    T-shirt and lightweight hoodie

    I gotta say, I was actually pretty happy with my recent purchase from this company. At first, it was a little bumpy because my order was delayed, but eventually I got my hands on the t-shirt and lightweight hoodie I had ordered. The t-shirt was exactly what I was expecting, so no complaints there. However, the lightweight hoodie was a different story - it arrived damaged and way bigger than I was led to believe. There was a snag line about two inches long right down the front. After reading other reviews and considering my own experience, it just didn't seem worth the trouble to try and get a replacement. So, I ended up donating it to goodwill instead. I do think they should step up their quality control game to prevent stuff like this from happening again.

    Grunt is my most of the favorites in shopping option. I love the t-shirt style they have, the color fits perfect and also its good and hassle free for me , Also according to tomy body type, the cloth from here fits perfect and also i love the whole thing they have in tsht category. Apart from good quality and good price, the tshirt from here s easy in wearing . also suit the style of mine, i recommend this for people and i must say i am in love with this, i recently order the face mask from here and it really goes well with other.     This was my first time ordering from this place, and I have to say, I was really disappointed. I ordered a bunch of items on May 7th, hoping they would come in time for my boyfriend's birthday on the 13th. But now it's the 16th and my order just got shipped out. What's up with that? It shouldn't take over a week just to ship something. I get that shipping can be slow, especially from IL to California, but this delay was just too much. I really like the clothes I got, but they definitely need to work on their shipping process.

    Excellent customer service

    I almost bought something, but then I saw some bad reviews about shipping and customer service. But! The other day, I got a text from Hunter asking if I needed help with my order. I shared my worries, and Hunter said they changed shipping companies and gave me a discount to finish my order. I thought it was cool that they reached out and fixed the problem. I'm going ahead and ordering early for Christmas because I think their products are better than what's out there.

    Patriotic-themed hoodie

    I was so excited to rock this hoodie and show off my love for America, but imagine my surprise when I found out it was actually made outside of the USA. Not cool, not cool at all. The prices don't even seem to be any cheaper despite being made overseas, and I feel like I've been deceived. If you're going to say you're supporting America, you should actually be supporting American workers. I used to be a loyal customer, but now I'm feeling more disappointed than ever.

    I signed up for a three-month membership with the promise of free shipping and a 10% discount on orders. However, I forgot to cancel before the three months was up, which was a mistake. I decided to keep it for the next three months but made sure to cancel immediately to avoid being charged for another three months. Surprisingly, when I canceled two months before the end of my paid membership, they cut off all benefits then and there. No more free shipping, discounts, or t-shirts that I had already paid for. It felt like a complete scam, and their customer service was not helpful. I tried to talk to them, but they wouldn't compromise. It was a disappointing experience overall.

After we got that sorted out, I was pleasantly surprised when my jacket showed up real quick. And let me tell ya, the design and material were even better than I thought they'd be.

    Soft and fitted tee shirts

    I just bought some tee shirts from this place, and let me tell you, they are awesome. The fabric is so soft and the fit is just right, exactly how I like my shirts. I really like that they give a 10% discount to first responders and military folks through ID.me, it's a really nice way to show support. The shipping was super fast, and I was happy to see that if you spend over $75, you get free shipping. These tee shirts are definitely my new favorites in my closet.

    Recent t-shirt purchase

    I just picked up this new shirt and man, what a letdown! I used to love this brand, but they changed up the fabric they use for their t-shirts. They used to have this perfect mix of cotton and polyester that made the shirts super durable, but now it's all 100% cotton and it's terrible. After one wash, the shirt shrank and the sleeves are all big and floppy. I tried to reach out to them a few times to express how bummed I am, but they just don't seem to care. They're all about the money, cutting corners with cheaper materials to save a buck. Save your hard-earned money and steer clear of these shirts until they go back to the better fabric.

    Incorrect size received

    I ordered a shirt from this company and they ended up sending me the wrong size. I contacted them to see about returning it, but turns out the return address is in China even though the package had a UK address. The customer service first offered me a 10% discount, then a 20% discount, but still wouldn't let me return it. I had no choice but to accept the mistake and won't be ordering from them again. Their quality control is lacking and the customer service didn't help at all with fixing the problem.

    Defective shirt

    I bought a shirt from this brand, and I was really let down by the quality. After only wearing it a few times, the seam ripped and messed up the whole thing. When I contacted customer service, they said I had to pay to send it back, which I thought was not cool. I even sent them pictures of the messed-up part, but they still didn't help me out. I wouldn't suggest this brand to anyone because of what happened to me.

    Cyber Monday order

    I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. I placed an order on Cyber Monday and didn't hear anything until just a few days before Christmas. They then told me my order was cancelled due to some unexpected problems, leaving me with nothing for the holidays. And to top it off, they said they refunded me but my bank account shows no sign of it. As a veteran, I thought I was supporting a business that cared about its customers, but now I feel let down and frustrated. I tried contacting customer service, but it was no help at all. This has truly been the worst experience I've ever had with a company.

    Memorial Day shirts

    I am so frustrated with this company's shipping process. A while back, I bought a hat that was supposed to be in stock, but it took over 7 weeks to get to me. Just recently, I ordered a couple of shirts, including two for Memorial Day. Even though I placed my order early, the shipment still hasn't arrived and Memorial Day is coming up soon. The tracking from DHL says it won't get here until May 31st. Why aren't they using Priority Mail, Grunt Style? This whole thing has really disappointed me, and I don't think I'll shop with them again. Even though I like their products, this shipping inefficiency is a big turn-off.

    Two ladies sherpa jackets

    Hey there, I wanted to share my recent experience as a customer. I bought two sherpa jackets for women from your company, paying full price. But then I noticed that Grunt Style went ahead and lowered the price. So I decided to reach out to customer service to ask for a price adjustment since it didn't feel right to pay full price when I could have gotten a deal. Unfortunately, I was told that the company's policy doesn't allow for price adjustments after one week. As a veteran trying to stick to my budget and show support for veteran-owned businesses, this whole situation really bummed me out. It felt like loyal customers, no matter their veteran status, weren't being valued. It just left a bad taste in my mouth and made me think that Grunt Style's business practices could be more customer-friendly.
