Comparison of prices
I haven't bought anything from this store yet, but I gotta point out something weird I found. I was looking at their website and saw that they're selling two pairs of pants for a way cheaper price than the brand's own site. That got me thinking, it seems a little sketchy. Makes me wonder if those pants are legit or if they're knockoffs. So, just a heads up to everyone out there, maybe do some digging before you hit that buy button.
Two-tone sweater
I recently bought a two-tone sweater from this company and had a similar experience to a lot of folks. It took forever to get an order confirmation, but the sweater eventually showed up. Unfortunately, it was a letdown because the fabrics were two different shades of white. The main part was a kinda yellowish-white, while the frills on the sides were a brighter white. It looked totally different from how they showed it online. On top of that, the fabric wasn't great quality, so wearing the sweater wasn't very comfy. Overall, I wasn't thrilled with my purchase and wouldn't suggest this company to others.
Shorts and tank top
I got shorts and a tank top from this site and man, let me tell you, it was a total rip-off. The stuff I got didn't look anything like what was on the website. The quality was garbage and the sizes were all wrong. I tried to send them back, but they gave me some phony address in China and never gave me my money back. Thankfully, my bank was able to help me out and get my money back. Don't waste your time with this place, it's a complete scam!
Clothing order
I recently bought some clothes from this website and let me tell you, I'm super bummed about how it all went down. I signed up, got the email saying my order was on its way, but then I hit a ton of roadblocks trying to check in on my order. The link they gave me just took me to an error page, and when I tried to sign into my account, it was gone and my order was nowhere to be found. On top of all that, I couldn't even get through to customer service with my emails bouncing back. This whole thing has been a headache and it's definitely making me think twice about shopping with them again.
I bought 6 pieces
So i had the worst experience with ordering with them the first time and NEVER will I order from them again. I had ordered 7 pieces 3xl (im a 2xl in the states) 3 pants 3 shirts and poncho cape thing. Let me start from the beginning. I made an order on 4/27/2023 8:04am (confirmed email). On the same day I noticed that I had ordered 2 of the same shirt. (not really a problem, it was my fault). I did notice that on their site they instruct customers to contact them within a 24 hours of your purchase so they can fix what ever needed to be fixed. I contacted them by email (their policy) which i did at 4/27/2023 8:08am. They responded on 4/3/202311:30pm: "We are sorry that we cannot make any change for your order since it has been shipped. Would you mind accepting the order first? We truly understand your situation. If you still do not want the order, please feel free to contact us after you received it. We will give you a reasonable solution. For any further questions, please feel free to contact us at any time. Best regards". I was not a big deal the clothes are fairly cheap.
Now, Though no fault to them really, my order was lost in the mail. Packaging looked like a tiger playing with a ball but I digress. Which brings me to this week. I tried on all the clothes, after tracking all my stuff down, and found it that EVERYTHING but the poncho did not fit. Grant it, their return policy is within 14 days of "Marked Delivery" which I am well into still. Delivered 5/11/2023 USPS. So I emailed them last night 5/18/2023 about a return label. They have the audacity to want to charge me $100 for returning my $200 order. I will never order from them again.
