritate more people!
Suit purchase for husband
The sales associates at the store over in Glen Burnie really went the extra mile for us on our recent visit. Erica and McKenzie were amazing, helping us find the perfect suit even though we were a bit worried about our budget. But their professionalism and knowledge really won us over and we trusted their advice. Their personalized approach and product knowledge made shopping a breeze. Thanks to them, my husband ended up looking sharp in his new suit. We're grateful for their dedication!
Graduation outfit
I went to the store the other day to find a cute outfit for my daughter's graduation and it was such a great experience. I gotta shoutout Kevin Bass at the Knoxville store on Kingston Pike because he really went above and beyond to help me out. He listened to what I was looking for, showed me some options without being too pushy, and we ended up putting together the perfect outfit. His knowledge and kindness really stood out to me and I felt respected the whole time. Plus, the quality of the clothes was top-notch. Thanks a bunch for the amazing service!
Tee Shirt
just a complaint...Today Friday October 2nd, I was in this store for the 3rd time in a week....Never again will I set foot in this store until you can prove the store has been disinfected....Today, I was in the fitting room..and I over hear the staff talking about masks ...same ole bla bla bla....I step out and a customer I presume leaning on a display of closes ...no mask and the staff supporting this...why was he there with no mask...masks are not an opinion in Michigan its the law..you lost me as a customer
awesome and totally worth it
DXL is one of the comfortable hiking wears i got from. Every year , me and my friends do the trip which mostly includes either hiking or some kind of adventure. Last year, i bought the some clothes from here and it was really good in overall look. When i tried it it was really comfortable and it made my trip really good as well. however this year i dont think we can go anywhere but i still have purchased some clothes from here. its good again and i hope i get the chance to wear it again soon. Also the prices are good, its not too much expensive but its not that cheap either
