Yoga pants
Oh my gosh, do not buy anything from that place! They are complete scammers. I bought some yoga pants that were supposed to be adorable, but they completely fell apart after just one wash. And now they won't refund my money, can you believe it? I've been trying to get in touch with them for months, but they never pick up the phone or respond to my emails. It's like they don't even care about their customers. It's so frustrating, total scam alert for sure!
Leggings purchase
I recently bought a pair of leggings from this company and I gotta say, I was super let down by the quality and sizing. They weren't the size they claimed to be, so I had to go through the whole ordeal of sending them back for a smaller pair. And let me tell you, the customer service was just awful - they told me they don't do international returns even though I paid for international shipping for the return. It really feels like I got ripped off by this company and I won't be telling anyone to shop there.
Late Delivery
Don't even bother messing with this company. It took forever for my order to ship and their customer service is basically useless. I've been trying to figure out where my order is for weeks now, and I'm getting nowhere. They don't even bother returning my calls, and the emails I get are obviously just automatic. I've had it up to here and had to get my credit card company involved to dispute the charge.
Leggings purchase
I really like the stuff I get from this company, especially the leggings. They’re super comfy, fit great, and last a while. But I’ve had trouble with the bra sizes. No matter what size I picked, it just never fit right. It's been a pain trying to find one that works for me.
Yoga apparel
I've been going to the yoga studio for a while now and I've bought a bunch of yoga clothes from them over the years. The stuff they use is really top-notch - it's super comfy and gives great support while I'm doing my poses. Plus, the designs and colors they have are so unique and always get me compliments from other people.
One thing I bought, the mystique bra, didn't fit as well as I wanted it to. The straps were too far apart and kind of dug into my armpits. But honestly, that was a minor issue compared to how happy I've been with everything else I've gotten from them. I recently bought some satin cargo pants in a new color but they ended up being way too small. I wanted to exchange them for a bigger size because they were on sale for 50% off, but customer service wasn't helpful at all. This whole situation has kind of put me off from shopping here again, especially since this was my fourth time ordering and now it'll be my last.
Delayed order
I've been a loyal customer for quite some time, but the recent experience has really let me down. I made an order more than two weeks ago and still haven't gotten it. Even after getting a shipping confirmation, my order hasn't even been sent out. It's just not right and honestly, it's not very professional. I used to trust this company, but now I'm beginning to wonder if something has changed with the management or ownership. I'd suggest others to be cautious before ordering from them.
Reflective running tights exchange
I just bought my daughter a cool pair of reflective running tights as a gift, and she really digs them. But when she needed a bigger size, I contacted the store's customer service team. They were super helpful and on top of things, making the exchange a breeze. Now my daughter is out there happily running in her new tights and is loving them. All in all, I've had a great experience with this store - quality products and top-notch service. Big thanks to Noli for making it all happen so smoothly!
Yoga pants and top
I recently bought some yoga pants and a top online and was really looking forward to getting them since I've liked their stuff before. But man, I gotta say, I was super let down by the customer service this time around. I placed my order on December 12th, and my stuff still hasn't even been shipped out. The tracking just says it's pending in Miami with no updates. Today's the 20th and I'm starting to worry that my Christmas present won't get here in time. I've tried calling and emailing but nobody from customer service has gotten back to me. Good communication is key in these situations, and it's a real bummer they haven't been on top of it.
Liquid leggings purchase
I just bought a pair of liquid leggings from this store, and I gotta say, they really blew me away with how great they are. The material is super high quality and they fit perfectly. And let me tell you, the customer service from this guy Oscar was next level. He helped me pick out the right size and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Because of him, I now have some awesome leggings that all my friends love too. They're already planning to order some for themselves soon.
Return and refund
I had to take something back that I wasn't feeling and I was totally stressing about not getting my cash back! But I followed the steps and boom, got my refund super fast! I don't get why folks are saying they didn't get their money back, maybe they didn't follow the deal right? Anyways, I'm glad I got my refund, but that product still wasn't my jam.
Two pairs of pants
I was really looking forward to buying two pairs of pants from this store at full price, but things went downhill fast. I tried to return them before they went on sale, within the return window, but they wouldn't take them back. One of the pairs wasn't even discounted yet, so that was pretty annoying. I tried to get help by calling and emailing, but I never heard back. On top of that, the clothes weren't even that great quality. I'd say it's best to avoid this store altogether.
Athleisure wear
I'm a huge fan of this brand - I've bought almost 10 pieces of athleisure wear from them. Their stuff is top-notch, made with great materials and awesome designs that I just can't get enough of. Plus, their shipping is lightning fast, so I always get my order right on time. I'm super happy with everything I've bought so far and can't wait to get more in the future.
Black shine leggings
I just bought these black shine leggings and wow, I am seriously impressed with how good they look and feel. They're a great choice instead of faux leather because they have that high-end vibe but are way more wearable for everyday. Every time I wear them, I get tons of compliments and now they're a must-have in my closet. I totally suggest these leggings to anyone who wants a stylish and comfy option.
Order never arrived
I'm really upset at the moment. I attempted to order some adorable yoga items online, but the store never shipped them! Can you believe it? I had to reach out to PayPal to make sure they eventually sent my order, but even then, they didn't include everything I purchased. I am so irritated!
Sheer shirt and leggings purchase
I was so excited when my order arrived, especially the sheer shirt that I adore. It's so stylish and comfortable, just what I wanted. But, the leggings didn't match up to my hopes. Even though I followed the sizing guide, they were off. I'm 5'8" and 160lb, and the medium leggings were too loose around the waist and thighs. When I was working out, I had to keep pulling them up, and it was super annoying. I'm not sure if a small would fit me right at my height.
Liquid leggings
I gotta say, I was really let down by those liquid leggings I bought from the store. They were super low quality - the waist kept rolling down and they stretched out after just a couple wears. And then, to top it off, I got hit with unexpected duties when they were delivered that the company didn't tell me about. The sizing was way off too, so returning them was a pain. I spent over $100 CAD on those leggings and definitely didn't get my money's worth.

Yoga outfits
I am loving the yoga outfits I bought - they're awesome! They're so stylish, comfy and perfect for my yoga classes. But, I did notice a little problem with the top. There are two layers that aren't sewn together at the bottom, so sometimes the bottom layer peeks out. Other than that, I'm absolutely adoring my Vail and Aspen outfits.
