Quality e-juices
I'm always blown away by how quickly this company ships their products. If I order during the week, I usually get my e-juice within a day or two, which is awesome. Their prices might be a tad higher than other places, but if you follow them on social media, you can snag some sweet coupon codes for big discounts. I don't mind paying a little more for their top-notch e-juices, but I usually hold out for a coupon code before placing an order. I was really let down by my experience at that vape shop. The customer service was terrible - they wouldn't respond to my calls or emails. Giant Vapes just takes your money, pretends to ship something, never delivers, and then just pockets your cash. What a waste of both time and money. I had to contact my bank to cancel the charge, and only then did Giant Vapes finally decide to ship my order, which I had already canceled. Now, as someone with a disability on a fixed income, I'm out $100 because they didn't communicate with me and didn't care about their customers.
Two orders, one for $21
I made two different purchases from this online store recently. The first order, which cost $21, turned out to be a complete mess and took more than a month to fix. The customer service team kept ignoring my valid concerns, which was really annoying and unprofessional. When I shop online, I want good communication and support. This bad experience has made me think twice about buying from them in the future.

My time at Giant Vapes wasn't great. Even though they tried to connect with customers, the stuff I got wasn't that good. It took forever for my order to arrive, like it was coming from another country. The e-liquids I got had a weird taste, nothing like what I'm used to. And the coils I got were all messed up - one fell apart, one didn't fit, and one didn't work at all. This isn't cool, especially since I've never had problems like this with other brands.

Man, the folks at this place never seem to have my order ready, and sometimes there's not even anyone around to hand me my stuff. Plus, the lady at the front desk is super rude and unprofessional. She never wants to lend a hand! And let's not even start on how pricey their shipping is. It's a complete nightmare trying to get my stuff from there. Seriously, I suggest looking elsewhere for your juice.

I bought a mod and some accessories from an online store not too long ago. I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about how slow things are moving with my order.
