Great Collections
Very interesting marketing strategy here by Ulta Beauty,They are giving a gift with any purchase of product costing sixty dollars plus.My weakness is perfumes. Wonderful collections I have from branded companies from different places .But common is natural ingredients.Hardly or use chemicals contents.
But here I liked a pack of one Oz I.e.30 grams ,I found beauty of bottle which is in high heel sandal
Floral essence ,also matching for free gift item.
Most of the products are sixty plus dollars ,gift is not important as product is .I must say perfume made by natural ingredients and so this is safe to use .This is my first purchase from Ulta.
Hope purchase can be repeated here.Beauty products
I just bought some beauty products from ULTA Beauty and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how it all went down. They had a ton of different brands to pick from, which made it easy for me to find exactly what I needed. Plus, their app lets you rack up points for your next shopping spree and sometimes you even snag some sweet coupons. The customer service was on point - the staff was super nice and helpful. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer was that some of the prices were a tad steep compared to other places. But, being able to order online and get speedy delivery totally made up for it.
Makeup palette
I just bought this makeup palette at ULTA Beauty, and let me tell you, I was seriously blown away by how amazing it is! The folks working there really knew their stuff and helped me pick out the best palette for my skin tone and what I like. They've got such a wide variety of brands to choose from, and the whole shopping trip was just a breeze. Highly recommend checking them out!
Pink nude lipstick
I went to ULTA the other day and had such a great time! The staff there were super friendly and really helped me find the perfect shade of pink nude lipstick. It was like they knew exactly what I was thinking! Even though they didn't have the largest variety of products, I still found what I needed. I'll definitely be going back there the next time I need more makeup.
Makeup match
The worker was awesome! She totally helped me find the perfect concealer and foundation to match my skin tone. She was so nice and even gave me some tips on other products I might like. Plus, the store was really clean and looked really nice!
Gift set forgotten when ordering online
Oh my gosh, I was shopping online and totally spaced out on adding this adorable gift set to my order. I called them right away, thinking they could just throw it in or ship it separately, but they shut me down. Total bummer! I've been a loyal customer and this really irked me.

I gotta tell ya, ULTA Beauty in my city is seriously awesome! The service I got was amazing and the staff really knew their stuff when it came to the products I was eyeing. I was so impressed by all the different brands they had and how great the products were. And the prices? Couldn't beat 'em! I'll definitely be back for all my beauty needs, no doubt about it.

I went shopping at ULTA for some beauty products not long ago, and I gotta say, I was really impressed with their selection. The prices are super affordable compared to other places, so it's a go-to spot for beauty lovers on a budget. But what really wowed me was the amazing customer service. The staff was so helpful and nice, it made my shopping trip so easy.

I went to Ulta with my friends and it was a total disaster! First off, I couldn't find anyone to help me because all the employees were either chatting with their friends or busy on their phones. Finally, when I found someone to help me, they got called away because apparently the person they were chatting with on the phone had "customers." Like, seriously? I'm a customer too! It was super annoying and I felt like they just didn't give a dang about helping me. I usually drop a ton of cash in there, but after that whole mess, I'm pretty sure I'm never stepping foot in there again.

OMG, seriously, I am so done with ULTA! Their website and app are just awful. I attempted to use my gift card to buy some stuff, and it was a nightmare. Every time I tried to checkout, I kept encountering errors. Customer service was no help at all, it was a total joke. I have wasted countless hours trying to make a simple purchase, and it's just not worth it. It's unbelievable that a major store like this can't get it together. My friends and I used to be fans of ULTA, but now we're all saying no way.
Mascara and lipstick
So, I recently bought stuff from ULTA Beauty that was a letdown. I got a mascara, lipstick, and some freebies as per their promo, but the package I got was missing the freebies. ULTA didn't bother to send me the missing stuff but just gave me a gift card with way less value. This bait-and-switch tactic and not delivering on orders is just not cool. When people buy stuff with promos, they want to get everything they were promised, and ULTA dropped the ball on that. This kind of shady move only pushes away loyal customers and makes the brand look bad.
Credit card pressure
I had a really disappointing experience at ULTA Beauty recently. I get that companies want to push their credit card offers, but the way the sales associates came at me was just not cool. When I said no thanks to the card, they got all judgy and acted like they were better than me. I shouldn't have to explain myself for not wanting a credit card, and I definitely don't need to be guilt-tripped by the staff. The pressure to sign up was so intense that I started to wonder if the employees were getting bonuses for every application they got. Even my daughter got caught up in their sneaky tactics, they made it seem like getting the card was all rainbows and sunshine. It's not cool to manipulate customers, especially young girls who might not know any better. ULTA Beauty needs to be more upfront and respectful in how they sell stuff if they don't want to lose folks like me in the long run.
Awful hair stylist
The hair stylist I went to was honestly the worst. She straight up lied about her experience and totally messed up my hair color. I would definitely not suggest anyone go to her!
Makeup palette and hair products
Oh my goodness, you guys, I'm really disappointed with my visit to *store name*. Their customer service was seriously awful. I tried emailing them and only got back generic responses that didn't help at all. And then, can you believe it, they promised me a mystery gift but when I went to pay for my purchase, it had mysteriously disappeared! So shady, don't you think? Plus, the grammar in their emails was just terrible. I'm definitely going to stick with other beauty stores that actually know how to treat their customers right.
Online purchase difficulty
I had some trouble trying to buy things online on the website and app because there were some issues with processing my payments. I tried using different ways to pay like credit, debit, and PayPal, but none of them worked. When I contacted customer service for help, they told me there were some problems with transactions from 2021, particularly with a $24.21 purchase. However, they didn't give me any details about these issues, which left me feeling confused and upset. Even after asking for more help to clear things up, I didn't hear back from them, and that made me disappointed in the way the customer service team handled things.
