    Cross body bag

    I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now, buying lots of stuff for myself and as gifts. Recently I had an issue with a cross body bag I got from them - it just kept coming unbuckled and falling off. I reached out to customer service, and they got back to me pretty quick. But I was bummed when they said they couldn't fix the bag, even when I offered to pay for it. All they offered was a 20% discount on my next purchase, which I didn't really want. Now I'm stuck with a cross body bag that I can't use because I can't fix it myself. It was a letdown to find out they only help with products bought in the past year, mine needed help outside of that time frame. So now I'm thinking about finding a new brand to shop from.

    Lack of flexibility in return policy

    I was really frustrated with the return policy because it's not very flexible. A 21-day return policy with no exchanges seems harsh to me. It doesn't give much leeway for mistakes or gift-giving. It's kind of a bummer to see a company with such strict return policies.

    Fabric bag purchase, unwanted gift

    MZ Wallace be selling all these pricey items but ain't got no quality. I ordered a bag thinking it was gonna be leather, but it was some fabric mess. So, I sent it back along with another gift I didn't want. Can you believe they tried to say I kept the gift and took money off my refund? Like what? They straight up told me I was being dishonest and disrespecting their service. Ridiculous.

    Sling bag purchase

    I recently bought a sling bag and it was a total letdown. The bag I got was dirty, looked used, and was even missing some straps. I spent over $200 during their warehouse sale and the customer service I got was so bad. It seems like the founders care more about making money than making sure their customers are happy. They didn't even want to help me or offer a solution. It's really frustrating to have a useless bag and no help from the company.

    Warehouse sale tote bag purchase

    I was pretty bummed about my last purchase from this company. I snatched up a tote bag on sale in their warehouse sale and was stoked about the deal I got. But then, a few days later, I got an email saying my order was cancelled because they ran out of stock. I tried asking if there were any other options, but all I got was a response saying stuff like that happens and that bag wasn't supposed to be in the sale. It was a bummer, not the awesome first purchase experience I was hoping for.

    Crossbody bag purchase

    The crossbody bag I got from this place was really something, I gotta say. The quality was top-notch, and the design was super chic. But man, I gotta mention the awful customer service I got. I had the bad luck of dealing with an advisor, we'll just call her N, who was so rude. Every time I tried to get help through the online chat, she made me feel like I was bothering her. It was just too much when I reached out about a tear in the fabric of my new bag today. Instead of helping, she just stopped talking to me after a cold automated message. It's really nuts how unhelpful they were, especially with the not-so-cheap prices.

    Ripped bag after only 2 months

    My new bag totally tore after only two months and when I asked for help fixing it or getting a new one, they straight up said no way. I mean, come on, their stuff isn't exactly cheap! Definitely not shopping with them again.

    I bought a tote bag from this store recently and was really upset by the bag I got. It was obvious that it had been used and had some damage, with torn plastic and scratches that made it look like it had been dragged on the ground. When I contacted customer service to get a replacement, they said it would be sent right away. However, a week later I still hadn't received a tracking number or a replacement. The communication was lacking and it was really frustrating, with long waits between emails and phone calls that felt robotic. I was very disappointed and won't be shopping here again.

    I was so disappointed with my recent purchase. I spent over $1,000 and they didn't even give me a dust bag. The customer service was terrible, Gesaria just kept reciting rules. Why can't they just give me what I asked for? It's frustrating. I'm done with this brand, they are so cheap.
