    Don't know much about this shop.Long back almost three to four years I had one or two products from Anti ageing for mom.After that I never back to this site.Even sometimes back I once again visited till then I had forgotten this name
    This time I was looking for some skin treatment products.But there is nothing like under this column.Only editorials are available.
    Finally before checking out I just bought one supplement of Pure skin clarifying supplement
    for thirty days.In declaration they did not write anything either will cure ,just supplements ,not treatment.This is not good ,you should assure at some point.
    Particularly when prices are not less,this is high price..Need some attention Murad Team.

    I just bought this anti-aging skin defense cream, and I was so pumped to give it a whirl. But man, let me tell you, my excitement didn't last long. I couldn't get the darn cream out of the container, no matter what I did. I even tried to cut the lid, but that didn't work either.     I ordered the back spray from this company three weeks ago, and even though they kept saying it was on its way and would be here in three days, they totally dropped the ball. Honestly, it seems like they never had the product in the first place and were just feeding me a bunch of lies to keep me waiting. That's just not cool. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to shop with them. They even tried to offer me a 20% discount for future purchases, but why would I give my money to a company that can't come through on their promises? I've already contacted my credit card company to dispute the payment and reported them to trading standards. I really think everyone should stay away from this company.

    Resurgence Complete Skincare Regimen purchase

    I recently got myself a new skincare routine with the Retinol Youth Renewal Night Cream. I was really excited to try it out since I heard so many good things about it and it's pretty expensive. But when my package arrived, I was bummed to see that they swapped the cream for a cheaper one, the Hydro Dynamic Ultimate Moisture Cream. Not only was this a big step down in value, but it wasn't what I ordered according to the website. When I contacted customer service to fix things, the responses I got were not helpful at all. The person I talked to first tried to tell me that the swap was on purpose and that they had updated the kit. But when I showed proof that this wasn't the case, they quickly changed their story without giving me a good solution. It was really frustrating that they wouldn't take responsibility and wouldn't just give me a refund or the right product. This whole situation left me feeling let down as a customer.

The company admitted they messed up the texture in that batch, but they only offered to replace it if I sent back the original to their hard-to-reach FREEPOST address.
