Howl earrings and necklace
OMG, you guys, I got these super cute Howl earrings and necklace from this website, and let me tell you, they are seriously adorable! The quality is amazing, and whenever I wear them, I feel like a total fashion queen. But, get this - one day, one of the earrings broke! I was devastated, but then I remembered they have a lifetime warranty. I reached out to them, and they were so nice about it. They said they would replace my earrings, no questions asked! How awesome is that? Talk about customer service goals. I had no idea lifetime warranties were a thing, but now I'm all about it. I will definitely be buying more stuff from them because they are legit. And can we talk about the packaging? It's like opening a present every time. Absolutely love it!
Howls Jewlery set
I recently bought the Howls Jewelry set from your store. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, it was taken from my mailroom. I reached out to your customer service team about it, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded and how kind and helpful they were. They gave me the choice of getting a full refund or waiting for a new set to be back in stock. I chose to get a new set, and within about a week and a half, the replacement was on its way to me. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. Overall, I'm very impressed with the great service I got.
Baby Set and Ring from a popular animated movie
I just got the Baby Set and Ring that were inspired by this awesome animated movie, and let me tell you, I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase. The quality of these items is top-notch, especially the beautiful design of the ring. Ever since I saw the movie, I've been on the lookout for a high-quality version of this ring, and not even in Japan could I find one that lived up to my expectations. But as soon as I got my order and got to hold that ring in my hands, it was like a dream come true. I'm totally in love with these pieces and they've quickly become my go-to accessories.

My interaction with the folks over at the jewelry company's customer service was amazing. I bought some earrings from them not too long ago, but they came with a little scratch on them. So, I contacted their customer service team and they were super on the ball and supportive. They quickly fixed things by saying sorry, sending me a return label, and mailing me a fresh pair of earrings once they got the damaged ones back. The new earrings showed up in less than 5 days and were in great shape. I'm really happy with how fast and smooth they handled my issue.

I recently bought some super adorable earrings from this place and they got to me really fast! The packaging was also really nice and made sure my earrings were safe. However, one of the earrings had a defect 😞 I reached out to customer service and they were super helpful! They offered me a bunch of options to help resolve the problem and ended up sending me a new pair right away!

Rings purchase
The rings I bought looked just like they did on the website, and I was happily surprised by how nice they were. They even came in these pretty blue velvet ring boxes, which made them feel extra special. Sadly, one of the rings had a problem where a stone fell out, but the customer service team was super helpful and fixed it right away by sending me a new one. Zodiac pendant and chain replacement
My granddaughter got a Zodiac pendant and chain from this company for Christmas, but the chain broke soon after. The folks at the company were really helpful in getting us a replacement chain. Even though they didn't have it in stock, they gave us other choices. After a few emails back and forth, they quickly gave us a refund. I'm grateful for their top-notch customer service and how they handled the problem so well. I'd definitely recommend this company for their lovely jewelry and fantastic customer service.
Jewelry quality and selection
I just love all the gorgeous jewelry at this store. Every piece I've bought from them has made me feel like a shining star and I've gotten so many compliments. The prices are really good for such high-quality stuff. I'm obsessed with the harmony ring, it's even prettier in person, and the lani necklace with that beautiful opal. Seriously, I can't recommend their jewelry enough - it's amazing! And the fast shipping was a nice bonus that made the whole thing even better.
Two necklaces purchased
I ordered two necklaces as gifts for my granddaughter on December 13th and was shocked to get them just 3 days later. Even with the holidays in full swing, the delivery was super fast, and I'm so excited to be able to give them to her for Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised by how my necklace was packaged and presented - it exceeded my expectations. The actual necklace is absolutely stunning and catches the light so beautifully. Even with everything going on with the pandemic and holidays, it only took about three weeks for delivery to Canada, which I thought was pretty reasonable. I would definitely think about buying from this company again in the future.
Silver necklaces purchase
Their jewelry is absolutely gorgeous! I'm obsessed with their silver necklaces, they are just so cute and literally match with everything. The packaging is really nice inside, and the quality is amazing for the price. I usually receive my order in about a week, which isn't too bad. And to top it off, I even got a lovely handwritten note with my first purchase. Overall, I couldn't be happier as a customer!

Do not pay extra for shipping. My pachage is several days late and they will not refund any shipping costs as it "is their policy." Very upsetting. They didnt even offer a coupon.. nothing. Will not purchase again.

Oh my gosh, I had a little issue with my first pair of earrings but the company was so easy to chat with! They swapped them out right away and I'm thrilled with my new pair. They're super cute and I just adore them! And having a lifetime policy is the best!
Jewelry purchase
The jewelry on this website is so cute, but man, the prices are high! And oh my gosh, some of the cheaper stuff is made from not-so-great materials. I've noticed it leaves my skin discolored when it gets wet. Also, shipping is a drag - they claim same day shipping but it takes forever just to print the label!

I bought this ring not too long ago and man, that gemstone fell out after just a month. It was a total bummer, but I gotta give credit where it's due - their customer service team was on top of it. Within a day, they got back to my email and in just 10 minutes, they offered to send me a new ring.
