Affordable
Great assistance, affordable prices, many times I have rendered their services. Initially rented cars for various reasons and then tickets for different locations especially Asian countries We were in contact with other agencies earlier and after completion of contract started Vayama for tickets and rental cars.Quality services, wonderful helpline and better prices.
Flight rescheduling
I've booked flights on this site before with no issues, but my latest one got changed by the airline out of the blue. Luckily, Vayama's live chat support came through and helped me switch to another flight at no extra cost on the same day. It was a super easy and stress-free experience that I was really thankful for.
Flight to Switzerland
I actually booked a flight to Switzerland for me and my mom last year, but we had to cancel because of Covid. It seriously took forever, but we finally got our money back last week. I was so surprised to see the refund in our bank account, I thought it would never happen!
Flight tickets to Canada
Oh my gosh, I was actually planning on purchasing tickets to Canada, but after hearing from all these people saying they're scammers, I'm definitely not going through with it!
Reservation cancellation and refund issue
Don't do it, man. It's a total scam. They totally backed out on my reservation and never gave me back my money. It's been like a whole year and I still haven't seen a dime. It's such a rip-off.
Purchase with uncertainties
I was really nervous about making a purchase because of all the negative comments out there, but I decided to take a chance and buy my ticket. Luckily, I got my e-ticket and reservation number right away from the airline. I felt relieved because most of the comments were about people not getting these documents, but I still wanted to double-check, so I called the airline. At first, they couldn't find my reservation number, which freaked me out, but when I gave them the e-ticket number, they were able to find it and confirm that it was legit. The Avianca agent provided me with the correct reservation number and sent me the e-tickets from Avianca to verify everything. I read on a few websites that there are folks in Colombia who got a full refund via email from this intermediary. From what I've gathered, it seems like it's mainly recommended for South America, particularly in Colombia. I'm not sure if it was smooth handling or just plain luck, but it all worked out for me. I'll keep you posted on how things go on the day of my trip.
Flight booking from Mexico City to Medellin
I was trying to book a flight from Mexico City to Medellin, Colombia, but ran into a payment error on the website. Even though the payment was deducted from my bank account by TRAVIX BV, I never got a booking confirmation or ticket. It all felt pretty deceiving and frustrating.
Reservation with misleading baggage information
This airline is a total scam! I've booked with them before with no problem, but recently I booked two trips because it said hand luggage was included. Turns out, it wasn't! Even though I checked with the airline, went back to the website, and contacted chat support (which was just a terrible bot), I still had to pay extra at the airport. I tried complaining, but they keep saying it's up to the airline, even though they're clearly lying about what's included.
Ticket purchase issue
I just tried to buy tickets from one city to another, but ran into problems with my payment getting rejected even though the money was taken out of my account. When I tried again with another card, I didn't get any confirmation or email. I've been having a hard time getting in touch with customer service for help since there's no phone number provided. It's really frustrating not being able to communicate directly and I'm hoping to find a solution by talking to a representative.
Long-awaited flight refund
It took forever, but I finally got my full refund from my canceled flight last year due to the pandemic. Can you believe it took a whole 14 months to get my $700 back? I had already given up on it, but after bugging customer service nonstop, I finally got my money back. It shouldn't have taken so long, but at least I got it in the end. Better late than never, I guess!
Flight booking disaster
I booked a flight with this company and paid for it. But when I tried to check in, I realized I wasn't actually booked on the flight. Turns out, the airline hadn't been paid by the company. Now I'm having a hard time getting my money back. I'm thinking about seeking legal advice to make them pay up. I highly recommend not using this company - they're dishonest and totally unreliable.
Flights for 2 passengers
I recently bought flights for me and another person through this service, but ran into a big problem. When I tried to check in the day before our flight, I saw that the reservation was only for one person. The chatbot system was no help at all, and it was tough to get a hold of someone who could actually help me. I ended up having to contact the airline directly to fix the issue, and they told me they had been getting a lot of complaints from customers of the same service. It was a huge waste of time and money having to fix a problem that could have been avoided if I had bought tickets somewhere else. I strongly recommend avoiding this service to save yourself the headache and trouble.
Flight ticket from Medellin to Spain
I bought a flight ticket from Medellin to Spain for mid-August. But after I paid, the confirmation screen just vanished and I never got an e-ticket. All I got was a message from my bank saying the payment went through. Then I got an email saying the purchase didn't work out and they were gonna refund the money for the ticket. But I still haven't seen that refund, and I feel completely ripped off.
Flight booking issue
I just booked a flight through a third-party site and man, what a nightmare! So I paid for it, right? But then I get an email saying the booking didn't go through because the fare changed. And get this - they're still advertising the flight at the same price! They told me it's going to take 5 whole days to get my money back. By then, the prices will have gone up. I've never had this happen with other third-party sites before. It feels like they're ripping me off!
Flight purchase from Cali to Madrid
I bought a plane ticket from Cali to Madrid not too long ago, and I paid a pretty penny for it, but man, oh man, have I been dealing with some serious issues trying to get ahold of their customer service peeps about getting my money back. I've tried hitting them up multiple times, but I haven't gotten any help or my refund yet. I'm feeling pretty fed up and let down with how they're handling things - lack of communication and zero resolution.
It looks like you've misspelled the word "cofee" on your website. I thought you would like to know :). Silly mistakes can ruin your site's credibility. I've used a tool called SpellScan.com in the past to keep mistakes off of my website.
