Cool flip-flops
I recently got these amazing flip-flops and they are seriously awesome! The design is so trendy and they feel super comfy on my feet. I recently wore them to the beach and got tons of compliments. The only downside is they were a bit pricey, but I knew that going into it, so it was totally my call. Overall, I'm really stoked about my purchase and would definitely recommend them to my friends.
Cool flip flops, good discount, pricy
I recently got some new flip flops and I really liked them. They're super stylish and comfortable, plus I got them on sale which was awesome. The only downside is they were a little pricey for flip flops, so I'd say they're 4 stars in my book.
Sunglasses purchase
I recently bought my husband a pair of sunglasses from this company as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, the sunglasses broke over the bridge of the nose when he wore them on vacation in March. I reached out to the company and they sent me to their manufacturer, who said I'd have to pay to send them back. After a bunch of emails and trying to fix things, I still haven't gotten a good solution. Even though they said they'd send a replacement pair, the new glasses showed up all messed up and can't be worn. Dealing with both companies has been really frustrating and disappointing. I'm determined to get a refund for the faulty product, even though the process has been tough and hasn't gone anywhere.
Overpriced flip flops
Why not just save yourself the trouble and pick up these flip flops at a store instead of ordering online? Trust me, if you end up not liking them, you're going to have a tough time getting your money back.
Flip flops
I bought a pair of flip flops back in mid-June but they were too big for me, so I returned them right away and expected a refund. However, even though the company got the package back on July 1st, I still haven't seen my refund. After reaching out to customer service on July 30th, they told me they weren't sure why the refund hadn't gone through and said they would pass my issue along to the billing department. Now, I'm just waiting for my refund to come through and hoping it happens soon. I really hope this gets sorted out quickly.
Wrong size sent
I ordered these amazing shoes online and I was so pumped to get them. But when they finally showed up, they were the wrong size! I tried emailing customer service, but crickets. Finally got them on the phone, just to find out they were in a different country! Sent them a pic of the shoes like they wanted, still no word. It's been a major letdown, especially after checking out all those negative reviews. I'm definitely not coming back to this place!
Sandals purchase
I recently bought a pair of sandals from this company, and I have to say, I am really disappointed with how it all went down. The customer service was just awful, and when I found out I got the wrong size, they wouldn't exchange it without me having to pay for shipping all over again. That's just not cool, you know? It really makes me question what this company stands for and how much they care about keeping their customers happy. I honestly wouldn't suggest buying from them if you don't want to deal with a bunch of unnecessary stress and annoyance.
Multiple pairs of flip flops purchased, one pair arrived faulty
I bought a bunch of flip flops from your store not long ago, but one pair came messed up. The straps were all twisted, which made them super annoying and uncomfortable to wear. I tried to fix them like you said, but it didn't work. The rubber is just too stiff to bend back into place on my own.
Oversized slides purchased
I bought some slides from this website and they ended up being way bigger than I thought they would be. I contacted customer service for help, but they told me the slides are just made big and recommended getting a smaller size. But even if I had gone smaller, they still would've been too big. Turns out, these slides are actually sold in the men's section in stores, which explains why they're so oversized. When I tried to return them, I ran into some issues because the website wanted to charge me a return fee or have me take them back to their store in Central London, which was a no-go for me. Overall, my experience with customer service was lame and unhelpful, and now I'm not happy with my purchase and probably won't be buying from them again.
Misleading size conversion chart
I really wish I had checked the reviews before buying these sandals. I trusted the recommended size chart on the website, but when they arrived, they were way too small. After doing some digging, I found out that the EU to UK size conversion they had listed was way off. When I contacted them to complain and arrange a return, they even charged me £4.90 for their mistake. It's frustrating to see such a lack of care for customers. They offered me a voucher for my next purchase, but I don't think I'll be shopping with them again.
Two orders missing items
I made two orders in the last two weeks and both times stuff was missing. It's so annoying to order something and then find out it's not even available. Come on, Havaianas, step it up!
Sandals
I bought a pair of sandals not too long ago, but still haven't gotten them in the mail. I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but haven't heard back at all – not even about getting a refund for the sandals I never got. Their lack of communication and customer service has been really disappointing.

I'm really frustrated with the customer service I got at this store. My order was supposed to be shipped out in a certain time frame, but it took way longer. And when I reached out to ask about it, I was just brushed off and given the wrong information about my order. It's been 16 days now and I still haven't gotten my sandals, even though an earlier email said they'd be here today. The whole experience with customer service was just not helpful at all.
