I recently bought this really nice limited edition leather bag from this company and I gotta say, I am super happy with both the bag and the service. I saw the bag in a store window but I couldn't get it cause the store was already closed and it wasn't on their website. I messaged them on Saturday and by Wednesday, the bag was delivered to my house. They were great at keeping me updated and even told me that the bag I got was one of only eight made, which just makes it feel even more special. The bag is seriously top quality, the craftsmanship is amazing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company for their awesome service and high-quality products.

Bright orange bag, Sugarcube
Oh my gosh, I am totally obsessed with my new Sugarcube bag! It's this awesome bright orange color and it's just so amazing. The quality is top-notch, you can tell it was made with care. It feels so special, like I received a gift rather than just buying a bag. The whole experience was great, from the communication to the way it was packaged. It even came with a certificate and care guide. I usually don't go for girly things, but I am super excited to show this off. I kinda regret not getting it engraved though, that would have been a nice touch!
City Zatchel backpack
I just got this awesome City Zatchel backpack and I'm so thrilled with it. The design is absolutely gorgeous and the customer service I got was top-notch. But after using it for a bit, I realized it needed a little repair. Brian and the crew over at the company were amazing in taking care of that for me. They fixed it up in just one day, and their communication through email was really great. Now my backpack looks good as new and I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. Definitely going back to them for my next purchase.

I just bought a bag and got stuck waiting longer than expected for it to arrive. But, shoutout to Brian the manager, he really came through with some top-notch customer service. Brian went the extra mile to make sure I finally got my bag, even going so far as to contact me personally to handle the issue. His dedication to fixing the problem was really impressive. So, even though the delay was a bummer, the awesome customer service from Brian definitely made up for it. I'd totally recommend this company to others.
Red leather satchel
Oh my gosh, you guys! I just snagged the most amazing red leather satchel from this awesome store! I was freaking out that it wouldn't arrive in time because deliveries can be so slow, but this customer service rep, let's call her Theresa because why not, came through and made sure my satchel got to me before Christmas. It's seriously the highest quality satchel I've ever laid eyes on, and it's just so darn pretty. Huge shoutout to everyone who had a hand in creating this incredible satchel!
Gorgeous Bespoke Bag
Amy did such an amazing job with my custom bag at this shop! I just got it today and it is breathtaking. The quality is so good and it looks like it costs way more than it actually did. The size is perfect - big enough for all my stuff but small enough to easily carry around. I'm already thinking about bringing it to fancy places like the Royal Albert Hall and Westminster Abbey. I'm so happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be back for more colors and styles in the future.
Customized leather bag
I just bought this really cool leather bag from this company and man, I gotta say, I'm super impressed. The quality is seriously top-notch and I dig that I got to pick out the colors and design. Only thing is, I wish they kept me in the loop more about when my order would arrive. It would have been nice to have some updates. But hey, gotta give credit where it's due - the customer service team was quick to respond whenever I had questions.
Ordered twin bags, customized
I went to the store and man, they had the coolest bags! I couldn't resist getting one for myself and one for my best friend. We got to pick from five awesome designs and had them customized just for us. When they finally arrived, they were even prettier than I expected. The leather is super soft and the stitching is on point. Seriously better than I ever imagined! You should definitely go take a look and treat yourself to something custom made. Trust me, you won't regret it.
Zatchels Bag Review
I got a Zatchel bag like ten years ago, and it's still awesome. But, the front strap broke from just using it so much. I thought I might have to buy a new one, but turns out they have a lifetime guarantee. So, I sent it back for repairs, and in no time, it came back good as new. They even replaced both front straps instead of just the broken one, which was way better than I expected. Shout out to Zatchel for the amazing customer service and taking care of me even years later.
Backpack purchase
I just bought a backpack from this company and I've gotta tell ya, the quality is amazing. The craftsmanship is top-notch and the materials are super durable and sturdy. This backpack is really well-made and feels like it's gonna last me a good long while.
Yellow bag purchase
I was really looking forward to getting that yellow bag I ordered online, but boy was I let down. The description said it was made of leather, but that wasn't the case. And the press stud closure? Forget about it, it was a mess. Not to mention the yellow color was way off from what I saw on the website. The delivery took forever too, longer than they said it would. It was all just a big headache, and when I finally got the bag, I was just plain disappointed with the whole thing.
Purse that lasted 10 years
My purse has been amazing, super durable. I take it to work every day, and it's lasted me for over a decade. Lately, I ran into an issue with the clip and some leather on top, so I reached out to the company. They were really quick to respond to my emails, and they ended up fixing the clip and leather under their guarantee. So now my purse looks good as new, and I can keep using it for another 10 years!
