    Lot of appreciation

    Fantastic services from my city Miami to varies destinations.A friendly airlines ,also know for hospitality unlike some other leaders on sky.
    Though I am not a frequent user of airlines services ,not this particular,all airlines due to health restrictions
    Mostly whenever I reach Airport South Miami ,I feel some one on the way to home town.
    Originally I am from Argentina, but long back out forefathers shifted here .
    Very economical Latam , tickets available all the time in any season due to their great number of air fleets.
    Someone may above some other reason to like it unlike but my reason is emotions and affordable .Great services.

    My family and I were so excited for our trip, but then the airline went and canceled all our flights! They gave us the option to either cancel the trip and get a refund or take this terrible itinerary that messed up everything! When we asked for some sort of compensation, they were incredibly rude and said no. Ugh, their customer service is the worst.

    Flight purchase for family vacation

    I was under the impression that this airline was supposed to be affordable, but then they tried to charge me an outrageous fee just to bring a suitcase! And let me tell you, their online check-in was a complete nightmare, it was as confusing as trying to solve a Rubik's cube blindfolded. The seats on the plane were so cramped, I felt like I was packed in there like a sardine the whole flight. If I have a choice, I'll definitely be flying with a different airline next time.

    Connecting flight ATL to CTG through BOG

    First of all, I was really upset about the terrible communication and disorganization during my connecting flight. The person supposed to help us get from ATL to CTG via BOG was super slow, chatting with other workers, and didn't seem to care about our tight schedule. We kept telling them how crucial it was for us to catch our next flight since our first one arrived late, but they made us wait for no reason. And to make matters worse, none of the Spanish-speaking staff could properly communicate with us in English, which just added to the confusion and annoyance.

    Cuzco to Lima flight experience

    I recently had this awful experience when I was flying from Cuzco to Lima in Peru with this airline that I'm not gonna name. Let me tell you, the people working for them were straight-up rude and showed some serious racism towards passengers of color. They totally ignored safety rules and you could clearly see that they were treating people differently based on their race. Even the white folks in my group noticed how unfair it was. And guess what? We got stuck paying extra fees for our luggage while the white passengers didn't have to deal with that nonsense. And get this, I told the gate crew that my carry-on had batteries, a power pack, and other electronics, and they still made me check it, not caring about the safety risks. That kind of carelessness is just not cool and puts everyone's safety in danger.

    Long-haul flight experience

    The seats were so cramped, like, no leg room at all. And if the person in front puts their seat back, you're stuck holding your meal on your lap. They hardly came around with drinks on the long flight. The food was totally gross, couldn't even eat it. The service was like, really bad. Plus, three of our suitcases got messed up and no one even seemed to care. Seriously, do yourself a favor and don't fly with this airline if you're heading to South America.

    Flight booking downgraded, no reimbursement

    My recent experience booking a flight from Bologna to San Paulo through Madrid was a total letdown. I planned to surprise my dad for his 70th birthday by booking a business class ticket, but things went south. The first flight was with Iberia and the second with LATAM, but our first flight was delayed. Iberia put us on a different flight, where all the business class seats were taken, so my dad got downgraded. It's been three months since all this went down, and I still haven't gotten a refund. Both LATAM and Iberia are playing the blame game, passing the buck on who should handle the refund. I'm really disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication and accountability from both airlines. I expected better customer service, for sure.

    Paid extra for "flex" plan

    Man, I thought this "flex" option was gonna be awesome, but it was such a letdown. I mean, who wants to wait 15 days just to cancel a flight and get your points back? That's not flexible at all. They should just be real and call it a "15-day refund policy" instead of trying to make it sound all fancy with "flex." Come on, seriously.

    Flight cancellation reimbursement

    I booked a flight on your site but had to cancel because I needed a new date. They told me I'd get my money back in 3-5 days but it's been like 3 months and I haven't seen a thing! I tried calling, submitting a ticket, everything... but still no response. It's so frustrating!

    So, yeah, I hopped online to grab my plane ticket, and it was a breeze. The website worked fine, no issues there. But man, when I hit the airport, it was pure chaos! The check-in process was all over the map, it took forever to get everything straightened out. And then, when I boarded the plane, I noticed the wings looked like they'd been patched up or something. That definitely didn't boost my confidence, you know? And let's not even talk about the food - it was nasty, and we hardly got any drinks. I was parched the whole flight! I definitely won't be booking with them again. But hey, on the bright side, the staff were nice, even if they must've been feeling the shame of the whole situation.

    Flight delays and lack of food options

    My recent experience with the airline totally stunk. I bought tickets for three flights with your company, and every single one was delayed during my trip. It was super annoying that the captain didn't bother to keep us in the loop about the holdups, and the fact that no one said sorry just made everything even more aggravating. On top of all that, I was super surprised to find out that the food I wanted wasn't even an option on any of the flights. This lack of professionalism and not caring about customer happiness has left me really mad about the whole shebang.

    Ticket purchase and check-in

    Man, let me tell you about trying to book tickets with this airline - what a disaster! I was trying to do an early check-in, but no luck no matter what I did. And get this, it was way cheaper to add extra baggage online after I bought the ticket than it was at the airport. Then, they hit me with a $94 fee for my trusty backpack that I always carry on. Complete rip-off!
