    BOHO clothing purchase

    The BOHO clothing selection at this store is so beautiful. I was really impressed by the unique styles and the high-quality materials. Ordering was easy and my stuff came quickly, which was a nice surprise. But I do have to agree with what others are saying about the prices being a bit high. I get that good stuff costs more, but some prices were just too much for my wallet. I'd suggest keeping an eye out for sales or deals to make it more affordable. And it's sad to hear that another company might be copying the designs from here. It's important to support the original creators and not buy knockoffs.

    Gift order mishap

    I've been with this company for a while now, and I gotta say, they really dropped the ball on this one. I ordered two gifts, only got one. They owned up to the mistake, but their solution was for me to pay for the missing item again and then wait for them to give me my money back. Seemed kind of unfair to me. I shouldn't have to shell out more cash for something that wasn't my fault. Companies should own up to their mistakes and make things right without making it a hassle for the customer.

    Dress return delay

    I just went back to the store to return something and let me tell you, I was so disappointed with how they handled it. I did everything they asked for the return, but can you believe it took them a crazy 25 days to put the money back on my debit card? What really got me mad was how they keep pushing the importance of returning stuff on time, yet they took forever to give me my money back. It felt like they were holding onto my cash on purpose, and that is just not cool. Not to mention, they didn't even bother to keep me in the loop or explain what was going on. I thought a big store like this would be way more organized and professional.

    Wrong item and color received

    I just bought something online and man, let me tell you, it was a total mess. They sent me the wrong thing in the wrong color! The website was all jumbled up, showing different pics and colors of the same item. When I reached out to customer service to try and fix it, they were zero help and even kinda rude. Plus, the prices were way too high! And don't even get me started on how long it took to get my money back. Ugh, just an awful experience that left me feeling so annoyed and let down.

    T-shirt purchase

    I just ordered a t-shirt from this website and boy was it a pain. They charged me $10.95 for shipping, which is crazy if you ask me. The shirt took ages to arrive, and when it finally did, the color was completely different from what I saw on the site. I returned it using their label but had to wait 20 days and call twice to get my money back. Such a hassle, definitely not worth it.

    As a new customer, I was really let down by my experience. I tried signing up for an account on their website two times, but never got a welcome email or any info about free shipping. When I reached out to them twice to try and fix things, they told me that promotional emails are only sent on birthdays. This lack of communication and false info really bummed me out.

    The whole exchange process was a total nightmare. I mean, can you believe I waited a whopping three months for the exchange, and it never even showed up? I tried to contact customer service a bunch of times, but they were no help at all - couldn't give me a straight answer to save their lives. So, I got super annoyed and just asked for a refund instead. And get this, they didn't even bother telling me about the refund. It's such a letdown because I actually love their stuff, especially the jewelry, but man, their customer service is just not cutting it.

    Button-up tops

    I recently bought a couple of button-up tops online and splurged on one that cost me $100. To my disappointment, the top completely fell apart after just one wash. The buttons came loose and all those cute little details suddenly didn't matter. When I reached out to customer service for help, they did provide return instructions but didn't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience. I'm really let down by the poor quality of the product and the disappointing customer service. I was so frustrated that I even asked to be removed from their catalog list.

    Promotion code issues

    My recent experience with this company has been super frustrating, to say the least. For the past few months, I've been struggling with the promo codes they keep sending me. They just don't work, and every time I call customer service to get it sorted out, they act like there's no problem. It's crazy that a company with their good reputation can't even get something as simple as promo codes right. And don't even get me started on their item history - it's all over the place and impossible to search through. I gotta say, I am majorly let down by their service.

    Leather handbag purchase

    The leather handbag I bought from this catalog was really nice, but I thought it was a little pricey. Luckily, I found out they have a section with cheaper options. They have a lot of different stuff, but I was pretty disappointed with their customer service. I tried emailing them through their website but never heard back. It's not cool to ignore your customers like that. So, my time shopping with them was okay because of the good quality, but dealing with their customer service was annoying.

    Overpriced shipping and return fees

    I was really bummed about how expensive the shipping and return fees were at Sundance. Like, seriously, most places only charge one way, so why can't they just do that too? It's pretty disappointing that they didn't include return shipping costs. So, yeah, I'm opting out of their mailings and definitely won't be shopping with them again.
