    I recently ordered this gorgeous dress online, but it never came. Trying to get a refund has been a total nightmare. Their email system is all messed up, so I can't even reach out for help that way. And the customer contact form on their site? Forget about it, doesn't even work! Finally got someone on the phone, but they said they couldn't really do much and had to pass my problem to someone else. On top of all that, they want me to sign some crazy form that I can't even send back! This is getting ridiculous. I'm thinking about taking some legal action to get my money back because their customer service is just terrible.

    Tight present for Christmas

    I thought I was doing something nice for my wife by getting her some fancy tights for Christmas. I ordered them, waited patiently for weeks, but they never arrived. Eventually, I got an email saying they couldn't deliver to the UK and promised a refund. But guess what? Still no refund! I've been trying to contact them, but all my emails keep bouncing back and there's no phone number to call. Total scam, steer clear! My order reference number is EU0002355809.

    I just wanted to share a frustrating experience I had. I bought some clothes online that turned out to be really boring in person, so I tried to return them. But, getting my money back was such a hassle! I waited forever and they were giving me a hard time, even after I showed them all the proof they needed. It was so annoying!

    Torn tights returned for six weeks, requested to sign a declaration.

    I bought this pair of tights, and they ripped after I wore them just once. So, I went ahead and returned them like the company told me to. But now, it's been about six weeks since I sent them back and still no word on my return. Then out of the blue, the customer service team asked me to sign some legal document about the return. It seemed like too much to ask, considering how poorly they've been communicating and how unclear everything has been about what signing that document really means.

    Double Strap Bodysuit

    I gotta tell ya, I bought a Double Strap Bodysuit from this company and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I did everything they asked for to return it and even showed proof, but I still haven't gotten my money back from my order back in November 2022. The customer service folks I talked to through email just didn't get what I was saying, and to top it off, the UK phone number they gave me was all wrong. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this company. Check out some other review sites before making a purchase.

    I recently bought something online and wanted to share my experience. TBH, the ordering process wasn't all that great. I first tried emailing them but got a message saying their inbox was full - not cool. But I called instead and was pretty surprised by how fast and easy it was to get help. So, calling seems like the way to go if you need anything. The update emails they sent were kind of confusing, they didn't even mention the company name which made it hard to find them in my inbox. Also, not knowing the shipping company or that the stock was in Germany meant it took longer to arrive than I thought. And the customer service chat was a bust, couldn't get any help there.
