    I gotta say, I had the best experience talking to one of the customer service reps at this store recently. My blush order came all messed up, so I reached out to the customer service team and got connected with this lady named Sherry. She was super nice, got what was going on right away, and handled everything quickly. Even though they didn't have the product in stock for a replacement, she gave me a refund right away. The whole thing went really smoothly, and Sherry's professionalism and kindness turned a potential headache into a good experience. Big shoutout to Sherry for being awesome at customer service!

    Tinted moisturizer purchase

    I just bought this tinted moisturizer that's supposed to hydrate and give me some light coverage. But here's the thing, I've got dry spots on my face and my T-zone can get pretty oily. So when I put this stuff on, it actually made my dry spots stand out more and didn't moisturize them at all. I even tried putting on a different moisturizer first, but it still didn't blend well with the tinted one.

It's been over a month since I placed the order, and I haven't heard anything back from customer service even though I tried reaching out through email and chat. I'm pretty bummed out by how they're handling this whole thing. On top of that, they already charged my credit card even though I haven't received anything. I'm thinking about disputing the charges at this rate. I definitely won't be ordering from them again after this kind of service.

Luckily, I used PayPal and was able to get my money back after waiting 2 weeks for the item. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company because of their bad customer service and communication.

    I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this store. I ordered makeup seven weeks ago and they cancelled my order without telling me or giving me a refund. I contacted customer service and they said they would refund me, but I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to actually get my money back. The lack of communication and how they handled the situation was really disappointing. Even though the makeup products are good, the terrible customer service has made me not want to buy anything from this store again.

    I had a terrible experience with an online purchase recently. I ordered some stuff from this website, but FedEx, who was delivering it, totally messed things up. Dealing with the problem was super frustrating and it took a whole week to finally get it sorted out. The only good thing about the whole ordeal was that the customer service team at the company was really helpful and they worked with me to fix the issue and get my order replaced.     My recent experience with this company has been really disappointing. I ordered some foundation and setting powder, got an email saying it was shipped, but never got any tracking info.     The packaging for my makeup that I got was not the same as what I saw on the website, so I reached out to customer service to ask about it. At first, the person I spoke with gave me the wrong information, but later she corrected herself after checking with the right department.     Laura Mercier products, special occasion, poor customer service

    As a customer looking to buy Laura Mercier products for a special event, I was really let down by the lack of customer service from the brand. I went to their counters in department stores, but they were always empty, which left me annoyed and helpless. I even tried calling their customer service line, but no one answered. It's crazy that they can be so careless about their customers. The way they ignore and neglect their customers is just terrible. After seeing all the bad reviews from other customers, I've completely lost trust in this brand's ability to give good service. It's too bad because the products might be great, but without good customer support, it's not worth the risk of ordering from them.
