I first spotted this at a friend's garden and she tipped me to try it. It’s been pretty easy to keep alive. The flowers keep coming, which I like. Color is kinda faded though, pale and a bit fake looking. Not perfect, but still decent for my patio.
Always sold out, delivery saved it
Was fed up — kept finding sizes gone, which matters when you’ve got a bad back and needed proper fit for moving. I complained online, customer service sorted a hold for me, delivery arrived earlier than expected. Still annoying they run out, but service and delivery redeemed it.
Worth it, despite the bumps
Overall I'm happy enough, even though it wasn't perfect. I paid for scheduled deliveries and a few showed up late — one of nine gifts only came at first — but support sorted most of it and replacements followed. Had worse experiences elsewhere, so I'd recommend with patience.
Delivery scheduling mess
the date picker was clunky and only showed slots weeks away. I kept retrying, then the order auto-canceled. Kinda disappointed, so switching services.
First zip felt right
found a security tag tucked inside later, which was annoying. Still, for the price and fit I’m mostly happy, mildly annoyed.
Relief after mixed returns
one store good, one not. Hope training fixes the inconsistency, because it’s avoidable.
Self-checkout snag
Halfway through scanning at self-checkout I stuck the jacket under my arm and didn't notice the sewn security tag until the alarm went off later. It feels solid, warm and the zipper is unusually smooth — surprised by that. Found it on a sale rack after a friend pointed it out.
Mixed result but it worked out
inconsistent staff made this a hassle, though one shop surprised me by sorting it quickly. I needed the refund after moving and being tight on cash, so this mattered. Bracknell said there was a security hold and wouldn’t swap for a voucher; Meadows took it with no fuss — odd, I told Bracknell it was urgent.
Unnecessary search
poor handling by staff, no apology after being searched. I shopped there last Thursday afternoon, first impression was fine — tidy aisles, normal checkout. Halfway through someone asked me to wait and two employees checked my bag on the store floor. They found nothing; I showed where I put the meat back. No sorry.
Return turned into a marathon
I ordered a jacket and needed to return it — I’m disabled and don’t drive, so a pickup was essential. Evri missed the scheduled collection and I was stuck, emailed the CEO even, felt like shouting. After a while someone finally arranged a local pickup, so I’m relieved and kinda grateful it got sorted, though annoying.
Little rescue, big mood
I popped in yesterday needing soft, non-binding underwear after a small surgery, and the pair I grabbed feel like a proper little rescue — soft, breathable, sits right and actually helps when my lower back twinges. The woman at the counter was lovely, chatted while she packed it (wish I knew her name), made the whole thing feel really personal.
Mostly okay, return mess
I ordered this after seeing an ad on social. At first the product itself felt fine, actually better than I expected. Trouble started with the return — courier never showed. Asked M&S, they told me to bring it back to a store. I'm disabled and can't drive, so that was a dead end. Disappointing, really.
Half the surprise
Thought I had the perfect plan for our 40th — ordered 100 white roses for my wife. Instead the box had only 33 stems and lots of petals with brown edges, which kinda ruined the moment. They refunded and sent a small £10 gesture, so I'm relieved but still pretty disappointed.
Late, warm, but she smiled
I almost didn't order — worried they'd arrive late on my mom's birthday, and with the day hitting 28°C I pictured a sad bouquet in a hot van. They showed up about 15 minutes late and a bit wilted (yeah, looked like they'd had a sauna), but she still loved them, so my anger cooled. Not ideal, though.
Receipt surprise
call support first before raising Cain in the shop — it helps.
Birthday plans went flat
So there I was, expecting flowers, fizz and chocolates for my wife's birthday — ordered three days ahead and thought I was sorted. No one at M&S bothered to call until after 2pm on the delivery day to say they couldn't make it, and the refund offer felt like an afterthought. I'm disabled and couldn't dash into town, so it left us empty-handed. Really poor service, avoid if you can.
Morning flowers looked rough
Woke up this morning to flowers a friend sent and, honestly, they looked pretty sad — petals browning and already dropping. That annoyed me because I had the exact same problem with a bouquet from relatives last week, so it felt like a pattern. I called M&S customer service and they handled it really well, offered replacements fast. My guess is they sat in a hot van all day. Kinda frustrating, but relieved they fixed it.
Surprise that actually worked
I got a £35 bouquet from a coworker for my work anniversary. Delivery was delayed a day and I braced for droopy stems, but when it arrived the next morning the blooms still looked lively. Not perfect — a few petals were tired — but it brightened my desk for a week. Simple surprise, actually made my morning and I felt pleased and calmer.
Awkward checkout moment
Overall, it was awkward but okay — staff said sorry, though it was annoying. I had popped in during a day of moving and grabbed clothes plus some ready-to-eat meat because I couldn't cook that night. As I walked out the alarm went off, security stopped me and opened my bags, checked the paid meat pack. I asked them to remove the security tab; they just said sorry, that's it. I mean, I paid, right? I'm glad it ended without drama.
Random trip, big win
soft, supportive, sits flat under tees, straps don’t dig. I’ve worn it three days in a row already, and it’s just comfortable. Really made my week, low-key emotional.
