Wrong part, bad part
I recently bought something from Morris 4x4 Center and man, it was a mess. First they sent me the wrong part, and then when they finally got it right, the quality was so bad that I couldn't even use it. They really dropped the ball on paying attention to details and making sure their stuff is good. I ended up spending way more than I planned for because of this whole ordeal. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.
Order delayed multiple times
Ugh, it was so frustrating! I had to constantly ask them when my order would be delivered because they kept delaying it. I wish they could just give me updates without me having to bother them.
Purchased online, lost $196
Oh man, what a disaster! This company is awful. I spent $196 on an online purchase and didn't get anything in return. Now I have to deal with my credit card company to get my money back. I really should have done my research on them before making a purchase. Definitely learned my lesson on this one.
Bestop seats and hardware package
I spent over $2,300 on Bestop seats and hardware from this place, and let me tell you, it was a disaster. The parts came in separate shipments which was really frustrating. They said I would get three $50 gift cards, but I only got one. Their customer service was terrible, tons of runaround with no solution. Plus, they spam your email a lot, and their Fed-Ex shipping is a nightmare. They try to lure you in with cheap tricks, but don't be fooled. Check out Quadratech or 4wd hardware instead, much better options.
Ordered part for my ride
I bought a part for my car and they charged me immediately, which was like $97! I received an email saying my order was confirmed, but then I had to sit around for 3 weeks before I even got a tracking number. And you know what? They ended up canceling my order! I've been trying to get my money back by emailing and calling them, but so far, no dice. It's been over 3 months and I still haven't received anything. Such a lousy experience dealing with this company!
Brake booster order
I bought this brake booster thing and it was totally messed up. It didn't work properly in my car and I almost had an accident! And when I tried to get a refund, they made it really difficult by saying they needed to reach out to the manufacturer. I mean, why do I have to wait so long just to get my money back for something that could have been really dangerous?! I should have just gone somewhere else to buy car parts.
Jeep accessories
I recently bought some Jeep accessories from this place, and I gotta say I was super impressed with the variety they had and how nice they were to me. The stuff I got was really good quality and exactly what I expected from the website. Ordering was easy and quick, and they kept me updated on when my order would arrive.
Trektop nx for a JL Wrangler
I recently bought a Trektop nx for my JL Wrangler from this company, thinking it was in stock and ready to ship. But then I got an email the next day saying it was actually out of stock. This seems to be a common problem according to other reviews I've seen. Their customer service was non-existent - couldn't get a hold of anyone by phone or email, and their website conveniently was down too. Just frustrating when a company takes your money and disappears, leaving you hanging. Like other unhappy customers, I had to contact my card company to report fraud and sort things out. It's no wonder they got an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.
lifted Jeep Wrangler parts
Dealing with this company has been super frustrating. I ordered some parts for my lifted Jeep Wrangler, but when the package showed up, some stuff was missing. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were totally unresponsive and didn't take any responsibility. It's been over 2 months now and I still haven't gotten the missing parts. Every time I try to follow up, they either lie to me or just ignore me completely. It's like nobody there gives a darn about their customers. The way the staff acts, with no professionalism and just not knowing what they're doing, is just crazy. I even tried hitting them up on Instagram but got more lies and delays. It's obvious that this company doesn't care about doing a good job or fixing problems quickly.
Lost package, $700 order
Hey everyone, I just had the worst experience with this company! I ordered $700 worth of stuff back in February, but FedEx lost the package. They won't honor my claim, and now the company won't respond to me at all. They told me I'd get a refund in April, but now they're ghosting me. I'm super frustrated - it's like my package got swiped!
Jeep parts purchase
I just got some Jeep parts and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. They had a ton of options to choose from, so finding what I needed was a breeze. The people working there knew their stuff and got back to me fast when I had questions. And bonus, they ship internationally, so it was easy for me to get what I needed even though I'm outside the US. The parts I got fit perfectly and did the job right. The shock absorbers I got were even better than I expected and work great for off-roading.
Rear pinion yoke purchase
I ordered a rear pinion yoke, but I got the wrong item instead. I had to return it, and it took forever to get it resolved. Their customer service was terrible - they kept changing the return rules and took forever to respond. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Wrong part sent, expensive return fee
I ordered a part for my 2008 Wrangler, but they sent me one for a 2011 model instead. Now they're asking for over $100 just to return a $172 item! I ordered a replacement three days ago and I still haven't received any updates.
Skid Plate purchase
I just got myself a skid plate for my ride from Morris 4x4 Center, and I gotta say I'm super happy with my purchase. This skid plate is top-notch, made with thick plate steel and perfect welds that just scream quality. It keeps my vehicle safe from bumps and bruises both on and off the road, giving me some peace of mind knowing my ride is well-protected. And on top of all that, the slick black powder coat finish adds a nice touch to the look of my vehicle, making it not just safe but easy on the eyes too. If you're thinking about beefing up your vehicle's protection, I definitely recommend checking out this skid plate.

I ordered 6 items online, but only 2 showed up. The other 4 are nowhere to be found, and I have no clue when they'll get here. I've tried reaching out to customer service through email, phone, and chat, but no one's been able to help. The website says my order is done, but that's not true. I even tried to cancel the order, but no luck. I spent $400 on these things, and it's been 10 days with no updates. I'm starting to worry if I'll ever get the rest of my order.
Steering stabilizer purchase
I bought a steering stabilizer from Morris 4x4 Center recently, but I wasn't too happy with how things went down. LED Lights Purchase
The LED lights I got from Morris 4x4 Center were just what I needed. I wanted lights that could work as both running lights and turn signals for my truck, and these 3/4 inch lights were perfect. The quality was top-notch, you could tell they were built to last. What really stood out to me was how unique these lights were - I hadn't come across anything like them before. Being able to turn the whole side of my truck into a turn signal by swapping out all the running lights was a game-changer. If I had unlimited funds, I would definitely think about making this upgrade.
Urgent order for parts
I tried calling Morris 4x4 on Saturday at 4:00 pm, but they were closed. I called again on Monday and they said my order would ship the next day, but it didn't. I even requested to speak with a supervisor, but they never called me back. I ended up having to cancel my order and buy from a different place. Totally not cool, Morris 4x4.
Replacement shackles ordered
Ten years back, I got the same shackles from this place and they fit perfectly. Morris 4x4 has always been my first choice for jeep parts, even when my kids were tiny. Now that they're off at college and the army, I know I can rely on Morris 4x4 to take care of my wife's lifted cherokee with quality parts and service.
