Jumbo tote purchase
I recently bought a big tote from this company and I was really happy with how everything went. At first, there was a delay with my order, but when I reached out to customer service, they were quick and professional. Lin, the rep, let me know that the color I picked was out of stock and gave me the option to choose a different color. I thought that was great and picked another color. It was processed quickly and when I got my order the next week, it was the wrong size. But Lin fixed it right away and sent me the right jumbo-sized tote. I'm impressed with the quality of both bags and thankful for the awesome customer service from Lin.

Oh my goodness, I just got the most adorable poodle skirt and cat-eye sunglasses from this store! I've bought some clothes from this place and let me tell you, the quality is really good. I was pleasantly surprised that what I received looked just like the photos online. The prices aren't the greatest, but if you sign up for their emails, you can get some really good deals with free shipping. They do charge more for larger sizes, which I think is kinda shady, to be honest. But overall, when they have a sale, it's not too bad. Customer service is just okay, but I haven't had to deal with them much, so it's whatever. I'll definitely be coming back for more stuff.
