The vanity I bought was just what my daughter's bedroom needed. It fits perfectly in the small space we have, and the storage and shelves are perfect for all her stuff. The LED mirror with different settings is a nice touch, making the room both practical and pretty. I made sure to secure it to the wall for added safety, especially since it's for my 12-year-old daughter's room. Putting it together was pretty easy, with clear instructions and parts that were labeled well, even though it did take a few hours. All in all, I'm happy with the quality and look of the vanity.
Missing Hardware Kit for Outdoor Deck Box
I got this outdoor Deck Box as a wedding present and when I went to put it together, I found out it was missing the Hardware Kit. I reached out to customer service and they were super nice and helpful. They didn't make me wait forever for a replacement, instead, they sent me a whole new Deck Box and I had it in just a few days. The company's communication was top-notch and I'm really happy with the service and the product. Thanks a bunch for your help.
Dining chairs
I bought these really cool dining chairs, but unfortunately they didn't match my table. I wanted to give a major shoutout to Hilda, the amazing customer service rep who assisted me. She was so helpful and made sure I was satisfied from start to finish. Definitely an A+ for customer service!
Table and chair set purchase
So I just got this table and chair set from this company, and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. The set looks awesome in my apartment and goes perfectly with the rest of my stuff. But I did run into a couple issues that kinda let me down. One of the chairs didn't fit where it was supposed to, so now I've got an extra chair hanging around. Also, one of the latches on the set broke off, but it didn't really mess with how everything works. Still, I gotta give credit where it's due and say that the customer service from the company was top-notch.
Fireplace TV stand for living room
I had been on the lookout for a nice fireplace TV stand to spruce up our living room ever since we bought our first house. My parents actually surprised us with this beauty as a housewarming gift, and let me tell you, it really elevates the whole room with its fancy and custom vibe. Not only does the fireplace look amazing, but it also gives off a good amount of warmth, making the place feel super cozy and inviting.

I just got a new coffee table from this store, and man, let me tell you, the delivery was crazy fast. It looks so good in my living room, totally goes with my style. But there was a little problem with it that I had to deal with their customer service about. They weren't super helpful, to be honest. After a bunch of back and forth, we finally worked it out, but it was way more stressful than it needed to be.

HORRIFIC company, truly! We ordered something last month and after almost a month, without any notice they simply cancelled order only to tell us they never had item to begin with. Tried to order another after confirming they had product, only to cancel order again. Omg NEVER AGAIN! Buyers beware!

My husband and I got this awesome fireplace for our living room as a gift from my parents when we bought our first home. Sturdy dining table
The package arrived really fast and was so easy to assemble. It only took me about 10 minutes to set it up on my own. The tabletop is fantastic and feels very sturdy. We're definitely going to purchase some chairs to go with it soon!

Floating vanity for remodeled bathroom
I got a new floating vanity for my bathroom and I gotta say, it really impressed me. The cabinet came in super protected with tons of wrapping, so no scratches or cracks. It did arrive a bit later than I expected, but the quality of the product totally made up for it. The only downside was having to put it together, but luckily it was pretty easy and now I have a strong piece of furniture. The sink, which came separately, was also wrapped up well and arrived in perfect condition. The floating style of the vanity fits perfectly in my small bathroom, making it look bigger than it is. This vanity really added to the midcentury vibe in my house, and I'm thrilled with how it all came together.
Makeup table purchase
I got this really awesome makeup table but some things were broken and missing when it arrived. Luckily, the company fixed everything really quickly and did a great job. It's clear they really care about taking care of their customers. The table turned out even better than I expected. I'm absolutely loving it!
Vanities
Worst experience I have ever had! They have no number to call and stopped retuning any emails! I waited for my order since March 15th when it finally came in back in June both vanities were damaged. One was even cracked all the way on the side and the other completely stained. It looked like scratch and dent items NOT like I had spent over 2k. Then, they told me they would send me new ones or offer an 80 dollar discount (hahaha) and I asked for new ones and was promised they would arrive no later than mid July. It is now August and I have received nothing. I am now left with damaged items and a delayed bathroom project. How can any business survive with this kind of HORRIBLE almost non-existent customer service?!?! Don’t order from here unless you want to waste your money and wait half a year for a ... product!
