Coffee table purchase
I just got a new coffee table from this store, and man, let me tell you, the delivery was crazy fast. It looks so good in my living room, totally goes with my style. But there was a little problem with it that I had to deal with their customer service about. They weren't super helpful, to be honest. After a bunch of back and forth, we finally worked it out, but it was way more stressful than it needed to be.
Dining Room Set
HORRIFIC company, truly! We ordered something last month and after almost a month, without any notice they simply cancelled order only to tell us they never had item to begin with. Tried to order another after confirming they had product, only to cancel order again. Omg NEVER AGAIN! Buyers beware!
Living room fireplace
My husband and I got this awesome fireplace for our living room as a gift from my parents when we bought our first home. We wanted something stylish and cozy for our TV area, and this fireplace fits the bill perfectly. It arrived in perfect condition, and we were happy with how well it was made. The fireplace looks amazing and gives off a ton of heat, making our living room feel super comfy. Our kids really enjoy the color-changing lights - it adds a fun touch to our family movie nights. We couldn't be happier with our new fireplace, it really takes our living room to the next level!
Sturdy dining table
The package arrived really fast and was so easy to assemble. It only took me about 10 minutes to set it up on my own. The tabletop is fantastic and feels very sturdy. We're definitely going to purchase some chairs to go with it soon!
Wall-mounted vanity purchase
I just got this wall-mounted vanity for my bathroom redo and I couldn't be happier. It's really well-made and solid, plus it came with all the parts securely packaged. The cabinet has a lot more space than I expected, perfect for storing towels, toiletries, and more, keeping everything nice and organized. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this wall-mounted vanity to anyone wanting to upgrade their bathroom.
Floating vanity for remodeled bathroom
I got a new floating vanity for my bathroom and I gotta say, it really impressed me. The cabinet came in super protected with tons of wrapping, so no scratches or cracks. It did arrive a bit later than I expected, but the quality of the product totally made up for it. The only downside was having to put it together, but luckily it was pretty easy and now I have a strong piece of furniture. The sink, which came separately, was also wrapped up well and arrived in perfect condition. The floating style of the vanity fits perfectly in my small bathroom, making it look bigger than it is. This vanity really added to the midcentury vibe in my house, and I'm thrilled with how it all came together.
Makeup table purchase
I got this really awesome makeup table but some things were broken and missing when it arrived. Luckily, the company fixed everything really quickly and did a great job. It's clear they really care about taking care of their customers. The table turned out even better than I expected. I'm absolutely loving it!
Vanities
Worst experience I have ever had! They have no number to call and stopped retuning any emails! I waited for my order since March 15th when it finally came in back in June both vanities were damaged. One was even cracked all the way on the side and the other completely stained. It looked like scratch and dent items NOT like I had spent over 2k. Then, they told me they would send me new ones or offer an 80 dollar discount (hahaha) and I asked for new ones and was promised they would arrive no later than mid July. It is now August and I have received nothing. I am now left with damaged items and a delayed bathroom project. How can any business survive with this kind of HORRIBLE almost non-existent customer service?!?! Don’t order from here unless you want to waste your money and wait half a year for a ... product!
Dining Table
I was looking for an all black dinning table and I stumbled across this one. It was actually my last pick. However when it arrived I was actually shocked with how much I loved this table. It's so nice and affordable! On top of that it came 4 days early!
