Shoes replacement after seam issue
I bought some shoes from this brand not too long ago, and wouldn't you know it, after just three weeks, I saw a seam starting to come undone. I snapped some pics and contacted their customer support, fully prepared for a headache to get a new pair. But guess what? They wasted no time in sending out a replacement order without giving me the third degree. The folks I talked to were super nice and seemed really committed to making sure I was happy with my purchase. I was really impressed by how quickly they addressed the issue and their eagerness to make things right. It was a nice change from the usual runaround you tend to get with customer service these days.
Shoes return
I had a problem with some shoes I bought three months ago. I figured out they were too small because of my foot injury. Customer service was super helpful when I reached out for help. They asked for pictures to show the shoes were unworn, then they said it was okay to return them. Now I'm just waiting for either my new shoes to arrive or a refund. I really appreciate how great the customer service was, especially since most places don't accept returns after three months. Huge shoutout to Kim, the customer service rep who helped me out.

I ordered a bunch of stuff and let me tell you, those Canyon sneakers are seriously amazing! I'm obsessed with them. Now, the Dune ones are not bad, but the Geyser ones? Total disappointment. They seemed perfect when I first got them - super comfy and stylish. But guess what? They're not even waterproof like they claim to be. And to top it off, they fell apart at the front where your foot bends after less than half a year. I barely even wore them, unlike the Canyons which are still going strong.
Sunset sneakers
I bought a pair of Sunset sneakers from this brand not long ago, and let me tell you, they are perfect for travel. These shoes are so light, comfy, dry super fast, and you can even wear them without socks. I took them with me on a month-long trip to India and wore them every single day without any problems. The only small issue I had was with the inner sole, it's not the easiest to take off and put on quickly (especially without socks), but I fixed that by using some third-party insoles.

I really liked how the shoes looked when I first saw them, so I was excited to give them a try. But when I actually put them on, I was bummed out because they didn't fit me right. Even though I have feet that are on the smaller side, the elastic band on the shoes was way too tight. It was super uncomfortable to wear them. I even tried on a second pair, but I could barely keep them on for an hour before I had to take off the laces because they were hurting my feet.

Canyon HDry shoes
I am absolutely loving the Canyon HDry shoes! I just took them on a tough 10km hike in Montenegro, and they performed amazingly. The fit is spot on, and they are without a doubt the most comfortable hiking shoes I've ever had. Despite the rough terrain, they still look like I just bought them. The customer service was also fantastic - they quickly helped me out when I had an issue with a lace stopper and got a replacement sent out right away.
Nook Backpack purchase
I just got the Nook Backpack and I'm really happy with it. The way it carries the weight is great, it feels super comfortable on my back. The seams are really well done and the side nets are super sturdy, they haven't ripped at all even though I've been using it for months. I've used this backpack for school and travel, and it's been way better than I expected in terms of how long it's lasted and how well it works.

Waterproof, comfortable, stylish shoes
These shoes are absolutely amazing! I snagged them just before my trip to the UK, and let me tell you, they made a world of difference. Even in all that rainy weather, my feet stayed totally dry, and I was able to walk around all day without a hint of discomfort. On top of all that, they go with any outfit, whether it's casual or a bit fancier. I'm definitely going to grab another pair real soon.
Versatile and high-quality jacket
I really like the jacket because it keeps me warm even when it's cold, around 8 degrees. But I'm not a fan of how you have to slide it over your head to put it on. It would be better if it had a zipper, because the way it is now messes up my hair. Still, it's a good jacket overall and I would suggest it to others.
Travel Pack Purchase
The travel pack I bought came with a backpack, laundry bag, toiletry bag, and some other stuff. They seemed cool at first, but honestly, the quality wasn't all that great. When I used the cocoon backpack for the first time, the protection was already messed up, so it didn't keep my stuff dry. And then, when I went to use the toiletry bag for the first time on my trip, the mirror was already broken. I hadn't even used it yet, so that was a major bummer. After all that, I'm pretty hesitant to buy from this brand again, especially considering how much it cost.

Man, these shoes are amazing! I wore them hiking all day long and they were so comfortable. They kept my feet dry when I accidentally stepped in puddles and never made my feet sweaty. No blisters, no slipping - just pure greatness.

Durable carry-on suitcase
I got the Rollerbag after supporting a backpack project on Kickstarter back in 2020. It was a bit expensive, but definitely worth it for the top-notch quality and how long-lasting it is. The pockets and the expandable feature are really cool, and I also like that I can switch it up and wear it as a backpack. I would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a great travel bag!
