Recent return issue
I had an issue with a return I sent out on March 4th. As of March 10th, the post office was still holding onto it with no updates. Feeling frustrated, I decided to reach out to customer service through chat. Luckily, I was connected with Mandisa, who turned out to be a lifesaver! Mandisa quickly checked my order and tracking number, and in no time, she processed my refund. Her impressive customer service skills and fast resolution of my problem really stood out to me. Mandisa truly knows how to prioritize customer satisfaction and goes the extra mile to make sure shopping is a positive experience. Thanks to her, I'll definitely be a returning customer for this company.
Express shipping issue
The app was acting up when I was trying to check out, and somehow my express shipping got switched to standard. I tried reaching out on Facebook messenger, but didn't get a response, so I looked for a quicker way to get help. Luckily, there was a chat option available. Noxolo was the one who helped me, and even though they couldn't change the shipping on my original order, they quickly canceled it. It wasn't the most convenient fix, but I went ahead and placed a new order, and Noxolo was able to refund the code I used on the first order. I really appreciated how efficient and knowledgeable Noxolo was.
Trendy clothing pieces
I just bought some really cool clothes online and it took a while for them to get to me because of bad weather. I was getting a little annoyed, but then I talked to this customer service lady named Mandisa. She was so nice and super quick at answering all my questions. Mandisa even gave me back the money I paid for shipping as an apology for the late delivery. Even though it was delayed, she kept me updated on where my order was and made sure I knew it would be here soon. I really appreciate how efficient and helpful Mandisa was!
Recent coat purchase
I bought a coat from your store recently, but it was too big. So I reached out to customer service to see if I could exchange it for a smaller size. I was pleasantly surprised by the help I got. Kameron, the rep I talked to, was really patient and knew what he was talking about. He answered all my sizing questions and told me about a different coat I was eyeing. He even explained how to get a refund if the exchange didn't pan out. I was pretty impressed with Kameron and how nice and efficient he was in helping me out.
Order received with wrong item
I just got my order from this company and I was pretty happy with what I got. But, they sent me the wrong pants, even though they were the right size. So, I reached out to customer service to get some help.
Vegas trip outfit
Oh man, ordering from this place was such a mess. I made my order on Christmas Eve, all excited to get my outfit for my Vegas trip on time. But nope, the estimated delivery date kept moving every day, and it ended up being delayed all the way until the 24th of January. Can you believe that? Luckily, Amanda came in clutch by helping me track my package and even refunded my shipping cost because of all the trouble. She totally deserves a raise!
Easy promo code application
When you're shopping online and you've got a promo code to use, it can be a real pain trying to figure out where to put it in. But the other day, I had that problem and decided to reach out to the customer service crew. The person I talked to was super nice and helpful, they got my promo code added and my refund processed in no time. Having someone available to help out anytime, day or night, really made a difference and made my shopping experience smooth and easy.

I was so happy to reach out to Missguided, finally a women clothware online store with some unique and bold range of clothing sets.
I loved they have this massive range of clothes which has global influence on their style. Pop-culture refrences, fan clubs, style statement. As per quality, it is quite good and actually very efficient with the price.

I ordered this really cute pink dress, but when it didn't arrive on time I was like, "What the heck? I need my dress for my BFF's party!" So I jumped on the chat and this amazing lady named Ayanda helped me out. She was so friendly and looked into it for me immediately. She informed me that my dress was delayed and wouldn't arrive for another week, but she also refunded me for the shipping cost, which was great! Ayanda, you're the best!
Faulty order replacement
The customer service team at this company really came through for me when I had an issue with my order. I bought an outfit for my baby son's funeral, and when it came with a defect, I was so upset. But they didn't waste any time and got a replacement sent out for next day delivery, making sure I'd have it in time for the service. I was so grateful for their kindness and how quickly they took care of everything during such a tough time for me.
First-time shopper
I just bought some stuff from this store. I like trying clothes on before I buy 'em, so this was my first time buying online. It was pretty good! Sadly, three things I got were too big on me. But returning them was super simple. I just had to print out a label and send 'em back, no problem. Even though the sizes weren't right, I'd still think about ordering from them in the future.
Dissatisfied with product quality
I recently bought some stuff from this store and man, was I let down by the quality of the products I got. They looked like they came from a dollar store, not the level of quality I was hoping for.
Online return issue
I tried to return some stuff because it didn't fit right, but the website was being a pain and wouldn't accept my card info. It was really annoying, but then I hopped on the chat and it was a breeze! Ayana was awesome and super helpful. She took care of my return for no cost and totally saved the day. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again!

Clothes, super cute
OMG, seriously, these shipping updates are the absolute worst. The app is completely useless, and don't even get me started on the courier site. But then, I chatted with this girl Noxolo, and she was a total lifesaver! She assured me that my cute clothes are on their way, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. The clothes are amazing, but the service, except for Noxolo, is terrible.
New outfit for job interview
I just bought a new outfit for a job interview, and I needed it fast. I couldn't find my package tracking info and was getting stressed about not getting it in time. But the customer service folks got me the FedEx tracking details super quick, so I could keep an eye on my package and make sure it would get there in time for my interview. Their help was great and really efficient. Thanks a lot!

Oh my goodness, I just have to gush about how awesome the customer service is at this store! I had a question, reached out, and they got back to me crazy fast. They were super apologetic and quick to fix any issues I had. The chat rep, SITHABILE, was so sweet and helpful! They ended up fully compensating me and I left feeling so satisfied. I'll definitely be a repeat customer and will be spreading the word to all my friends to shop here too. #TEAM
Cancelled Order
I was freaking out because I messed up an order and needed to cancel it right away. The customer service was really helpful and assisted me in canceling the order before it was too late. They were so nice and understanding, which made everything easy and stress-free. I wish I could remember the name of the first person I spoke with, but Sithabile ended up helping me, and I am extremely thankful. Thank you to the customer service team for being so awesome!
