Multiple purchases
I've ordered from this company a few times now and every experience has been great. The products always show up quickly and are even better quality than I expected. One time, I had an issue where something was marked as delivered but never actually showed up. Their customer service team handled it really well - they looked into it right away and gave me a full credit for the missing item. I'm really impressed by how they took care of me and I'll definitely be shopping here again.
Wallet and Bag Purchase
I just bought a wallet and bag from this website and I am beyond satisfied with my experience. The items were spot-on with the descriptions, definitely real deal and in top-notch shape. The prices were way better than the official site, so I got myself a steal on some top-notch gear. They mostly had restocked items, but I didn't mind at all because the money I saved was totally worth it. Now I finally own a brand that I thought was out of my league, all thanks to this website.
Black Mini Barlow purchase
Oh my gosh, I am obsessed with my new purse! It's seriously so cute and arrived really fast. The packaging was fancy too which was a nice bonus. I usually buy my purses in-store, but this time I took a chance and bought online. And let me tell you, it was just as great! This is now my fourth purse from this brand and I always adore them, especially because the zippers are top-notch. The Mini Barlow is the ideal size for when I travel, plus it's black so it matches everything. I am completely in love with it!
Purse order
I ordered a purse from this website a long time ago, but it still hasn't shipped. I tried to email them, but no one responded. When I went on their website to chat with someone, a robot told me my order was canceled because they don't have it in stock. It took them 12 days to figure that out, which is ridiculous. And yet, they keep sending me emails about sales even though they couldn't fulfill my order. I'm starting to think this might be a scam.
Overpriced and disappointing
I recently bought something from this company and I was pretty bummed out with how it all went down. The thing I got was way too expensive and I later discovered the same item for way less on a different website. When I tried to cancel my order right away, they told me it was too late even though it hadn't been sent out yet. And when I wanted to send it back, turns out that wasn't an option and I had to pay for the return shipping too. The customer service wasn't helpful at all. All in all, I wish I hadn't bought from them and won't be coming back in the future.
Faulty bag
The bag I got was such a letdown. There were stripes of dye all over it, making it look like a second-rate item. I've been a loyal customer for years and have purchased so many bags from this company, but now I'm really let down by the drop in quality. It's clear they just don't care about the stuff they're sending to us customers anymore.
Bag purchase
So, I ordered this bag online and it was a total nightmare, man. I tried to cancel right after I ordered it, but they said it was already on its way, which was BS because it took forever to get here. And when I tried to return it, they tried to hit me with a $10 fee that they never told me about. Like, seriously? That's not cool at all. Plus, they made it hard for me to return it by not sending me the QR code. It's such a scam, you know what I mean?! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.
Black leather backpack
I just bought a black leather backpack from this website, and I gotta say, I was really impressed by how good it looked and felt. When it showed up, it was in perfect condition, but it was a little smaller than I thought it would be. Turns out I didn't even check the size on the website, so that was on me. But no worries, I was able to send it back with no issues and got my money back real quick. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and would totally shop on this website again.
New item arrival
I got my order really quickly and everything was in great shape. I think some folks just need to do their homework before they start griping about return policies and customer service hours. I mean, the company clearly lays out their return policy on the website, so it's not really their fault if customers don't bother to read it. And as for the customer service hours, it's pretty normal for companies to have limited hours, so there's no need to be complaining about it.
Tote bag purchase
I recently splurged on a tote bag and a few other bags, spending over $1,000. But dang, I'm super bummed about the Pebble Grain Medium Russell tote I got. The black leather handles started to fade after only three weeks, which is just not cool considering how much I paid for it. When I reached out to customer service, they were not understanding at all and wouldn't even consider giving me a replacement. The rep I talked to was rude and totally unhelpful, leaving me feeling really irritated and regretful about my purchase. I'm definitely not buying from them again and I suggest others watch out too.
3 items, missing one
This company is such a scam! I ordered three items on November 26th, but I only got two. The statement said all three were shipped. When I called them, they wanted pictures of the box and said they'll look into it. How handy for them! Now they have my money and I'm just here waiting for their so-called "investigation" to be over.

It was easy to order although when I got the item it was too small so sent back they got the item on the 11th and say they will credit 7 to 10 business days but I am still waiting and now they say another week which would make it 18 business days not including the weekends and hope I get my refund by then. It was expensive which I don't mind but now I have to pay interest on my card because I don't want to pay and then have a credit on the card that I don't want. I won't be ordering from them anymore.

I used a promo code and got a great price. They stated it was back ordered so I changed the color to one that was in stock, they cancelled the order and again stated not in stock. 2 days later checked the website and what do I find? Back in stock. My purchase price was under 200 dollars and they are listed at 351 on sale. I think I know why they cancelled my order. So they kept my money for 3 weeks and never fulfilled my order and will not honor the sale. I will never order a Dooney Burke purse EVER AGAIN! Lots of other choices that have better business practices. Save your money buy something else

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Pricing was great, items delivered right on time and in perfect condition. I was nervous because AFTER I placed my order, I read all the negative reviews. I experienced nothing but 100% satisfaction from placing to receiving my order. I will definitely order from here again.
Bag
They sent me the wrong bag with the packing slip and order form for another woman in another state. Mistakes happen and while it was annoying I had no idea or expectations that I would be treated as horribly as I was when I called. After being on hold for a very long time I finally reached a representative who told me that my bag would not be shipped to me until I sent the wrong one back. Seriously! They are holding my bag hostage until I go to the trouble of sending the incorrect bag back. I had no intention of keeping the wrong bag. I want my bag, not someone else's and they refuse to make their mistake right and send me the bag I ordered and paid for. My requests both by phone and email to speak to a supervisor have been met with empty promises. I am still waiting to hear from a supervisor and for my bag even though there is a tracking number showing that the incorrect bag is on it's way back to them. Disgusting!!. This is it for me regarding D & B!

Wallet and Purse
I was eager to get this and my purse so I paid for premium shipping, which was only $10. I placed my order on 12/2 and had both my purse and wallet on 12/5. I also signed up for the rewards program before ordering and was surprised that just because I signed up and my birthday was next week I was able to get a discount that more than covered the premium shipping. I will definitely order from ILoveDooney.com again next time I want a Dooney item. I saved almost $100 over the regular website SALE purchase of the same items. I saw their rating on this site and was worried I made a mistake by ordering from them. But now I am so happy I did. It was a great purchase, I got both the purse I wanted and the matching wallet for well under the retail price of either item.
Allison Crossbody
I ordered this bag on 7-12 for my daughter for her birthday (which was yesterday) and still today (7-20) I have not received it. I paid an additional $10 for 5-6 day shipping which would have been enough time to arrive. Their customers service hours are Mon-Fri 8-5 only. I sent an email on Saturday which I just received a response tonight at 8:50pm saying they just shipped my order and gave the confirmation number. I also called today during their office hours and asked to cancel the order. The rep told me that I he could not cancel it as it was already being shipped. Of course there is a return fee, however I was told it would be waived if I return the bag...i guess we will see how that goes.
If you don't open the box and just refuse it the carrier company (fedex/ups) will return it without charging you.
Black Satchel
I purchased a bag on 5/23/20 and didn't receive the bag until 6/10/20. I don't like the fact that they start with UPS and send it to USPS . It took super long to get here . I spent my entire days waiting for the mail man that doesn't even have a time window . UPS is trash as it is and add that with USPS you have a true problem with tracking packages. UPS sent it to USPS , when that happened they lost my package and it got sent to the wrong post office that wasn't in my area. I had to keep calling with my concerns and they told me I couldn't pick up the package at the zip code it was at because they didn't know if they were in transit. NEVER AGAIN.
Tote Bag with tassels
I ordered on May 24, 2020 after I researched several places that sell Dooney and Bourke handbags and this is site is the best for quality and price.
I received my beautiful handbag today on June 2, 2020.
It was packed nicely.
Mine came with a dust/storage bag.
I called and spoke to customer service before it arrived because I got so nervous after reading the bad reviews and I spoke with " Steve", he was very helpful and very nice.
I am thrilled with the bag and I will definitely be ordering again!

Price changes are standard practice. Just like walmartcan stop a sale and change prices, so can Dooney. I've been ordering from both Dooney and Bourke and I love Dooney with no problems. Great company if you ask me.
