    Lot of appreciation

    Fantastic services from my city Miami to varies destinations.A friendly airlines ,also know for hospitality unlike some other leaders on sky.
    Though I am not a frequent user of airlines services ,not this particular,all airlines due to health restrictions
    Mostly whenever I reach Airport South Miami ,I feel some one on the way to home town.
    Originally I am from Argentina, but long back out forefathers shifted here .
    Very economical Latam , tickets available all the time in any season due to their great number of air fleets.
    Someone may above some other reason to like it unlike but my reason is emotions and affordable .Great services.

    Flight experience with no issues

    My recent flight with this airline went really well. I got my seats reserved ahead of time without any extra fees, which was great since I'm tall and need the space. The food was good and hot, and the flight attendants were super attentive, always offering water. However, my return flights with a different airline weren't as good - cramped seats, only one bathroom working, not-so-great food, and extra fees for seat selection. Luckily, those issues weren't with the airline I first flew with. Even though my luggage got a little damaged and I need a replacement, I'm still really happy with my overall experience flying with them.

    Flight booking assistance

    Today I had to call customer service because I was having some technical issues with the website. But I was actually really happy with how efficient and professional the representative was. They were super polite and helpful in fixing the problem with the website that was stopping me from changing my return flight from Santiago to London, and also the issue with adding my payment card. I'm really grateful for their excellent customer service, and I'm glad my problems got sorted out quickly and effectively. Thanks a bunch for your help!

    Overbooking issue at Lima airport

    The folks working for the airline at Lima airport really dropped the ball with the overbooking mess. We showed up early and everything, but they had no other flights for us to hop on. We had to do our own digging and actually found a flight that was kinda linked to the airline. It took forever for the staff to finally get us on new flights, and we ended up stuck at the airport for more than 12 hours. No reimbursement or access to the airport lounge either, which was a bummer. They could have made things right by at least offering some sort of compensation to us passengers.

    Flight experience to South America

    I bought some tickets for a flight to South America not long ago, and I have to say, my experience with the airline was just really disappointing. It was such a hassle and confusing to buy the tickets online, and when I needed some help from customer service, I had a really hard time reaching them by phone, email, or WhatsApp.

    My experience with this airline was terrible! I tried to change my flight dates on their website because I made a mistake when booking. But every time I tried, it kept showing me errors. So, I called their hotline for help, but they kept me on hold for what felt like forever. When I finally got through, they spoke to me in a language I couldn't understand. I asked for an English speaker, but they put me on hold again. The call got disconnected halfway, and when I tried calling back, the same thing happened four more times! I spent nearly 4 hours on the phone and still didn't get my issue resolved. I had to go to the airport office to fix it, and they charged me almost as much as the original tickets just to make the change. What a scam! The only positive thing was the kind and helpful lady, Gabriele, at the airport counter. She was really nice, so that's why I'm giving one star.

    Flight ticket purchase

    I tried to book a flight with this airline, everything was going fine until the payment part, and of course, it failed. I did get a refund later on, but when I went to rebook the ticket, the price had shot up by more than 100 dollars. That's shady if you ask me. Seems like they were just trying to make extra cash because of their own tech problems. And on top of that, my credit card still shows the authorized payment from the failed transaction, so I can't even book with a different airline until they release my funds. It's just not fair and pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

    Flight cancellation 5 hours before departure

    What a total nightmare dealing with LATAM! They canceled my flight just five hours before it was supposed to take off, so I was left scrambling to figure out what on earth I should do next. I not only had to fork over a significant amount of cash, but I also had to deal with extra costs because of the last-minute cancellation. The lack of accountability and clear instructions on how to get compensated for the unexpected expenses just made everything even more aggravating. And to top it all off, I had booked my flight through a third-party website, which only made the whole situation even more of a headache. I am so beyond let down by LATAM and sure won't be flying with them again in the future.

    Purchased an additional suitcase in pounds

    Oh my goodness, I accidentally purchased an extra bag for the wrong flight! I reached out to the airline to correct the mistake, but the first representative was unable to assist me. Then, when I called back, the second representative could only handle transactions in dollars. Can you believe that? How can they operate flights if they can't manage currency correctly? The whole customer service experience was a complete disaster!

    Santiago to Sydney flight

    I just booked a flight from Santiago to Sydney, with a layover in Auckland. But I had no clue that I needed a "transit visa" for that stop, which LATAM forgot to tell me about. So, my family had to ditch our original plan and buy new tickets, costing us an extra $3400. There were empty seats on both flights, so it really felt like LATAM was just trying to squeeze more money out of us.

They gave us the option to either cancel the trip and get a refund or take this terrible itinerary that messed up everything! When we asked for some sort of compensation, they were incredibly rude and said no. Ugh, their customer service is the worst.

    Flight purchase for family vacation

    I was under the impression that this airline was supposed to be affordable, but then they tried to charge me an outrageous fee just to bring a suitcase! And let me tell you, their online check-in was a complete nightmare, it was as confusing as trying to solve a Rubik's cube blindfolded. The seats on the plane were so cramped, I felt like I was packed in there like a sardine the whole flight. If I have a choice, I'll definitely be flying with a different airline next time.

    Connecting flight ATL to CTG through BOG

    First of all, I was really upset about the terrible communication and disorganization during my connecting flight. The person supposed to help us get from ATL to CTG via BOG was super slow, chatting with other workers, and didn't seem to care about our tight schedule. We kept telling them how crucial it was for us to catch our next flight since our first one arrived late, but they made us wait for no reason. And to make matters worse, none of the Spanish-speaking staff could properly communicate with us in English, which just added to the confusion and annoyance.

    Cuzco to Lima flight experience

    I recently had this awful experience when I was flying from Cuzco to Lima in Peru with this airline that I'm not gonna name. Let me tell you, the people working for them were straight-up rude and showed some serious racism towards passengers of color. They totally ignored safety rules and you could clearly see that they were treating people differently based on their race. Even the white folks in my group noticed how unfair it was. And guess what? We got stuck paying extra fees for our luggage while the white passengers didn't have to deal with that nonsense. And get this, I told the gate crew that my carry-on had batteries, a power pack, and other electronics, and they still made me check it, not caring about the safety risks. That kind of carelessness is just not cool and puts everyone's safety in danger.
