    Finally my search ended here.Nice shoes ,great finishing and durable .For coming occasion just trying to have a nice pair of shoes .Stuart is a high quality store for shoes.Before visiting this site I came to know about this store from my colleague who have already purchased few pairs of shoes and boots .
    As willing to buy a very special shoes ,a Kolbie Lace up boot in black color , complete leather work ,made in Spain.Quality is matching with my desire .Finishing is a unique feature ,inside leather sole and rubber in main.Over all I did a nice selection.When I go for such mega design,cost should equally matchable ..So it is.

    Crystal buckle boots purchased

    I got these really cute crystal buckle boots that I was obsessed with, but after a few months, I saw that some of the crystals had fallen off. So, I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they didn't give me any support at all. I kept trying to get a hold of them, but I just felt let down and annoyed that they didn't send me any replacement crystals. It's a bummer having to wear these boots now and they look all janky and cheap without all the crystals.

    I bought something on sale from the website not too long ago, but I ran into some problems with the pricing and shipping. The website didn't honor the prices and shipping policies they had listed. Even though they were offering certain shipping options for the items on sale, turns out they weren't actually available for those items. And to make matters worse, the email I got saying I qualified for free shipping and the sale price wasn't actually legit. That just added to the confusion. On top of all that, the customer service experience was pretty disappointing. The reps were unhelpful and didn't bother getting back to me.

    I recently bought something online and man, the whole thing was a bummer. I shelled out a good chunk of cash for shipping, but my package got held up. When I called customer service, the person I talked to swore up and down that the delivery was fine, even though I could clearly see it was delayed and had the wrong address. They just wouldn't listen to me and said I had to keep waiting. Fedex actually ended up solving the mystery - the company name was missing from the address. I made sure to give them all the right info when I placed my order, but it seems like someone dropped the ball. Now, I'm just sitting here twiddling my thumbs and feeling super annoyed. If I hadn't reached out to Fedex, I bet my package would've been sent back. I paid a decent amount for shipping, so this kind of service is so not okay. I expected better from a big brand like this, and it's a letdown to see their customer service falling short.

    The customer service at this store is just terrible. I recently asked for help finding a specific pair of shoes and gave them all the details I could, but they were so unhelpful and resistant. Even though I described the shoes really well, they still wanted a link, which I didn't have. When I tried to talk to a manager about it, they wouldn't give me any contact info and I felt really frustrated and like they weren't even listening. It's just really disappointing to see that they don't want to help out a potential customer. After this, I'm definitely not shopping at this store again.

    My new boots

    Yeah, so I scored these awesome new boots from this store I like, and I was so pumped to try them on. But then, the shipping info was totally messed up and they had no clue where my package was! It was seriously frustrating because I just wanted my boots, you feel me? Plus, they were using different emails and all that which seemed super sketchy. I was like, "Uh, hello? Are you looking to scam me or what?!" I was about ready to call the cops, I swear! Definitely not ordering from them again.

    Buying shoes from this place is such a rip-off. Their prices are sky-high, and even with discounts, it's still not worth it. They don't even have a return or replacement policy for sale items - that's crazy! Plus, their sizing and width are all messed up compared to other brands, so it's hard to find a good fit. Trust me, save your money and shop somewhere else because this brand is a total scam that won't give you a refund.

    I just bought something and paid extra for that two-day shipping, but it turned into a big mess. I got the confirmation for my order, but then heard nothing about when it was coming. When I called customer service, they were no help at all. They couldn't find my order even though I had emails saying it was confirmed. It felt like they were just taking my money and not giving me anything in return. The whole thing seemed sketchy and made me really mad that the company wasn't being honest with me.

    Knee high boots

    Let me tell you, I've never seen such incompetence in my life. I was super pumped to get my knee-high boots, but that excitement quickly turned to frustration. The boots came on time, but sadly they were way too big. No biggie, right? Wrong. I tried sending them back with the Fedex label they gave me, but it didn't work. I called customer service, got a new label, and tried again. This whole song and dance happened three more times, with the label failing every time. I tried telling customer service the label was the issue, but they didn't listen. In the end, I had to get PayPal involved to fix the problem, and I'm so glad I did or I would've been out $397.

    Expensive shoes, delivery issues

    My time at that store was kind of a mess because of the delivery problems. I was really looking forward to getting my fancy shoes, but the delivery service totally dropped the ball. It seemed like the shoes went on an adventure with the delivery company instead of coming to me, so I had to wait days to get them. And to top it off, the customer service didn't really help much either. They said they'd fix things one day, but then couldn't even pick up the phone the next. It was really annoying to drop a bunch of cash on shoes only to get let down by bad customer service and slow delivery.
