Outdoor furniture set
I just got this outdoor furniture set from your company, and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. Ordering was a breeze, and I got those confirmation emails right away. The only hiccup was when the product arrived, there was a little dent on one of the chairs. Even with that, I was happy with how solid the furniture was and decided to keep it. The customer service folks were cool and gave me a little refund for the damage. The pricing was fair compared to other stuff out there. The delivery was right on time, and the delivery team was super nice and pro. All in all, I'd definitely think about ordering from you guys again down the line.

VCoffee table purchase
I recently bought a coffee table from the website and overall, I had a pretty good experience. The shipping was fast, and all the parts were there, so it was easy to put together. The table itself is strong, which is nice. But, I ran into some issues with the quality. The parts didn't line up right, making the top of the table uneven. There were also some small damages, like chips, and the finish wasn't what I expected - I might have to paint over the black part because it's chipping in some spots. The price was fair, but I think offering slightly pricier items with better quality would make customers a lot happier.

The whole buying process went smoothly and was simple, the delivery came when expected, and the wood they used for the bed frame is top-notch. But, man, putting the bed together was way harder than I thought it would be. The bed showed up in a bunch of pieces, which made putting it together even trickier. Some of the screw holes weren't lined up right, so I had to get creative and make some new ones with different tools. Even with that hiccup, the bed frame looks gorgeous in my room and really spruces up the place.

I just bought two pine wood bookcases and a mango wood desk with four drawers. The ordering process went smoothly and the items showed up pretty fast, but there were some messed up parts in three of the packages, which was a bummer. However, the customer service was really good at taking care of my issues. I liked that I could double-check everything before deciding if I wanted to send them back. The wood on all the items had really nice designs, and I'm happy with how well-made they are.

I bought some self adhesive vinyl flooring about four years back and I finally got around to laying it in a spare room after moving to Spain. Surprisingly, even after all that time, the flooring has stuck really well without needing any extra adhesive. It turned out even better than I had hoped and I'm super happy with how it looks now.

I bought these baskets to spruce up my backyard, and let me tell you, they got here fast - like three days or something! Putting them together was a breeze, but I had to use some tape to make sure everything stayed put. Once I filled them with rocks, they held up like champs, no squishing at all. The instructions for the support rods were simple, and they really helped keep everything secure.

I just bought a shelving unit from this company and added some extra braces to help support all my stuff. The customer service was really helpful in sorting out some issues with the unit. I do think they should throw in more braces in future orders to make sure the shelving stays stable. It's a good product, but could use a little tweaking.

I got a broken item from this company, so now I have to deal with the annoying task of sending it back and might not even get all my money back. Online shopping isn't always so easy as people make it out to be. I'm still waiting to see if they'll give me a full refund. If not, I'll have to take it up a notch and escalate things.

Terrible! Said item would be here in 10 days, had a tracking number and everything, then no updates on tracking, I contacted company via email. They only respond once a day in the middle of the night. After a few days of back and forth emails they respond saying they’re so sorry for any inconvenience and that they’ll reorder it! That was 8 days ago, no tracking or reorder info. Now they give me excuses about it being a delay in shipping. But I’m noticing that it’s a lot of copy and paste or automatic email responses! Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed! Shane on this company!

Kaufte Bett von ihrer offiziellen Website, sondern schickte Bett mit dem gleichen Fehler 4 mal. Es gibt keine Löcher in der Hauptbasis und gleichen Fehler wiederholt 4 mal und einige Teile sind auch fehlen. Alle 4 Mal gibt es den gleichen Fehler und sie sind nicht einmal leid für sie.
Sie wollen nicht einmal die Abholzeit anpassen, obwohl es ihr Fehler ist. Die Ersatzbedingungen sind einfach erbärmlich und inakzeptabel. Sie erwarten, dass wir zwischen 08:00 und 17:00 Uhr zu Hause sind, und sie holen das Bett den ganzen Tag über ab. Sie schaffen es nicht einmal, Zeitfenster für die Abholung zuzuweisen!
Es gibt keine direkte Kontaktnummer und auf E-Mails wird nie ernsthaft geantwortet. Sie leiten die Beschwerde immer wieder an ihren Spezialisten weiter (den es in Wirklichkeit gar nicht gibt), der sich darauf spezialisiert hat, solche Fälle innerhalb von 24 Stunden zu lösen, aber selbst nach 24 Tagen arbeitet dieser Spezialist immer noch mit Hochdruck an meinem Problem, um es zu lösen. Ich frage mich, ob dieser Spezialist noch weiter forscht, um zu promovieren, oder ob er weniger als eine Stunde pro Tag arbeitet, so dass die 24 Stunden noch nicht vollendet sind. Aber dieser geniale Spezialist hat noch nie ein einziges Problem gelöst, das mir gemeldet wurde, und er hat mir 4 Mal dasselbe falsche Bett geschickt, selbst nachdem ich ihm den Fehler anhand des beigefügten klaren Präsentationsbildes gezeigt hatte.
Bottom line: Kaufen Sie keines der VidaXL-Produkte, sonst werden Sie am Ende täglich mit dem Kopf gegen die Wand schlagen. Natürlich, vergessen Sie das Geld, aber Sie werden nicht in der Lage sein, das Produkt, für das Sie bezahlt haben, auch zu benutzen.Sehr geehrter Kunde.
