    Grocery shopping

    My recent trip to the store was just awful. I thought I was all set after getting my groceries, but then a worker started yelling at me, saying I didn't pay at the self-checkout. I used my card to pay and even had the receipt to prove it, but she wouldn't listen and kept insisting I didn't pay. It was so embarrassing, especially when the screen said "thank you for shopping." The fact that she didn't apologize or even acknowledge her mistake made me feel humiliated, surprised, and mad. And even after talking to customer service, I still didn't get a real sorry, explanation, or any kind of goodwill gesture. That's just not the kind of service I expected from a company like this.

    Faulty sofa cushions

    The couch I bought had cushions that were all lumpy and uncomfortable. When I told them about it, the workers who came to check it out didn't seem to care or just couldn't see the problem because they said everything was okay. I'm definitely not shopping for furniture at that store ever again!

    I bought some clothes but had to return them because they didn't fit right. The customer service was seriously lacking though. I tried emailing and calling multiple times to check on my refund, but I never got a response. It's been over 10 days since I sent the clothes back and I still haven't heard anything about my refund. This lack of communication is really frustrating and disappointing.

    Self check out experience

    Today I went to the store and there was only one employee at the checkout, so I decided to use the self-checkout. But man, that machine was slow as molasses! It kept telling me to weigh stuff that didn't need to be weighed. I politely mentioned to the worker that something seemed off with it, and they just snapped back, "NOPE, IT WAS FINE A MINUTE AGO." Like, what does that have to do with anything now? It was such an arrogant response that left me feeling totally frustrated and annoyed. I am definitely not planning on going back there again.
