Hanging light for dining room
The website was really cool because it showed us other lights that were similar to the one we were looking for. It was great to compare them and see which one would be the best fit for our dining room. They even had all the dimensions listed so we could make sure it would actually work in our space. It was awesome because sometimes a light can look too big or too small, but with all that information, we knew exactly what to expect. The ordering process was super easy and the service was great. We got our light really quickly and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The only downside was that the price was a bit high, but I guess you get what you pay for. Overall, we were really happy with our purchase!
LampsPlus.com: Just Okay
I recently purchased a lamp from LampsPlus.com and overall, my experience was pretty good. The website was easy to navigate and there was a wide selection of products to choose from. The lamp I ended up getting was exactly as described and I was happy with my purchase. The only downside was the shipping, which took a bit longer than I would have liked. However, the lamp arrived in good condition and that's all that really matters. All in all, I would recommend LampsPlus.com to others looking to buy a lamp or other home lighting products. Just be prepared for potentially longer shipping times.
First-time customer experience
My first time shopping at this store was amazing. As soon as I walked in, a really friendly customer service person welcomed me and they knew so much about the products, they were super helpful with my purchase. The staff were really professional and did everything they could to make sure I had a great shopping trip. The products they had were top-notch quality and the store itself had a really welcoming atmosphere. I was so impressed by how customer-focused they were, I'll definitely be back for more shopping in the future.
Mirror hangars
I bought some mirror hangars at that store recently and it was awesome. I had a question about them, so I talked to three people who worked there and they were all really knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciated how professional they were when they helped me out. The mirror hangars I got were top-notch, just like everything else I've bought there. Two-day air shipping issue
I was pretty unhappy at first because I paid extra for two-day air shipping but didn't get my order until six days later. I gave them a 1-star review. But then, they turned things around by refunding me the extra shipping charges. Apparently, the delay was because of FedEx, not the company itself. On a brighter note, the lamp I bought was top-notch quality and exactly what I wanted. In the end, even though there was a rough start, I ended up being happy with how things turned out.
Aqua ottoman purchase
I just bought an aqua ottoman from this store and I gotta say, the colors on the website were spot on to what I wanted. The size was just right for the space I had in mind. After looking around a lot, this ottoman was the perfect match for my decor. Aqua can come in different shades but the off white was a bit too common for me. I really wanted a white that matched my furniture, which is a mix of aqua, white, and a touch of light grey.
Track-light kit purchase
I just got this track-light kit for my new reading nook in the living room, and let me tell ya, I am super happy with it. The pictures on the website really helped me pick out the right color and lampshade to match what I already had going on with my other lights. The quality of this thing was even better than I thought it would be, and it really adds a nice touch to the space.
