Light colored boots with gum soles
I recently bought a pair of light colored boots with gum soles from your company, but I had some issues with the product and customer service. The boots I got were too small and had some black marks on the back of the heels. When I tried to exchange them for the right size, I was told they were already sold out. I had to pay to send them back, which was a pain. When the correct size became available, I asked for a discount on the new pair, but it took a few days for them to give me a discount code. By the time I got the code, the boots were sold out again. The best they could do was offer me a 50% refund because of the marks on the soles. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with this whole experience and I would warn others before buying from this company.
Brown Allen loafer purchase
I recently bought a pair of brown Allen loafers from this company, and let me tell you, it was a letdown. After wearing them just once, I started noticing the leather cracking, fading, and peeling. I decided to contact customer service about it, but they basically told me that it was normal wear and tear. I was so disappointed with both the product quality and the company's response. While the shoes looked nice, they didn't hold up well at all. I've had better luck with brands like Johnston and Murphy and Allen Edmond, which are way better in terms of quality and how long they last.
Shoes purchase
I bought a pair of shoes not too long ago and I gotta say, the customer service I got was pretty disappointing. After I placed my order, I waited around for about a month, but didn't get any updates or notifications about it. I tried reaching out through emails, but I never got a response, so I had to turn to social media to get any kind of info. Turns out, one of the shoes I ordered wasn't available anymore and they were gonna give me a refund for it. Eventually, I did get the other shoe, but the whole lack of communication and care for my experience as a customer really left me feeling bummed out. I mean, the shoes are nice and all, but they seriously need to work on improving their customer service game.
Chelsea boots purchase
I was really interested in those Chelsea boots from New Republic because they were simple and didn't cost a lot. But when I got them, I was pretty let down. They were only $99, which is a good deal, but they were not comfy at all and didn't fit right. I was in between sizes - the 10 was too big and the 10.5 was too small, so they hurt my feet when I wore them. I hoped they would stretch out a bit, but they didn't, so I couldn't wear them comfortably. Overall, I feel like I wasted my money on those $99 Chelsea boots.
Delayed order, lack of communication
I'm really sorry to hear about the bad experience you had with your purchase. It's not cool for a company to take your money and then not come through with sending your order like they said they would. It's so frustrating when they don't even answer your messages. Businesses should make sure their customers are happy and do what they said they would do on time. If things don't get fixed soon, you might want to think about talking to your credit card company to see if they can help you get your money back.
Tiny shoes, wide and short
These shoes are like, so small! They fit so wide but are way too short for my feet. I wanted to send them back because they weren't right, but no one ever got back to me, even though they were brand new in the box! The customer service here is terrible and they never answer.
Purchased a customized t-shirt
I got a custom tee from this company and boy, was I let down. They said it'd come fast, but it never showed up. When I reached out to customer service, they just shrugged it off and told me to handle it myself. That lack of responsibility and bad communication was a real turn-off. Their stuff might look good in pics, but my actual experience was a big disappointment. I won't be shopping with them again.
