Very very useful
Paradise for outing lovers .Shelter logic is providing smart shelters to remove worries for parking vehicle when at outing sites.Normally it's always terrible job to secure parkings for our cars suv,small truck's ,boats etc.How easy to make a temporary shelter within no time and fold it back similarly. Sheds equally important when go for outing.
Sheds made by durable fabrics and steel.Fabrics are foldable and other can be assembled .
Fabric shed for my garden I found better ,if I see the usages , convenience and durability ,cost is fine.They are ready to assist any time round the clock.Delivered parcel was well packed with instructions to use and keep safe.Missing parts issue
I recently had a problem with my recent purchase – some parts were missing, which definitely bummed me out. But, I gotta say, the customer service I got after reporting the issue was top-notch! I followed the steps to get those missing parts, and that's when I got in touch with Laura M. She was super quick to respond to my questions and gave me all the info I needed. Even though I was getting a bit antsy, Laura stayed nice, got things done fast, and really cared about fixing the problem. And today, just like she said, I got those missing parts in the mail. That's what I call great service!
Awesome portable garage
I recently got this really cool portable garage from this place and I have to say, it's pretty awesome. The customer service lady I spoke with, let's call her Martine, was amazing. She was friendly and knowledgeable, which was great. She didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions, which is sometimes the case. I sent her some information and she responded really quickly with exactly what I needed. I was seriously impressed. I don't usually give glowing reviews, but Martine definitely earned it. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a cool portable garage.
Matching part numbers for a new cover
I just reached out to customer service to ask about buying a new cover for my outdoor structure. Bill Huff really knew his stuff and was able to find a match for the part number on my current cover in their system. This made ordering the new one super easy. I volunteer at a non-profit in Eugene, Oregon, where we use our structure as a makeshift kitchen. It's super important for us to have a cover we can rely on for our operations. Our Shelter Logic structure has been a rock-solid and long-lasting addition for us.
My sister got extra parts
My sister's shed had a pretty big mess-up while she was putting it together, but this guy Greg from customer service was amazing and really helped her solve it, even though they were on the phone for what felt like ages. He was really patient, which is something my sister definitely isn't, so big props to Greg for that. I sure wish I had someone like Greg to help me out when I have issues!
Chair replacement
I just got in touch about getting a new chair, and I ended up talking to Christina from customer service. She was so nice, patient, and really helpful in helping me find a good replacement. Everything went really smoothly, and my new chair was sent out quickly. I'm really happy with the great customer service and I love my new chair. Big thanks to Christina for all her awesome help!
Replacement cover purchase
I just bought a new cover from this company and the customer service was awesome. Lee Ann was great to deal with - super friendly, knew her stuff, and made the whole process really easy. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. I ordered in April and got it fast with no problems. I meant to write this review in May, but life got crazy. Lee Ann's outstanding service really stood out to me and I wanted to give her the credit she deserves.
Canopy replacement for 10x20 structure
I first sent an email after business hours and got a quick reply from Lynn McCann the next day. Also, I used the Live Chat during the day and Arelis helped me out. Both of them knew what they were doing and made it easy for me to get a new canopy for my 10x20 structure. Ordering it was smooth, and I really liked how professional Lynn and Arelis were. All in all, dealing with the company was good and I'm happy with the outcome.
Portable Garage Purchase
I just bought a portable garage from this company recently, and let me tell you, their customer service was incredible. Rachel, the representative I talked to, was so polite, helpful, and quick to get things done. It was a nice surprise to find out she's from my hometown of Hartford, CT, even though I'm now living in a little homestead in KY. Thanks to Rachel, buying the garage was super easy and stress-free.
Shelter top purchase
Hey, so I ordered this shelter top and it ended up getting sent to the wrong place. But then I got in touch with this really nice person named Martine Gallant, and she quickly resolved the issue for me. She worked with her manager to get a new one sent out to me right away. Their customer service is fantastic, and Martine really went above and beyond. If you ever have an issue, make sure to ask for her!
Round shelters for vehicles and yard work supplies
I've been a faithful customer of round shelters for my vehicles and yard supplies since '88. Every time I buy, it's better than I hoped for in terms of lasting and keeping things safe. These shelters have really been reliable and held up well over the years. A big shoutout to the guy Bill who helped me out during my last purchase. His service was top-notch.
Big garage, some issues
We got this big garage for all our stuff, but had some issues putting it together. Gave ‘em a call and they fixed it real quick. The service was amazing. Definitely recommend it to everyone!
Missing metal shed part
I reached out to the company about a missing part for my metal shed. Laura Miller from customer service got back to me really fast and said they'd ship the missing part from the factory. I got it in just four days thanks to UPS! Laura even assisted me with the product registration. Big thanks to Laura Miller for the awesome help!
Replacement drain plug caps
I lost the drain plug cap on my 100-quart cooler and contacted customer service for help. Martine was super helpful and sent me replacement caps in two sizes. I got them quickly in the mail and I'm really happy with Martine's great service and how fast my issue was fixed.
First phone call
I gave this guy Bill a call over in Connecticut and he turned out to be super nice and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and even volunteered to shoot over an installation diagram via email. I thought that was pretty awesome of him. Shoutout to Bill for all his help!
Garage in a box
Stock cover dont last 2 yrs becomes very brittle and tears called for heavy duty replacement 960 whole tent originally cost about 8oo next step up1800 ordered heavy duty.gave replacement tag number and received the wrong size so i sent it back they lied to me and said they shipped new one. I called 2 weeks later to find out they did not.told me the replacement was 360 dollars more. Cutting my story short bickered over price told me they would call back never did. Called back paid extra 300 didnt come for2 weeks .keep in mind all my stuff got rained on and ruined now were on about six weeks. New cover came in stalled front then back then top .almost done i noticed foot prints from front to back and several small tears .i took pictures called them 3rd person .she told me she would replace it and was very upset .never came called again didn't now who i was had to send them all the info again said ship on out that day 2more weeks. Never came. now they dont return emails .horrible custom service. Liers . Dont buy products dont last .very disappointed. Not giving up
