    Glasses lens replacement

    I recently got new lenses for my glasses and I'm pretty happy with how they turned out. The glasses came in perfect condition and I'm really pleased with them. Ordering the new lenses was easy, straightforward, and didn't break the bank, which was nice. The quality of the new lenses is excellent and they fit perfectly into my frames.

    However, I did run into some issues with communication during the whole process. I had to wait almost three weeks after my frames arrived at the beginning of the month before hearing anything from the company. It was frustrating not getting any updates, especially since I was expecting some sort of automatic updates along the way. If they had been more clear with their communication or provided more updates, it would have made my experience with the company much better.

    Honestly I had read negative reviews by customers about Lesabl ,and hesitation start growing .I had already in process to change my glasses on prescription basis.
    Being a well wisher ,I would like to request you you must remove doubts of your unsatisfied customers.This may help to bring customers to you who returned from your site after reading reviews at some other sites.Possible some people has created nonsense in market,but you need to share your bulletins to cover losses of faith.
    I have received my changes glasses ,with almost no cost and it is fine as no issue.
    This is just few days pass so I will see what is real fact..But till now everything is quite fine.

    Tinted and clear lenses purchase

    I just bought some tinted and clear lenses from this company and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how everything went down. Ordering was super easy and uploading my info was a piece of cake. I had a question and they got back to me quickly with a helpful response. My order came in a decent amount of time and the prices were way better than I expected - I paid half of the local quote for just one pair. They took great care of my vintage harlequin frames and I was happy to see the sturdy cases and eyeglass care kits that came along with them. All in all, I'm super pleased with my new lenses and the service I got from this company.

The customer service team was really fast at getting back to me and keeping me updated on the status of my order. I'd suggest uploading your prescription early for future orders to speed things up. Once they had all the right info, my order came right on time. Overall, I'm happy with how everything turned out.

    Custom Rx sunglasses with progressive lenses

    Ordering my custom Rx sunglasses with progressive lenses was a breeze. I sent in my frames but didn't have all the measurements they needed. The Lensabl team still managed to make it work and got me an awesome end product. Got my glasses in about 5 weeks and they were even better than I expected. These are my first Rx sunglasses with progressive lenses and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. Quality and fit are top-notch!

    Online order for new prescription lenses

    The customer service at this company is really great. I loved being able to use the online virtual feature to see how the new lenses would look in my frames before actually ordering them. But once I placed my order, I had a hard time figuring out the status of it. It took two calls to customer service before I finally got a delivery schedule. That lack of communication was really annoying and it shouldn't have been necessary. The product itself was good quality, but they definitely need to work on making the ordering process smoother.

    Bifocal lenses ordered

    I just got some bifocal lenses from Lensabl, but I messed up and got the wrong kind. I thought I needed bifocals instead of progressives because I have two different prescriptions. But now it seems like my mistake is making it hard for me to focus on my computer screen and reading stuff that’s 15-18 inches away. Even though I goofed, the lenses are pretty decent for most things.

    Presciption sunglasses purchase

    The prescription sunglasses I got from this company were amazing. I was so happy when they came really fast, way earlier than I thought they would. Even though I was a little unsure at first because of some bad reviews, everything turned out just fine. I definitely suggest this company to anyone who's on the fence about giving them a shot.

    Bifocal Glasses Purchase

    The glasses I got from this company were pretty good, but I had some problems with their customer service. The bifocal line on these glasses was way higher than on my old ones, and that was a bummer. I tried reaching out to the company about it, but didn't hear back. Still, I got used to the new line eventually.

They took way too long to get here, and I had to hit up customer service just to figure out that they were missing info. Even though I gave them my prescription, the lenses don't seem quite right compared to my other glasses with the same prescription - everything's a bit fuzzy.

    Quick exchange process

    I just had to exchange my glasses using this service and I have kind of mixed feelings about how it all went down. On one hand, the exchange itself was real quick and easy, which I totally appreciated. But on the flip side, I was totally left in the dark when it came to getting updates about my order. I never got any emails telling me what was going on with my original or replacement glasses, so I was stuck having to constantly check my account for any updates. And even then, my account wasn't updated properly, especially with the replacement order. So when my new glasses showed up out of nowhere, it was a total surprise. I had to reach out to customer service myself just to get an update, and man, was that frustrating.
