I bought the Mammut Free 22 Airbag 3.0 Ready from this store recently, and I have to say, I was really let down by the customer service. I specifically asked if the Airbag 3.0 system was included, since it wasn't clear in the listing. The customer support rep told me it was, but when the bag arrived, it didn't have the system. I feel like I was misled and deceived into buying based on inaccurate information.

Monthly subscription for tech support
I just signed up for a monthly tech support subscription at this place, but man, was I let down by the service I got. I waited three whole days for them to call me back about a technical problem, and by the time they did, I was so annoyed and unhappy. The program itself was all glitchy and kept messing up, which only made me more frustrated. And then on top of all that, I had to pay extra for a code just to talk to support - like, seriously? Definitely not what I was expecting. Overall, my time with this service was pretty lousy, so I'll definitely be looking for a different option going forward.

I just bought some filters from Glacial Pure, and let me tell you, they're pretty awesome for the price. They might not flow as fast as the big brand filters, but they seem to work just as well. The only thing is, the package says you gotta run 4 gallons of water through them before using, which kinda takes a while. But all in all, I'm happy with my buy.

Clothing items that didn't fit
As a customer who recently bought some clothes that didn't fit right, I gotta say I'm kind of bummed about it. The sizes were off and I didn't hear much from the company about it. Trying on the clothes was a pain and it was pretty disappointing, especially since I actually followed all the instructions on the order slip. It's been more than 30 days since I got my order, and I'm starting to worry that I won't get my refund if they don't respond soon.
