    Order not here!

    I ordered this really cute top like 15 days ago and I still haven't received it. I tried reaching out to customer service but all they keep telling me is that there's going to be a delay. It's so frustrating!

    Dress order

    I got this dress and it was, like, totally not cool. It had threads hanging off all over the place and the flowers were falling off. I tried to return it, but the customer service folks were just no help at all. I talked to like 10 of them and nobody could do anything for me. I even tried sending it back from Europe to the US, but it was a disaster and I had to pay for the shipping. And then they were only offering me 10% of my money back! Ugh, so annoying.

    Boots

    I just bought this sweet pair of boots from that store and they cost me $258. But dang it, when they finally showed up, they had these ugly marks on them. I reached out to customer service, and they told me it would take a whopping 28 days to get my money back. That's way too long! Honestly, I was pretty bummed out about the whole thing. The boots weren't up to snuff, and the customer service was a letdown.

    Man, my last online shopping experience was a total letdown. The customer service was the worst - they didn't help at all and made returning stuff a total nightmare. When I tried to send something back, the website didn't have any clear instructions. I had to call some phone number and that just made things even more annoying.

    First order lost/stolen

    My first order went missing or got taken by someone, but luckily I got a replacement after reaching out to headquarters. The problem now is the tracking number for the replacement isn't working, so I don't know if my new item is on its way. It's been 5 days since they said they shipped it and 21 days since I placed the original order. To be honest, this whole thing has been a mess and a letdown.

    Order went missing

    I can't believe my order never arrived! Seriously, who steals a package? I was so pumped for my purchase and now it's just vanished. And don't even get me started on how terrible it is for the environment to ship stuff across the globe. Come on, folks, let's think about the planet!
