Bought a dress that I wanted to love, but it did not look good on me. Went to the website and my email and couldn’t find anything that would lead me to begin a return process. Two emails later I finally get a link to start a return only to find out it Hass to go through a review process and in the end I will only get a store credit. So buyer beware don’t buy anything online from them unless you’re prepared to love it.

How can a boat owner/management company with good conscience and integrity charter a boat that is in SUCH disrepair? Answer, this owner ... NexGen apparently have none of the above. They are TOTALLY DECEITFUL
We are not novices to boat chartering in the BVI - this boat and management company are incredibly dishonest
And, now NexGen and the boat owner have heard our complaints and have elected to do NOTHING.

Our Captain ... Chef were lovely-no problems there ... prevented what SHOULD have be a nightmare.
No One should EVER spend this kind of money to be lied to about their product without ANY recourse?!.
...We originally booked all 5 cabins but when we boarded we learned we would only be able to use 4 because one was "unavailable"
...There was HORRIBLE sewerage gasses permeating the main cabin the entire time. Nothing we or the crew did corrected the problem
... the shower drain in the 2nd 'main' cabin ... didnt
...the power for the water continuously tripped off - right in the MIDDLE of a shower or trying to flush the commode or brushing your teeth or whatever
...the water desalinization unit - - didn't !
...the STEERING on the boat failed ( scary, right?!?)
...the toys and amenities advertise to be on the boat were NOT-the Ones that were there were BROKEN! WHO DOES THAT?!
I could go on and on- DONT USE NEXGEN nor Perpetual Blue
NexGen was made aware of these issues - they answered my email initially now, NOTHING!.

I had made a purchase at end of January. The dress I ordered was not the dress I received. It was supposed to be a cotton dress, what I received was a cheap spandex material that looked like something you would purchase from the dollar store. I emailed the COMPANY explaining that NO response THEN i went ON Facebook and i found this HELP INFO OF THE COMPANY THE customer service is the BEST I have ever seen in my entire life THE PROVIDE me the SHIPPING LABEL AND MY GREEN DOLLAR WAS DEPOSITED INFO MY ACCOUNT. I WILL NEVER BUY THIS CHEAP, GARBAGE DRESS FROM THIS COMPANY AWFUL CLOTHING STOREZolucky is absolute garbage!
Zolucky is absolute garbage!! They show you photos of clothes then send completely different items. When I contacted them to arrange for a return, they said I would be responsible for shipping to China and it would cost me more in shipping than the clothes cost. What they do should be illegal. Ordered sterling silver earrings that were actually made of plastic. Amazing :(Contact BBB. I always do and get my refund this way.

I’m following your instructions for reporting this company. I learned a ver expensive lesson having purchased from this company. I just donated every item I purchased to the homeless. (And feel guilty cause it’s junk)
I ordered 2 darling pair of slip on shoes from this company and a t-shirt. The first pair of shoes arrived and were way too big. I reported this to the company and the response was that if I wanted to return them I would have to send them back to China. I wanted to wait until my order was complete before I made a decision. They did offer a 15% refund if I wanted to keep the item. Well the second part of the order arrived and of course the shoes did not fit. I have requested the 15% refund on those shoes also. I will keep the t-shirt, but it is not nearly the quality of other items I have ordered from other on line locations. I will not order from this company again and was surprised that they are not on YELP for complaints.

I would not wear the dress they sent me to the bathroom. Material cheap. Size is wrong. Color and print were different than the picture. Style was not as advertised. Why is this company allowed to lie about their return system? It is only a big scam.

I ordered three tops, came very quickly, but the size small was very small, plus two did not look at all like the webpage, I'm trying to return these, hope it goes smoothly, If I have to return to China, I'll donate them. This company has a twin called Noracora... exact same merchandise, and the exact same crappy customer experiences. Note to self: Read reviews of the company before purchasing anything.

Try returning something. Typed in my correct email and the order number at least five times and each time the response wa that there was no match. Tried doing a live chat as suggested and unable to find. Total scam company, don't buy anything form them.
Thankfully, I ordered two tops. I was going to order more, but decided to get these two first and see how it went. I received the package timely, but the quality if poor at best. I ordered a medium top, that i believed was a sweatshirt, it was super large and appeared to be a picture that was taken from a really nice sweatshirt sold elsewhere and copied on bad material of some sort. the other fit fine, but again, looks like a photo copy of something really nice and just basically something i would wear to clean the house. Very disappointed!
Bait and switch. That should be ZoLucky's tagline. Order from a picture of a great pair of boots. Unpack garbage -- with no structure. Plastic instead of leather. Returning? -- they gave me an address in Vietnam!! Do not order from this site -- unless you are in Viet Nam and can easily return the product. No, not even then.
Order two xxl shirts and a sweatshirt for my wife’s anniversary one month ahead of time. They arrived two weeks late appeared to be size xs. The sweatshirt was made from a t-shirt material. Return process is not worth the aggravation of not getting all my money back. China is going to rule the world using our money ???? they won’t have to invade just send us COVID laced clothing and masks ????

I bought a shirt from them a few years ago. What they sent looked like what some kid had drawn it with his left hand. What a joke! then I tried to return it, NOPE, they wouldn't let me or give me my money back. It's a scam, and they make a couple bucks on 150K unsuspecting people a month... it's a well-oiled machine and some schmuck in Taiwan or ? lives in a Penthouse, and the crazy part is our Gov't allows it to happen.

The quality of the tops are very low, cheap and thinly made. The sizes are not accurate, the xlarge might fit a small child. Customer service doesn't want me to send the tops back that I will not be able to use or even give away because of the quality.

This is the second year we have used A2Z. Their customer service is 5 star. We did not order the same item for each employee, we allowed the employees to choose their own. It was very time consuming and detailed but Sumair and Mohsin were so patient.
The order was perfect, each individual item was packed in its own plastic bag.
I look forward to using A2Z again,

I could not believe how fast I received this item. I was, however, disappointed that the chain link is HOLLOW, NOT SOLID, and therefore very lightweight, and not of quality, especially for the price. The chain links are NOT sautered together either, so breakage, and loss of the emblem could easily occur. My ID's from Medic Alert Foundation are NOT sautered together either, but at least their chains are solid. One of their bracelets eventually fell apart due to lack of sautering, but a jeweler fixed it for me. Hollow is bad news, except for in earrings. I would like to see brass emblems, and round designs, which look better on the wrist. I have never seen round medical emblems for the wrist. Other shapes would look great too.
