Detailed and lovable products
The items I bought were super detailed and just as cute as they said they would be. I was really impressed with the quality and how much attention was put into making them. Boba Fett with Han in Carbonite premium format
I recently bought the Boba Fett with Han in Carbonite statue from one of Sideshow's suppliers. I've had good experiences with Sideshow in the past, but this time around I was let down. When I got the statue, I saw some pretty big flaws that made it unusable. I had to get rid of it because it was beyond fixing. I've been trying to find a new one, but no luck so far. It's been frustrating. I hope Sideshow can do better with their quality checks in the future and maybe offer replacements or parts for damaged items.
Hot Toys
I just bought a Hot Toys collectible from an online store and I was really happy with how everything turned out. The item I got looked just like it did on the website, and I was impressed by how detailed and accurate the product descriptions were. The shipping was quick and the packaging kept my collectible safe until it got to me. I've been with Sideshow for a good bit, and I gotta say, they never let me down. Every time I order something, it comes in perfect condition and exactly what I expected. Fast shipping, disappointing chest light
The shipping was super quick, and my figure came in perfect condition. I was a little bummed that the chest light didn't actually light up like I thought it would. But overall, the figure is really nice quality and has become one of my favorites in my collection.

I was really happy with the customer service I got when I had questions about tracking my order. The team knew their stuff and got back to me fast with useful info. Plus, I liked the rewards program and the sales with promo codes helped me save some money on what I bought.
Cool but Disappointing
The stuff they sell at that store is pretty cool and unique, I'll give them that. But man, my time there was a letdown and I ain't gonna shop there again. I dropped a decent amount of cash on a birthday gift and didn't get it until 5 weeks later. The website promised it would ship right away, but that was a lie. When I asked customer service about the delay, they gave me a sarcastic answer. I thought a fancy store like that would have better service. Feels like they don't care about their big-spending customers. I'll find somewhere else to shop for similar items with better treatment. All in all, major bummer of an experience.
Hot Toys 1/6th scale figure
I just picked up one of those Hot Toys 1/6th scale figures from Sideshow and man, they are so cool and awesome! I snagged Lord Vader and he came in perfect condition, despite the fact that the box looked a little roughed up. The figure itself is just incredible and definitely worth both the price and the wait!
