Personalized T-Shirt
I was really disappointed with the custom t-shirt I bought. The lettering wasn't good quality at all - the paint in the background was splattered and showed through the white letters. It made the shirt look dirty and it was hard to read the words. I thought I would get better quality for the high price I paid. It was a letdown that there wasn't a backing behind the letters to prevent this problem. Overall, I was not happy with my purchase and won't be shopping there again.
Custom jerseys
So, I ordered some custom jerseys from this company for the second time, and I gotta say, it was a huge improvement from my first go-around. The first time, my big order got lost in the mail, which was a real pain. But hey, at least they gave me a full refund. The expedited shipments I've gotten have been lightning fast thanks to DHL. There have been a few errors from the manufacturing team, but Phoebe has always been able to sort out any issues that come up.

Softball jerseys purchase
Fansidea is seriously the best place to pick up softball jerseys. They've got a crazy big selection that you won't find anywhere else. It's so simple to figure out what size you need, which makes shopping there super chill. And get this - my jerseys got to me in only 3 weeks, faster than I thought they would! The only thing I'd say is, it'd be awesome if Fansidea could start carrying socks and belts, you know, to make it the go-to spot for all your softball or baseball uniform needs.

I had a great experience buying from this store. Ordering was easy and my first order arrived in just 10 days. The product quality was even better than I expected, so I'm happy with my purchase. Now I'm looking forward to getting my second order and thinking about ordering a third in the future.
Jersey
Poor communication and not able to meet deadlines. I have requested several of times to cancel my order. I received excuses after excuses. I have asked them through email to forward my complaint over to higher management. They never did. They have poor business practice. They talk about we strive to provide excellent services. I can't tell. Never make accommodation for their customers.I will never recommend them to my friends, family or my 1.5 million followers. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau will my complaints.
3 hockey jerseys
Fans idea is a complete garbage. Their customer service is dirt. Garbage company. I have been calling and emailing for days now, to no avail customer service phone number is fake, emails are only returned at 2 am, and no one calls you. I ordered using their Klarna option, to make 4 payments on several jerseys and gift for my siblings. These jerseys were in spirit of our deceased father and were to be gifts for Christmas. When I placed the order and used Klarna, the money was deducted from my account, but I never received and order number or an auto generated email confirming my order. I then reached out to customer service to locate the order, and they could not find this order in the system. I reached out to Klarna to verify the full amount was taken and paid, and it was. They provided me with a merchant # which is unique to the order and fansidea has no idea what to do with it. $200 not jerseys, no order. I’ve called and emailed over 20 times left my name and number, reached out on instagram and to no avail, still no one has tried to help me a little bit. When you call their customer service it says they’re too busy taking other calls, and can’t take yours and let’s you leave a voicemail. DO NOT order from this website. DO NOT USE the Klarna option. Order from anywhere but here.
