I've been a loyal customer of this company for a few years now and I gotta say, I've always been super happy with their products. The security and peace of mind my bike gets from their devices are top-notch. I started out with a Monimoto 7, but when they came out with the G3, they swapped it out for a G4 at no extra cost. Now, I've got the latest Monimoto 9 on the way and I can't wait. Whenever I've had questions or issues, their customer service team has always been quick and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Awesome GPS tracker
Alright, so I picked up this GPS tracker for my bike and I'm really impressed with it. The actual device works well, the price isn't bad, and the subscription fee is pretty reasonable too. The only issue I had was trying to hide it on my bike, that took some serious creativity! And let me tell you, there was quite a bit of drama with those pesky import charges on my order. They did mention it on their website, but I reached out multiple times for clarification and got no response! C'mon, guys, talk to me! But hey, I eventually got the support I needed, so all's well that ends well.
GPS tracker for vehicle
The GPS tracker I bought for my car was really worth it. I did have a tough time setting it up though. I had trouble getting it to work with my phone at first because it wasn't compatible. Luckily, when I called customer service, they helped me out and I finally got it working. It was a little strange that I had to use a different device to set it up with my main phone, but it all worked out in the end. Despite the initial struggle, I'm happy now that my car is safe with this tracker.
Monimoto tracker
I had some trouble with my tracker and had to contact customer service for help. I was really impressed with how dedicated and committed they were to helping me out. Even though we couldn't completely fix the problem, they really went the extra mile to try and find a solution. They were super quick to respond to my messages, even late at night, and even gave me a nice discount on an upgraded tracker. I'm really grateful for all the effort and support they gave me.
Scooter GPS tracker attachment
The GPS tracker for scooters was really easy to attach to our scooters. We liked how simple it was to install. But we were kind of bummed out by how often it updated the location and the fact that we couldn't manually ping it through the app whenever we wanted. Sometimes we couldn't even get a signal, so we had to wait a whole day for an update. It would be great to have the option to ping it from far away, just for some peace of mind when we're not nearby.

Just wanted to share a quick story about some great customer service I got recently. So I had this problem with a device I bought, and I decided to shoot an email over to customer support. I was totally shocked when I got a response back super fast, and the guy, Andrew, totally fixed my problem right away. Seriously, the service I got was top-notch and really impressed me. It's nice to know that there's such awesome and quick support for the stuff I buy.
Motorcycle trackers
My family and I bought three motorcycle trackers from this company because my son checked out a bunch of tracking devices and thought these ones were the best. The price was good and the Monimoto trackers work great. Setting them up was a piece of cake and now we can relax knowing our bikes are safe. If anyone tries to take them, they're in for a shock thanks to Monimoto.
Smart GPS tracker purchase
The communication and delivery process was great. I really liked the product finish and the new rectangular fob design, it was a nice upgrade from the old circular version. Though, I did notice a small problem with the daily reminders being delayed by about 1 minute each day. It's not a huge deal, but it could definitely be fixed to make the user experience even better.

The customer service I got was super great. I had some problems with my device, but the staff, especially Andrew, really knew their stuff and helped me fix the issue. I lost the transponder for my motorbike while I was out riding, and even though I tried to track it down with GPS, I had no luck. Luckily, getting a new transponder for my tracker was easy and didn't cause any problems. I decided to contact support through email, and they were quick to assist me.
