Personalized Polo Apparels
Just two days back I received my parcels ,this items are exclusively ordered for coming Christmas occasion when I have to distribute these T shirts Caps and few important apparels for women ,all personalized.
Thousands of company who are offering personalizing apparels ,mugs ,books any on all type of of printable products.
Many times I had purchased so many items from local stores in different locations.
First time in this pandemic period I planned to gift some specialized and personalized branded apparels to some special friends on Christmas.
Polo brand is best for planned apparels like Gentle color T shirts ,caps and few more.

I don't understand why the rating here isn't great. These polo shirts from this brand are like the definition of timeless style and quality. When I think of polo shirts, no other brand even compares, they just set the standard. Yeah, they might be a little pricey for some, but in today's world of crazy expensive designer stuff, it's worth it for such top-notch craftsmanship and style. The little details and the super luxurious feel of the fabric make it worth every dollar. I would definitely suggest these polo shirts to anyone wanting a classic, high-quality piece for their wardrobe.

Package came damaged, ripped. Shirt was marked black from the shipping (pink shirt) I have pictures of bag and shirt. Called. Very nicely said, keep the shirt ( I was willing to send it back) and we'll send another one out. Never heard anything. A week later, so very sorry. Yes, keep the shirt, we'll send you a replacement and a $25 gift card for your troubles. Heard nothing. Called. No, we're not going to send you a new shirt, No, we're not giving you a gift card. Money refunded. Supervisor wouldn't even talk with me. Ridiculous.
Bought some clothes but needed to return them
I bought some clothes, but they didn't fit, so I had to return them. But I didn't have a printer to print the shipping label at home, so I went to the store. Turns out, the store didn't have a printer either! I ended up buying a new printer just for that label.
On the plus side, the folks at the store were really nice and even gave me a discount for my next purchase. They always have my back whenever something goes awry with my orders. Seriously, best customer service around!Sandals
I got myself a pair of sandals from this company, and let me tell you, not once, but twice, they sent me two different styles for each foot. I was so annoyed having to send them back, get a refund, reorder, and still end up with the same mix-matched pair. The lack of care and attention to detail is really worrying. On top of that, the delivery was a hassle both times, making the whole thing even more of a letdown. I really should've checked out some reviews before I bought them.
Shirt return delay
I just wanted to share my frustration with this store because I returned a shirt and it's been a mess. I sent it back on December 26th and got an email saying they got it, but it's now March 11th and I still haven't gotten my money back. They told me I'd get a refund by March 8th, but it never came. This whole situation has really ticked me off and I don't think I'll be buying anything from them online again.
Bought a shirt
I went to the store to find some new shirts since I lost weight, but I had a hard time finding one that fit just right. The salesperson was really focused on helping me out, and they even brought in a tailor to make some adjustments to the shirt. The tailor took the shirt to work on it and even offered to drop it off at my house for no extra charge. It did take a few days longer than I thought, but the shirt finally arrived. All in all, it was a pretty positive experience!
Cashmere sweater purchase
I got this really nice cashmere sweater for women, but after only three months, it started getting holes and pilling everywhere. Plus, I also bought a wool sweater about a year ago, and now it's all stretched out and floppy. When I reached out to customer service about these problems, they didn't have any helpful solutions. It's just sad that a brand that's supposed to be top-notch is actually pretty meh.

Dress purchase
My experience with this company was a real letdown. I ordered a dress, but they lost it in their warehouse in Italy. Even after I sent countless emails, all I got was a refund - but the promo code they gave me didn't even work. When I called customer service about it, the person I spoke to was not helpful at all. They just said I'd have to wait for the marketing team to send me a new promo code. The whole thing was frustrating and left me feeling really disappointed.
Incorrect orders received
I bought stuff from this company twice and both times I was pretty let down. The first time they sent me the wrong t-shirt, and the second time the puffer jacket I got was all dusty like it had been sitting out in the store for a while. On top of that, I asked for gift wrapping on the second order, but it showed up in just a regular package.
Overpriced clothing
I messed up and bought some clothes from this store that I totally regret. The prices are way too high for what you get, seriously. I had to return something and even though I got an email saying I'd get a refund, the money never came through. When I tried to contact customer service, they were no help at all, just kept dodging my questions and passing me around to different people. They obviously don't care about fixing problems or giving good service to their customers.
Good products, dreadful customer service
My time at that store was quite a letdown because the customer service was just terrible. Even though I bought some good stuff, the staff didn't seem to care at all - they were no help and didn't even try to understand or offer any assistance. Dealing with such unhelpful service was really frustrating.
Damaged dress strap
The online shopping experience at this store is just awful. They sent me the dress I ordered in a box without any protection, and the strap ended up getting messed up during delivery. When I wanted to return it, they didn't even include a return label, so I had to jump through hoops to print it myself. Seriously, printing that label was a total nightmare. It's frustrating because other companies make it so easy by just including a return label in the box. This store is clearly trying to cut corners and make the customers do all the work. I'm fed up with this online shop and I won't be buying anything from them again.
Quality concerns, brand loyalty
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for a while now, and I gotta say, lately I've been noticing a drop in the quality of their products. Prices are still up there, but the products just don't seem to measure up to what they used to be. Even though I still like the brand and their logo, I'm starting to think twice about making regular purchases because I'm just not getting the same bang for my buck.
Premium clothing
As someone who really cares about getting well-made clothes, I always have high hopes for the stuff I buy. Sadly, the recent order I made with this company completely let me down. The whole deal from ordering to getting my stuff was full of problems and delays.
When I finally got my order, I could tell right away that the quality wasn't up to par. The fabric felt cheap and the stitching was all crooked. I was so bummed out I decided to return it for a refund. And that's when things got really bad.
Even though I followed all the steps for the return, I still haven't gotten my money back. Every time I try to contact customer service, it's a waste of time with long waits and unhelpful reps. The total lack of communication and fixing the issue from their end is beyond frustrating and just not cool.

What a nightmare! I bought this huge coat, but it didn't fit right, so I had to return it. And let me tell you, it's been a disaster from the get-go. I sent back the coat, got an email saying I'd get a refund of $509 on my card, but 6 weeks later, still nothing on my statement. I reached out to my card company and Ralph Lauren, and they swear they gave me the refund, even though they did. They even had the nerve to say they never issued a credit, but hello, I have the emails to prove it! Every time I call customer service, I talk to a different person with a foreign-sounding name who acts like they don't know anything about my issue. It's like talking to a wall of dumbness and avoidance. They clearly don't want to give me my money back. If you're going through this too, my tip is to dispute the purchase with your credit card company and let them deal with these incredibly inept folks.
Online purchase experience
The whole returns thing with this brand online is a total nightmare. It's like a never-ending maze trying to get a stupid returns label, and then the waiting game for a refund is just ridiculous. I sent back an order early this month, and now they're telling me I gotta wait all the way until the end of March to get my money back. It's been so dang frustrating dealing with this online purchase, I'm swearing off buying from this brand online ever again.
