    I am a long-time customer of Jack Rogers and I have always been extremely satisfied with their products and customer service. I primarily shop with them online, and I have always found their website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate.

    My recent shoe purchase

    I just bought these shoes, right, and man, the customer service was such a letdown. At first, I was loving the shoes, they were good quality and all. But after just a few wears, one of the heels straight up fell off. I've been trying to get a hold of customer service like crazy, calling and emailing them, but I'm getting zero response. I even sent them pics of the shoes to show what's up, but no dice. It's frustrating that they're not taking care of this and helping me out.

    Dangerous shoes

    These shoes are so unsafe and badly made. I only had them for about five months before the heel just completely came off out of nowhere. I was in an elevator when my foot slid right into the metal part, which ended up hurting my toe pretty bad. It was so embarrassing and uncomfortable to see my shoes all busted like that. The quality is just not good at all, definitely not worth taking the chance on them.

    Sandals in brown leather

    The sandals I bought from this company are absolutely gorgeous, from the design to the craftsmanship. But my whole experience was kinda ruined by the lack of customer service. Even though the product is top-notch, the fact that my questions and problems were ignored just left me feeling let down and annoyed. Good customer service is key for a company to keep a good rep and keep growing. The sandals are amazing, but the overall experience fell short.

    So, I ordered these cute moccasins online, right? But guess what? They didn't apply my coupon and didn't even give me an order number! Like, what's going on, dude? Then, I tried to cancel it, but there was no button for that on the website. I had to email them, and they said I'd hear back in like a week. By the time they got back to me, my moccasins were already on their way to my house. So, I asked for a refund and a return label, but they only gave me back some of my money! That's really not cool. And when I tried to follow up, they just sent me the same dumb automated response. Ugh, it's so frustrating. BUYER BEWARE, for real.

    Jack flat sandals in black

    I bought a pair of those Jack flat sandals in black and man, let me tell you, I was super bummed about the quality. I only wore them a few times and one of the heels straight up fell off! And to make matters worse, the sole of the other foot cracked. I tried reaching out to customer service for some help, but Lorena hit me with a dismissive response and wouldn't do anything for me. I'm definitely regretting buying these sandals and you can bet I won't be shopping with this company again.

    Disappointing quality and customer service

    I bought something from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed. The product itself wasn't great and the customer service was seriously lacking. They only give you thirty days to return something, which I think is kinda sketchy. Plus, when I tried to ask them some questions, it took forever for them to get back to me. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest buying from them again. It seems like they care more about money than putting out quality stuff.

    Unusable merchandise, return issue

    In my recent experience with this company, I ran into a big problem when I tried to return a pair of shoes that didn't fit right. I tried to send them back, but I hit a roadblock and couldn't get it done. It was super frustrating to be stuck with shoes I couldn't wear, and it felt like the company wasn't listening to my concerns. They're great at sending out products, but they really dropped the ball on customer service for returns and dealing with unhappy customers. It's really disappointing to see them not showing any empathy or support for customers who have real issues with their purchases.

    Wrong size shoes

    I am really frustrated with the customer service at this store. I bought two pairs of shoes, but they were both the wrong size. When I tried to return them for a refund and get the right size, they wouldn't help me at all. I even reached out to Lorena at the Madison Ave. store, but she wasn't able to assist me either. How can a company expect to keep customers if they can't take care of them? I would have been happy to reorder from them if they had just processed my return. Now I'm stuck with two pairs of shoes that don't fit. I just want this all sorted out so I can either get the right size or my money back.

    Jack Rogers Sandals

    The quality of Jack Rogers sandals has really taken a nosedive. I just bought a pair and was shocked to see that the soles were no longer leather and stitched to the upper sole, but instead glued on. After only wearing them a couple of times, both soles completely came apart. I used to be a big fan of this brand and have had multiple pairs in the past, but I won't be purchasing from them again. It's really disappointing to see such a drop in quality.

    I bought some sandals for my daughter, but they fell apart after only 2 weeks! The heel came off and the soles started separating. They're total junk and the quality is terrible. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about buying them!

    Can someone please give me a customer service number? I'm really annoyed that I bought a pair of shoes for my niece's graduation. I ordered them yesterday without using a coupon code and now I want my refund!
