    30-year-old Cro-Mo frame MTB

    I just bought this 30-year-old Cro-Mo frame mountain bike and ran into some trouble with the head tube. The headset kept getting loose no matter what I did to fix it. So, I did some digging and found out that the head tube wasn't even, which was causing some issues with the bearings. I took it over to Mercian Cycles, a solid bike shop, and they were able to straighten out the head tube. Now, the bike is running like new again for the first time in a while.

    My experience getting the mountain bike I bought delivered was really tough. They needed a signature, which was a pain because I work during the day. I had to take a day off work for the delivery, but the bike never showed up. When I had it rescheduled to a FedEx office, I had to deal with the hassle of the downtown location having no parking nearby. When I unboxed the bike, I found loose parts that had fallen out, like the seat clamp, which was a real hassle to get replaced through customer service. Finally got the bike ready to ride after weeks of hassle, only to find out the shifting was all messed up and needed professional tuning. And on top of that, the tires were smaller than what was advertised on the website, and the customer service was unhelpful and dodged addressing the issue. Overall, my experience with this purchase was super disappointing and makes me think twice about buying from them again in the future.

    Recent bike purchase

    I'm kind of bummed about my new bike, the New Sync R 29. I've already had to switch out the crank arms, bottom bracket, and seat dropper after only a few months. Dealing with customer service hasn't been the best either. One guy seemed full of himself, and the other tried to help but couldn't really fix things. The biggest headache was that the company didn't have spare parts available. I had to either beg the manufacturer to have what I needed or buy them from somewhere else. It's frustrating to have a brand new bike fall apart and not get the support I expected.

    Bike with assembly issues

    I got a bike a few months back and man, it's been nothing but issues. The front wheel actually came off while I was riding, which scared the heck outta me. Not only that, it messed up the look of the bike too. So, I reach out for help and they just blame the assembly store, who won't take any responsibility either. And it's not over yet.... When I take it in for a checkup, they find out another big issue with the rear derailleur. Turns out the piece holding it was put in wrong, causing it to get stuck. Diamondback and Summit didn't do anything to fix it, so I had to do it myself.

    While the product itself was okay, I had a lot of problems with the customer service at this company. I recently bought a new bike there, but they didn't give me all the tools I needed to put it together right. Plus, the tires they gave me were wrong, which made me really worried about safety and cost me extra money. When I asked for help from customer service, they were not very helpful or understanding. It was frustrating how they didn't seem to care about making things right for me. I suggest anyone thinking of buying from this store should really look into other options first.

    I'm really disappointed with the service I got from this company as a customer. I bought a mountain bike and when it arrived, both rotors were bent. The customer service reps I talked to were not professional at all. They didn't offer any help or solution, and they seemed annoyed and unhelpful. Now I'm stuck dealing with the damaged bike, repairs, and the stressful process of trying to get help from the company. It's been over a month and Diamondback is still arguing with me about the damage and costs instead of just focusing on giving me the support and help I need as a customer.

    Faulty Bike Purchase

    I just bought two bikes online and man, both of them are jacked up! One's all wonky and the other's having wheel trouble already. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service, but no luck. It's been weeks and I'm seriously starting to lose my cool!
