    I recently bought video editing software from this company, and let me tell you, it really went above and beyond my expectations. The interface was so easy to use and just made sense, so I didn't have any trouble getting right into editing my videos smoothly.     Monthly subscription for tech support

    I just signed up for a monthly tech support subscription at this place, but man, was I let down by the service I got. I waited three whole days for them to call me back about a technical problem, and by the time they did, I was so annoyed and unhappy. The program itself was all glitchy and kept messing up, which only made me more frustrated. And then on top of all that, I had to pay extra for a code just to talk to support - like, seriously? Definitely not what I was expecting. Overall, my time with this service was pretty lousy, so I'll definitely be looking for a different option going forward.

    Filter purchase

    I just bought some filters from Glacial Pure, and let me tell you, they're pretty awesome for the price. They might not flow as fast as the big brand filters, but they seem to work just as well. The only thing is, the package says you gotta run 4 gallons of water through them before using, which kinda takes a while. But all in all, I'm happy with my buy.

    Artisan mixer spare parts not available in UK

    It's just crazy to me that a company would charge so much for a product like the Artisan mixer and not even have spare parts you can buy in the UK. I shelled out £500 for this thing thinking I could easily replace any parts that broke, but when I asked about it, I was told that KitchenAid doesn't sell spare parts in the UK. It took me a frustrating two months just to get that info from them, and now I can't even use my expensive mixer. It's ridiculous how they don't seem to care about their customers at all.
