Laptop bag purchase
I just bought a laptop bag from here, and let me tell you, it's been amazing. I've tried out a bunch of bags from different brands, but this one is definitely the best in terms of quality, functionality, and design. The materials are top-notch and the design is perfect for someone like me who travels a lot and needs to carry a bunch of tech gadgets while still looking stylish. It's super spacious and organized, with compartments for everything I need. Even though I can fit a lot in it, the bag still looks sleek and professional. I'm totally in love with it!

MJ merch
I just got some MJ merch from here, and most of it was super cool, but some of it didn't fit right, you know? I shot an email over to customer service, and they were seriously so nice and helpful. They got back to me real quick and gave me options for either getting my money back or exchanging for something else. I'm stoked to order more stuff because the clothes are just so dang soft and comfy!

Affordable and flexible phone service
Twigby has some super cheap phone plans where you get to pick what you want and only pay for that. They have this cool automatic payment thing that makes life easy, and their customer service rocks. Only downside is that the chat option can be hard to find in the FAQs. I just wish there was a clearer way to reach out to them directly.

Small shoes
I was so pumped to get my package from this company, but then I opened it up and was let down. The shoes I got were way too small, even though I ordered my usual size. Strike one. But what really got on my nerves was all the extra packaging that came with it. The shoes were packed in this super thick cardboard box, wrapped up in tissue paper, plastic wrap, and stuffed in foam compartments. It was overkill and totally not needed. As a customer, I like to see companies care about sustainability and the environment, so all that extra packaging really turned me off.
