Color-changing boot order
I just ordered some boots but got the wrong color. I felt really upset about it. But, the customer service team fixed it right away. They not only switched my order to the right color in less than a day but also did it really professionally and quickly. I was super impressed with how fast they responded and how they were willing to help me out. It was obvious they care about their customers and want to make sure they are happy. After this great experience, I will definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Product return/exchange issue
I just wanted to share a recent frustrating experience I had trying to reach customer service about returning or exchanging a product. I tried multiple times to get in touch but didn't hear back from the company at all. To make matters worse, I couldn't even find a phone number to call for help, which made things even more challenging. In the end, I had to get my credit card company involved to get the situation sorted out. I suggest looking elsewhere for your shopping needs and avoiding this particular company.
