    Dissatisfied Return Experience

    I just gotta tell you, I had the worst time trying to get my money back for some clothes I bought online. I spent a good chunk of change on outfits that just didn't work out for me, so I sent them back pronto with my receipt. But man, it turned into a total nightmare dealing with their customer service for the next six months. They said they got an empty box and didn't show me any proof to back it up, which left me angry and broke. And now I'm stuck trying to fight with my bank over it, which is only making things worse. I'm so let down by this whole experience, and I would definitely tell anyone considering shopping there to think twice.

    I recently bought some clothes from this store and had to return most of them. So, I used Klarna at checkout and noticed they charged me for items I didn't even keep. When I reached out to customer service, they didn't believe me and wouldn't double-check or contact the warehouse. Long story short, I got overcharged by $200. Even after a second call, they just blew me off and said it was my problem. When I said I wouldn't shop there again, they said "great!" I couldn't believe how bad their customer service was. I shop at a lot of places, but this was the worst treatment I've ever gotten. Now I'm stuck with a $200 bill that's not mine.

    I ordered some clothes for an event and they never showed up on time. I tried emailing them but they didn't really help me out. Now I'm leaving the country and still don't have my stuff. It's so frustrating!

    Wrong item and missing refunds

    I recently bought something from this store and ended up getting the wrong item. To make matters worse, I'm also missing two refunds that I've been trying to get for the past two weeks. The customer service has been awful. I've tried reaching out through emails, phone calls, and online chats, but I just keep going in circles. Each agent gives me different answers and it feels like they're just giving me the runaround with empty promises. I even asked to speak with a manager, but my request was ignored. I'm now at the point where I have to take this further by filing a dispute with Paypal and my bank. It's frustrating, especially since one of the refunds is for a mistake they made in sending me the wrong item. Even though I like their clothes, I won't be buying from them again. I'll just stick with shopping directly from ASOS from now on.

    slow delivery, frustrating customer service

    I just bought something online and man, let me tell you, it was a total let down. The delivery took forever, and to top it off, I had no clue my package was coming from overseas. When I tried to get in touch with Customer Service, I could barely even talk to a human being. Dealing with that virtual assistant was a headache and everything moved at a snail's pace. I'm already stressed about having to send back the item. Long story short, I won't be buying from this company ever again.
