Shoes return
I had a problem with some shoes I bought three months ago. I figured out they were too small because of my foot injury. Customer service was super helpful when I reached out for help. They asked for pictures to show the shoes were unworn, then they said it was okay to return them. Now I'm just waiting for either my new shoes to arrive or a refund. I really appreciate how great the customer service was, especially since most places don't accept returns after three months. Huge shoutout to Kim, the customer service rep who helped me out.
Several products
I ordered a bunch of stuff and let me tell you, those Canyon sneakers are seriously amazing! I'm obsessed with them. Now, the Dune ones are not bad, but the Geyser ones? Total disappointment. They seemed perfect when I first got them - super comfy and stylish. But guess what? They're not even waterproof like they claim to be. And to top it off, they fell apart at the front where your foot bends after less than half a year. I barely even wore them, unlike the Canyons which are still going strong.
Sunset sneakers
I bought a pair of Sunset sneakers from this brand not long ago, and let me tell you, they are perfect for travel. These shoes are so light, comfy, dry super fast, and you can even wear them without socks. I took them with me on a month-long trip to India and wore them every single day without any problems. The only small issue I had was with the inner sole, it's not the easiest to take off and put on quickly (especially without socks), but I fixed that by using some third-party insoles.
Travel backpacks for Italy trip
I just got back from a vacation, and I gotta say, my new travel backpacks came in clutch. They've got a cool daypack and toiletries bag included, so I was able to pack tons of clothes and shoes. Now, I'm gearing up for a month-long trip to Italy, and this backpack has got more than enough room for all my stuff. Plus, even when it's filled to the brim, it only weighs 11kg, making it perfect for traveling. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!
Travel Pack Purchase
The travel pack I bought came with a backpack, laundry bag, toiletry bag, and some other stuff. They seemed cool at first, but honestly, the quality wasn't all that great. When I used the cocoon backpack for the first time, the protection was already messed up, so it didn't keep my stuff dry. And then, when I went to use the toiletry bag for the first time on my trip, the mirror was already broken. I hadn't even used it yet, so that was a major bummer. After all that, I'm pretty hesitant to buy from this brand again, especially considering how much it cost.
Wet and dry terrain shoes
Man, these shoes are amazing! I wore them hiking all day long and they were so comfortable. They kept my feet dry when I accidentally stepped in puddles and never made my feet sweaty. No blisters, no slipping - just pure greatness.
Shoes purchase on sale
I just bought a pair of shoes on sale and they turned out to be a great find. At first, they didn't have my size, but they offered me a similar style that was just right. I was a little unsure, but when I got them, I was really impressed by how good they looked. I wore them all week on vacation and they were super comfortable and held up well. I'm happy with the purchase!
Quick and accurate delivery
My order came in real fast and it was on point. The shoes I got were just like they were shown online. But the ankles were a little too low for me. It'd be cool if there were more choices with higher ankles, like a boot style. But besides that, I'm happy with what I got. The shoes are solid - great material, nice texture, and super flexible.
Smooth and Excellent
My experience with this purchase was really good. The product details were on point, the size chart helped me pick the right size, and the delivery was quick. The shoes were even better than I expected - super comfy and great quality. The only downside was that I thought the marketing was a little too pushy, but overall it was a positive experience.
Travel Shoes
These travel shoes are fantastic! The customer service was great, they were always there to help me out. I wore the Jungle shoe all around Europe, and they held up really well. When I went to Venice, Italy and Croatia, these shoes were perfect for all the walking I did. Tropicfeel is seriously amazing, their shoes are the best for travel!
Backpack and jacket purchase
The stuff I picked up was really great, just like the review I saw online. But man, was I bummed when I found out they don't ship to my area. Had to jump through hoops to finally get my hands on them. It's annoying thinking I might have to wait until my next overseas trip to buy more.
Two pairs of sneakers and a ProTravel™ Tee Core White Man
I just bought two pairs of sneakers - the Dune ones for me and the Canyon ones for my fiance. He really likes his new kicks and wore them a lot on our 18-day trip to Southeast Asia, but I didn't have the same great experience with mine.
