Amazing program
This program is amazing, it's really changed things for me lately. So, not long ago, I got this email from the company that had me all confused. I needed some help, so I hit up customer support. They got back to me within a day and had my problem fixed up in just 2 days. The folks on the support team were so on it, they gave me one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Whenever I've had program problems before, reaching out to customer service has always gotten me fast answers and good fixes.

Wig, delayed delivery, wrong color, poor quality
As a customer who ordered a wig from this company, I gotta say I was pretty bummed out with the whole experience. First off, it took forever for the wig to get to me, like over a month. It was super annoying and messed up, especially since I was really looking forward to it. And when it finally showed up, turns out it wasn't even the right color I wanted. That was a big pain and got me wondering if they even pay attention to details. Plus, the quality of the wig was not great - the hair started fraying after just a few uses.

Skincare products
I recently got some of their skincare products, and I really love them. But man, their website was a nightmare when I tried to pay for my order. I used the "Open Invoice" thing, but I never got the info to actually make the payment. Next thing I know, I'm getting a notice from a debt collection agency saying I owe way more than I should because my payment was overdue. They never told me when the payment was due, and trying to get in touch with them by email or phone has been a dead end. This whole lack of communication and screwing up the payment process has me feeling so frustrated and let down.

Ugh, I'm so annoyed with these new shoes I bought. It took forever to return them, and they're not even as good as Nike or adidas. I'm so over these overrated shoes that yuppies and celebrities are obsessed with. They're not even comfortable.

The skinnin' knife I got from this company was just what I needed. The blade made from Damascus Steel was top-notch and the custom handle felt great in my hand. The sheath it came with was also well-made, makin' the whole package even better. I gotta say, I'm real happy with my new skinnin' knife.

These kids' bow ties are absolutely adorable! I just bought one for my son's suit for a special event, and let me tell you, I am thrilled with my purchase. As soon as I walked through the doors, I was welcomed with warm smiles and friendly faces, creating a super inviting and chill vibe that helped calm any nerves I had about getting some procedures done. Everyone at the clinic and the hospital where I got my treatments done was total pros and super caring, making sure I was well taken care of every step of the way. Seriously, couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Oh, and can't forget about the drivers who took me back and forth to the clinic. They were also super on it and so polite, adding to the overall awesome experience. Felt like such a VIP throughout my time there at Turkeyana Beauty Clinic.

garmin forerunner 245 + earplugs
third attempt to buy in this store ... everything fantastic in its prices and conditions, but if there is a problem everything changes. The price: the carrier- DHL - asks me 2918 $MEX, 39% of the value, as "customs costs" (here the VAT is 16%, the additional 26%, about 100 euros / 110 USD, where are they going??) - supporting documents? NONE! A scribble in the package. Tradeinn explanation ?? "hidden" expenses (I swear! I have it in the chat transcript, and I'm going to file a complaint! ... hidden expenses, thank you)
OK, well, I don't accept the shipment ... how do I return it? According to your conditions, I have 14 days to "withdraw" from the purchase or 30 days for returns ... TRADEINN response: "We will not guarantee the refund since in many cases customs does not return it to our warehouses" what is it? A joke? A fraud? I have the right to return the product, but I can forget that I will be reimbursed ... The complaint with the consumer agency of the Generalitat de Catalunya is already underway ... whoever has problems with these people, be aware of what they can do to report, here consume (dot) gencat (dot) cat (I don't know why the links are not supported!?!)

order 16106056 - ordered on saturday, order accepted, payment done and money out of my credit card, immediately. On monday I receive an email informing that the order has been cancelled, and I will get the money back at some point, in 7 (or more?) days. Never seen such a s**t of online shop, if the order is not ok tradeinn should NOT accept it and NOT charge the card. It stinks!
EDIT: they always claim in the review that, with the order number, they are going to do the follow up. LAYERS! they will not...not by email, not in their chat, not even by phone. When something goes wrong, they do not care at all! sort it out by yourself!
