Delivery option
Hey, I was wondering if they could drop off my delivery at a drop-off point since I might not be home. Can someone let me know if that's an option? I really need to figure this out before I go ahead and place my order.
Electronics accessories
The website was really easy to navigate, I had no trouble finding the category I needed. But man, it threw me off when I saw they were charging extra for insurance on delivery. I've never had to deal with that on other stuff I've bought from the U.S. before.
Multiple items received were of poor quality
I bought a bunch of stuff not too long ago and man, was I let down by the quality. It was obvious that the items were poorly made and just not up to the task they were meant for. The products I got looked nothing like the ones on the website. And to top it off, even though they claim you can return stuff, they failed to mention I'd have to foot the bill for the return shipping - not cool. All in all, I basically wasted $200 on this whole deal. Trust me, steer clear of this place - lousy products and a return policy that's definitely not in favor of the customers.
First order difficulties, but now smooth and reliable
After a bit of a rough start with my first order, everything has been going really well and dependable. The products are great quality and have definitely lived up to my expectations.
