Budget car rental booking
My recent experience booking a Budget car rental with QEEQ was awesome. I was a first-time customer and was really impressed with how easy it was to book and the great prices they had. I had never heard of them before, but I decided to give them a shot for my trip to the USA. The car I rented was way cheaper than anywhere else I looked. And to top it off, I got a free upgrade to a RAM pickup, which would have cost a lot more if I went through someone else. They didn't have any other options for me, so I was left stranded without a vehicle.
VW ID Buzz, upgrade to Audi Estate, QEEQ Diamond Membership disappointment
I was so excited to book this really awesome camper van for our family vacation. But when I got to the rental place, they told me they didn't have it available. It was a big disappointment! They tried to convince me to upgrade to an Audi Estate because they said my luggage wouldn't fit in anything else, even though I had this special QEEQ Diamond Member status that was supposed to get me a free upgrade. But they just shrugged it off and didn't seem to care about our luggage needs at all. So, I had to take the upgrade or we would have been stuck at the airport. Not cool, Europcar, not cool at all.

I recently rented a car from EasyRentCars for an airport pickup. The car was awesome, plenty of space, and a good deal. But man, the service to actually get the car was terrible. Even though we were only third in line at the rental desk, it still took us a full hour to reach the counter. After a grueling 9-hour flight, we were definitely not looking for a long and drawn-out process. Having just one person working to help customers was just not cutting it. Waiting that long was just not cool.

Fiat 500 Hybrid rental
I just rented a Fiat 500 Hybrid from this car rental place and it was awesome. It was the perfect car for cruising around Italy - great mileage and small size which made it easy to maneuver through tight streets and find parking. The only downside was that it had some trouble handling the steep mountains in the Alps since it didn't have a lot of power, so I had to downshift a lot. But overall, it's a great choice for solo or couple travelers.
