Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
I recently bought two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors that were working fine for a few months. But suddenly, they started going off randomly, even in the middle of the night. Waking up to both alarms blaring at 3 am was really frustrating and worrying. I tried reaching out to the company for help since I couldn't figure out how to turn them off without turning them off completely. It's been two weeks now, and I still haven't heard back from them. The lack of customer service from this company is really disappointing. I wouldn't feel right recommending this product to anyone based on my own experience.
Delayed delivery, lack of response, lost money
I've been waiting for my detector delivery since January. I've sent multiple emails following up, but I never got a response. I paid 135€ and now I've lost my money. Honestly, I would say avoid this company because I am really disappointed.
Faulty smoke alarm purchase
I bought a smoke alarm thinking it would last 10 years, but it crapped out after only a year and a half. I tried contacting the company for help, but they straight up ignored me. Amazon didn't do much either since they only handled the order. Dealing with both the company and Amazon has been a total nightmare. Save yourself the hassle and skip buying from them.

I bought a sensor and a remote control from this place not long ago, but I've been having some trouble with them. They don't seem to work well together like they're supposed to. I tried to get a refund by contacting customer service, but I didn't get a good solution. Even the tech team said the products don't work right together. It's been a hassle, so I would suggest others to avoid this place.
Faulty WiFi smoke alarm
The WiFi smoke alarm I bought has been a total nightmare. It says it works wirelessly, but it doesn't work at all. I've tried contacting the company for help, but they've been no help and keep ignoring me. I even tried leaving a review where I bought it, but it looks like they're blocking negative reviews. It's annoying dealing with companies that disappear when you have a problem and even more annoying when the platform you bought from doesn't help fix the issue.
Misleading online company, return issues, high return fees, no German imprint, deceptive appearance.
I'm a customer of this company and I really feel like I need to let people know about my bad experience. They make it seem like they're a German company online, but they're actually based in Hong Kong. This makes me worry about how upfront and honest they are, and it's a pain when you need to return something. Returning an item means paying crazy high fees. On top of that, the fact that they don't have a German imprint and don't follow German consumer laws is troubling. The way their website looks is also really deceptive. I definitely suggest avoiding this company altogether.
Smoke alarm purchase
I can't believe they only let you receive alerts on one phone! What if my parents aren't home or something? That's really not cool. And it's so irritating how the alarms keep going offline for no reason. On top of that, X-sense didn't even bother to respond to my messages. Big thumbs down to them!

Smart Home Security system purchase
I just got the Smart Home Security system and I gotta say, I am super happy with it. The quality is top-notch, way better than I expected, and it looks really sleek. Shipping was fast and everything arrived in perfect shape. Best part? The price was actually pretty reasonable for the quality you get. And the customer service was great too - the reps really knew their stuff and helped me out with all my questions. Overall, a really satisfying experience.
Carbon Monoxide Detector
I ordered two carbon monoxide detectors from the company's website back on October 31st. When the package arrived, one of the detectors was fine, but the other one was busted. I reached out to the company through email, and after waiting for what felt like forever, I finally sent back the broken detector on December 8th. I had to pay for the return shipping and got a tracking number just in case. But, even after waiting for four long weeks, I still hadn't seen that refund in my account. The broken detector made it back to them on December 12th, and they said that refunds could take up to two weeks after they got it. Now, it's January 6th, and I haven't heard anything back from them about the refund.
Faulty detectors replaced
So, I ended up buying 3 of those detectors back in January, you know? And then, like, after a few months they just crapped out on me. I didn't even think about reaching out to customer service until, like, November 30th. Oops! But once I finally did, they were totally chill and hooked me up with 3 new detectors right off the bat. They were a different model, but hey, they still do the trick, so I can't complain. Gotta give a shout out to Christine from customer service - she's seriously the best.
